it most of the time (it starts it`s compressor only a few times within a day). The noise was very cruicial, since the spot for the fridge is just behind the bedroom in our apartment. The great feature is that how the fridge keeps vegetables. Due to we are vegeterians, we usually keep a lot of fresh vegetables and in comparison with our previous fridge (which was the same brand, but the usual with fpost on walls), salads and fruits are stay as fresh even a week after. That`s great! The capacity is allright and shelves are surprisingly strong and durable. The Anti-fingerprint coating mentioned on the website in specs works really well. Marks and fingerprints do not bother at all, just because it`s very difficult to leave any marks on that surface.

FANTASTIC FRIDGE!!! – Purchased for $2100 over 9 years ago. Still looks clean and stylish, is extremely quiet, efficient to run and easy to organise. Awesome Fridge – Great fridge with heaps of practical storage space. Perfect for small fridge space and a great alternative to a double door. High quality and well designed. only lasted 10 years – I really liked this fridge as the inside was arranged well and it was easy to clean. I liked the smudge proof finish and grey side. However, it only lasted ten years and I was told it wasn't worth it to repair (coolant had leaked out). Definitely should last longer.  Show details

Great product – Easy access. Lots of space. Great lightning. Very quiet . Keeps foods at perfect temperature at all times. very easy to clean. good freezer capacity and well-organised freezer drawers and bins. Will stick with same brand and type when new one needed.Electricity bill also went down once this fridge was purchased. Just one warning. Fridge burns out – I bought a Fisher & Paykel Fridge in 2007 for $2229 and I just noticed a funny smell. Well, I guess the motor burnt out,everything in the fridge has a black soot over the food and I guess I will have to throw it out. I will contact them tomorrow and see what they say. Surely that kind of a fridge should not only be save but last longer for that price!

Fisher & Paykel E522BRX – This fridge was a great look but only lasted 3 years. I had the usual loud cracking noises coming from the fridge late at night. The controller board has died almost 3 years to the day. This results in the fridge staying at 16C and the freezer perfect. Would never buy F&P again, beware!! Looked great and plenty of room in this model No quality, thin metal skin was prone to even minor dents

Very pleased so far – I intended to purchase a different fridge at a wharehouse sale. The F&P E522BRX struck me, however, as a much better choice (both in terms of looks and functionality) than the heavily discounted Samsung. of space, and it is whisper quiet like my Bosch dishwasher. Time will tell how it holds up compared to my 16 year old Frigidaire, but at this stage I can honestly highly recommend the F&P E522BRX. Whisper quiet, good use of internal space, slideout trays, stylish design. Could be less stubby (i.e. a bit taller and a bit less wide)
