Glass top cracks very easily – Very disappointed with this cook top. I dropped a very small cup onto the corner of one of the glass panels and it shattered the whole panel. breakage reoccurring. Also, it is very hard to keep the black glass clean, it always shows up smudgy no matter what cleaning products are used. In hindsight I'm sorry I didn't go with a stainless steel model. Fisher and Paykel customer service not very helpful either.
