Since knowing fishme I don't go to the fish market anymore as getting there, parking and crowd is so much a hassle now.

Poor quality seafood – Seeing all the good reviews about fishme so decided to give it a go. Ordered "A-grade" mud crabs and was delivered on time by a very friendly delivery person. Unfortunately, the crabs are watery with little meat (old stock?) . My local seafood store offer a better quality mud crabs with a lower price. Show details

Bad quality and customer service – I bought from them after reading their reviews. I thought they were ok and had a try. But, not as good as I thought. Some seafood were ok and some were terrible. They did not really care when I spoke to the customer service. No refund. No action. I will not order from them again. Show details

Dont Bother – Got two kilos of prawns and they were absolutely terrible... shells were all soft, flesh was chewy and tasted really strong.... worst prawns I have ever tasted! They refused the refund stating they had the right to inspect the goods prior as it was company policy ... we did check their refund policy on the company website before throwing them out… Read more

and there was NOTHING to state that we needed to keep the food in order to process a refund... ??? If its company policy you need to let your customers know! lucky there are plenty of other options available for seafood online.

Delicious prawns!! – Fantastic value! We got 3kg of prawns for the price of 2kg. We’ve been defrosting a few each day for dinner, and they are delicious and huge! Will definitely order again.

them. I will say though they need to improve the quality of their phone line as it's very hard to make out anything. Emails are always promptly answered though and I know my order is in good hands. They have been a reliable supplier for all my family special events and occasions and I cannot imagine doing holidays without them! Looking forward to their return after their hiatus with better phone lines and maybe some bigger oysters :) .

This is perfect – I am so happy with my order, kept up constant updates as to the delivery van location and where I was placed in the queue.
