Still going strong – Having buying our Fisher & Paykel over 5 years ago for our 4 units, I was disappointed the WA65T60GW1 is not being made. They are a tough machine and get a good workout. Tenants being tenants they get a real workout from office workers to mechanics to farmhands. They are still going. Please bring them back.  Show details

Good washing machine – It's a decent washing machine, but dies only a few years after use.. 2nd one in 4 years, both been under warranty... It's a quiet machine, and has plenty of options, for different loads.!! Only down fall is that when it dies, it dies, mid load full of water.. And that's how it stays!  Show details

Fisher & Paykel great quality – This is the quietest machine i have ever owned. It uses less water also. It has plenty of features to help wash items. I am so glad i went for this brand. It is easily big enough for 2 people at 6.5 kg size. I have recommended this brand to family.  Show details

Worst washing machine ever – No lint filter means clothes come out dirtier than before washing....covered in lint and black gunk. Never use softener and always wash in warm or hot water and put machine cleaner through which is expensive and wastes water. Have ruined some expensive clothes...customer service useless. Never buying Fisher and Paykel again  Show details

Better than I expect – I bought a second hand Fisher & Paykel Top Loader. However, it's better than I expect. It finish the washing in about 10 minutes if you choose the quick mode, it's very helpful if I am in a hurry. And it wash lots of clothes in the same time. A problem may be the loud noise.  Show details

Cold Valve fault 49, 0010001 – A good machine all round BUT there appears to be a common fault #48 or #49 (Hot and Cold water diverter), However fault could just as easily be circuit board as well, shame after being around for so long these types of problems have not been ironed out! Will be going back to the non computer type, as not good enough in this day and age.  Show details

Big lint problem and bad customer service – I bought one of these machines for my daughter and on the whole it works well. The only problem is the lint left all over the clothes. She phoned Fisher and Paykel to ask for advice and after waiting half an hour on hold was told there was nothing they could do. After pushing a bit further they said she could buy a lint guard for the machine so… Read more

that's what she has done. But fisher and paykel know there is a problem with this machine and are refusing to do anything about it. My advice don't buy fisher and paykel because they take no pride in their product and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
