Amazing Service – I have a La Germania oven - hard to get parts for. The heating element went so found 'Fix My Oven' via Google. Owner, Gadi, came out that afternoon and had my oven working as good as new within an hour for a very fair price - very knowledgeable practitioner. So glad I found this company. Totally recommend.

Quick, Efficient and effective – Quick response to phone enquiry, Came the next day. Based on the description of my issue, he had identified the isssue almost before he opened the door. Problem resolved and then he checked all other elements of the oven to make sure nothing else would need attention. Even gave me tips on how to use my oven more effectively. Gabi is full of knowledge and willing to share it. Very happy with the service and the outcome.

Beware – Buyer beware. Called to book in a repair. Oven and stove top models given. Over the phone nothing was going to be a problem. Repairman arrives and can’t fix it or get parts. Charged service call out fee $165 (disc rate???) for nothing fixed. Called company for a remedy or credit to install new appliance and they offered $50. Will not be using this company again. Recommend you get in writing that they can repair before call out.

Ilve oven repair – Our 21 year old electric oven stopped heating. Contacted Fix My Oven and spoke with Gabi who was able to come out to us the next business day. He turned up on time and replaced an element and also gave us a lot of useful information about our oven and ovens in general. Very happy customers.

Best oven repair service I ever had – Gadi came on time as promised and phoned ahead. He is friendly and efficient. Not only replaced the element on my (old) oven but then tested my thermostat and gave me a heap of helpful info to maintain it. He is an expert on ovens and gave me some great tips for chosing a new oven when I need to replace (I am rebuilding). Service fee extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

Fantastic service – Gadi was extremely helpful and provided great advice over the phone without the need to attend. Clearly he is a man who is doing the right thing by people rather than someone who is trying to milk a job by charging a minimum call out fee when he can provide great advice over the phone. When we do need to replace our oven we will be calling Gadi.

Professional, fast, fair – I called Gadi in the morning and my oven was working that afternoon. He replaced the element, tested the oven and showed me how to use it properly. Would definitely, definitely use again if I had to but how often does your oven break down? More importantly would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else especially someone living close to him in Bentleigh East. It helps that he does not accept jobs that's too far away to make sure he's able to be on time for appointments.

The guy knows his stuff! – I called Gadi @ 8:30am. He was on top of his game and immediately narrowed the problem to 1 of 2 things. He came within the time he said he would (same day) and fixed it! Simple! A master in his trade without doubt. A little firm in his delivery (I laughed my partner was taken back) but I'm so happy to have my oven operating again within 24hrs and didn't break the bank! 100% recommend Gadi.
