Filtered Water Solutions

Hi all my personal experience previously had been great prompt and polite technician. The last time about 3 weeks ago unfortunately the technician did accidentally destroy a large plant pot. Mentioned this to the company who did reimburse the cost for a replacement pot. Thank you.

Be sure to ask about the $60 (hidden charge) to drill your kitchen bench top.. apparently that’s not included in the installation cost.. It was never discussed or mentioned.

Great product – Great product but you need more Don’t know why I said it is a great product So now I have used my 10 words what you required but after all Great product but now no more reviews because I don’t want to be prompted that I haven’t said enough so now you have enough of Mumbo jumbo it great product

One Aspect Unusual – Everything is first class but the subscription is annual and the service is performed after eleven months so in ten years, you pay for eleven.

Back to having "nice" drinking water again! – Reliable service team member, efficient and pays attention to detail. Always courteous and knowledgeable if I have any questions. The product works so well, you won't want to drink unfiltered tap water ever again. I highly recommend getting this system in your home.

Disappointed – Have used their services for over eight years but over the last two years they have been extremely pushy for servicing and are increasingly rude over the phone when booking appointments. Actual technicians are polite and professional.

Booked installation twice - no shows – Don’t waste your time. Customer support were always friendly but that’s it. Installation booked on Thursday and the guy was a no show. Re booked for Saturday slot and didn’t turn up again. Very annoyed as specifically made sure I was home at those times and just not good enough. Will be going with another company.

This’s ok to me – I used this product more than 10 years, I’m quite happy this product and friendly staff, but only one things is the tone quite expensive for an old couple

Great tasting water and great service! – The woman on the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Booking in was easy and the installation was straightforward. They even removed our broken/old system! Water tastes great, finally feels like I’m not drinking pool and dirt tasting water!

Filtered Water Solutions – I love the taste of the filtered water, it’s very smooth and refreshing. The service man was also very polite but as he was new, he did not have an eftpos machine so I had to call the office and pay over the phone.

Great product and service – It was so easy to book and get someone to install filtered water system and great value - I thought it would be so much more! I only drink filtered water so this was a perfect solution for me – It’s affordable and have never had an issue with getting a time that suits to come and change filter. This is my third year now. Show reply

Best money spent – I’ve had my filtered water system for over 20yrs & will never live without it, when I hear of community outbreaks of the vomiting & diarrhoea bug going around, we have always escaped it & I put that down to my filtered water system. Get on board people, it’s affordable to set up with 1 bill a yr to maintain & that’s for changing of the filters & maintenance of the system. Show reply

Such a huge difference in taste of the water – Filters changed yearly. Contacted by company with prompt service . Kitchen sink area left clean and tidy by service attendee . After the water is flushed through the new filters the chlorine test goes and the water is 1000 times better Show reply

Great product, service ok – Purchased the house filter and the five stage reverse osmosis. Excellent products and highly recommended. bothered sending out the installer! They seem super happy to send their people out to change the filters though (which cost around $150 for each system). Very disappointed.

So use to it, now when we drink regular water it tastes different – We have had your filters in our previous house and called you back when we changed house and location. There must be a reason we went back. Yes because it does filtration through with the triple filter system . The only thing is I wish the tap were slightly bigger. This is perfect, don’t need to be example it’s true – Just perfect. Clear water, no smell on chlorine. Different taste compared to tap water. More soft. Feel me good and We just like and enjoy to drink. Thank you for improving our health in any way. Show reply
