got wrong dash mat - terrible customer service
Ordered a dash mat for my car
was sent incorrect one
emailed several times
told to send photos - but email bounced - finally worked out image was too big... app dd not advise this
rang customer service got run around so asked to speak to supervisor
was flattly refused
after insisting woman said they will call back in 10 minutes.
its now one and a half days later.
so i called again - at least his time i got someone who tried to help.
Ordered dash mat for my subaru, the order went fine, arrived when they said it would, workmanship poor, appeared not to be finished. For a piece of carpet $69 way to much. Stop ripping off the consumers Australia, it’s why people shop online especially overseas. To expensive to send back.

I drive at 2006 Toyota Solara convertible, red of course. I love my car. Seriously - I LOVE my car! My mats were so worn that the driver's side had a hole in it. Since my car is so old, I was unable to find replacement mats at any store or dealer. The mats were easy to order and they are a perfect fit. There was a slight delay as there was a backlog in production. I emailed customer service and Bernadette kept me up to date every step of the way. She was awesome!! Thank you so much for a great product and super customer service. I'll recommend FitMyCar to everyone!!
Good fit and quality for reasonable cost
Ordered on 9th Jan with confirmation of delivery within 5-7 days
On 17th emailed that production was low on stock and now scheduled for dispatch 30th Jan
After follow up and contact with Elyssa, the floor mats arrived on 11th Feb
Understanding that after Xmas break all might take a bit to get into gear.
The comms with Elyssa has been prompt and full marks for her effort.
Delay Delay and no response
Bought a set of floormats & cargo mat for a brand new car on 14/01, ordered confirmed to be delivered 5-9 working days. Easy ordering process, however that is where service and service delivery end. On 17/01 was sent another email, confirming my order was being sent 31/01 by Express. Order arrived 19 business days after original order, more than double stated time, with parts missing. Followed them up several times and they never responded. Got hold of them after waiting on hold 15 minutes to a call centre in Manila, Philippines. Told they "pro...mise" to send missing parts in 3-5 business days-Not holding my breath. Worst than that I made another order on 22/01, supposed to be delivered in 5-9 working days, 13 days gone now, no sign of it, no contact, no update NO NOTHING. Beware, FIT MY CAR do not deliver according to times and are almost impossible to get a response from them. Found another company, who actually do what they say. You have been warned.......
Exactly as described, with prompt despatch and delivery. Absolutely thrilled with the product.
Rang and spoke with a customer service person as I prefer to speak with a person not a computer. This person advised me about the product I required, and was very helpful.
Worst Customer Service! All Round Terrible Experience!
Finally received my order today, 2 months after purchase. I told I would recieve a "gift" as an apology for having to wait so long. If the "gift" was bent and unusable mats then you well and truly delievered. Hands down worst experience. Worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service.

what a joke absolute waste of money received the kit no chamois and the rest of the items are just rubbish and you can get cheaper and better products at your auto parts store items were sent in a box twice the size of the kit with no package material

I mistakenly ordered the wrong dashmat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to pay to have it returned which was as it should be as it was my mistake. I received the correct one in a matter of days. Very Very good service and excellent staff.
I did research on the company and read many positive reviews and therefore decided to placed an order for a car cover. The expected postage time was 5 days. After several days I was yet to receive information on a tracking number or even if the item had been shipped. I left 4 emails through the website but they all came back with automatic replies saying my package was being packed and posted ( this occurred aver a 2 week period!) I called the number and the operator advised me that they ran out of stock and need to ordered more. I did end up getting my car cover (which I have yet to open) after about 3 weeks with little customer support whatsoever. Do not recommend and will probably not order from this company again.
Vw Amarok Bedrock floor liners
Searching for my car mats was really easy by 'searching by car' option. I ordered the Bedrock liners after Christmas. I ordered on the 8th of January and received the mats on the 20th of January.
After one email in January I received a apologetic response a few days later explaining how they have experienced a huge increase in orders and that production time was slow and that my mats would be delivered through express post as soon as they were ready.
I got in contact with them though the 'email us' link on the website.
The Bedrock liners fitted like a glove. I'm really impressed. They are of outstanding quality and design. Awesome job. Well done.
I am always a bit dubious about buying from ads in facebook but these guys are the real deal. Excellent quality carpets for my new Hilux, easy to navigate website, prompt service even over Christmas/ New Year and MADE IN AUSTRALIA, even better. Cheers.
