This renovation company did an incredible job transforming my home. The team was punctual, skilled, and maintained a clean workspace. Andrew and Jamie were especially great—friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to discuss progress. The end result is even better than I imagined, and I’ve already referred them to friends. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your next project! Show details
Transformation and good value – My home had a full makeover by Fix Sell Pay. Everything was inside my home was transformed well and the guys were professional. I had my back patio redone which turned out great but unfortunately Fix Sell Pay hired contractors for outside work and there left my backyard in a terrible mess, even used as their rubbish bin. They dumped over a metre… Read more
of leftover concrete which they were reluctant to remove, allowed other people on my property without my permission and were rude to me about it. I actually paid this company upfront so this was a sorry end to the wonderful work they initially completed. Unfortunately I had to use another company to complete remaining jobs. I do recommend Fix Sell Pay but make sure all of their contractors are up to standard

Great solution for preparing to sell – Having a one-stop solution to project manage various trades and quickly prepare the house for sale is such a big help. Selling is tiring. FSP's initial guidance and experience helps you work out where to best direct your efforts.
What a miracle!! – The team at Fix Sell Pay are amazing. A stand out has to be Jamie who took on the role of Project Manager for my house in Melton West. Living interstate and having a renovation done in Victoria was to say the least amid COVID-19 restrictive and challenging. But Jamie rose to the task, he answered all my questions, was there for a shoulder to cry… Read more
on. went over and above his role and in the end we now consider Jamie as a part of our family. Jamie and the team changed a tired old house into a stunning three bedroom home. It was a complete renovation, and turned out better than expected. Jamie used his people management skills and negotiation abilities and gave me a renovation that has doubled our investment. So happy with everything. Jamie you are worth your weight in gold. Thanks to the FSP team, I am thrilled with the result.

Great service. Highly recommended – A big thank you to Jamie and the team at FSP. They project managed the improvements to a property we wished to sell. Living and running a business some distance away it took all the stress and effort away from us, we left it all to them. The result was good, and with Jamie acting as sellers advocate on our behalf choosing the agent and negotiating the price we got a quick sale and top dollar for the property.

Professional from start to finish – We recently used FixSellPay to spruce up our home for sale in the near future. From the time David came out to give advice and listen to our thoughts on what needed doing, to the tradesmen, and final inspection and sign off, we found the company to be very friendly and professional. Worst Experience of our lives - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! – Do not use this company!!!!! Very unprofessional, incompetent Labour. I was also told the work would take 1-2 weeks it actually took approx 3-4 months so I lost a lot of money with prices falling in that time. We have been abused by the owner, lied to by their tradespeople. It has been the worst experience of our life, exhausting and emotional draining fro my wife and I.
Cosmetic renovation – Do not use this company, extremely expensive, After initial visit very unprofessional, cheap incompetent Labour, I was told the work would take 3 weeks it actually took approx 3.5 months so I lost a lot of money with prices falling in that time, September 21st 2019 Update: Most Expensive & Biggest mistake I have ever made WARNING, WARNING,… Read more
WARNING, DON'T USE, FIX SELL PAY, I needed cosmetic work to be completed after a total renovation I was told it would be completed in 3 weeks it actually took 6 months, property values dropped, very professional until you sign the contract then extremely unprofessional from management to illegal immigrant workers, please don't get ripped off by this company, research very well if you need anything done.
Love our renovation! – We are so happy with the results of our renovation, we love the transformation that much that we have now decided to stay! thanks to the team at FSP, a job well done!
Worst decision of our lives – Fix Sell Pay in theory, is a good business model. However it can only work well if the business is supportive of its customers and effectively communicates with its customers throughout every step of the process. In hindsight and from our perspective, it is a very expensive way to get your house renovated prior to sale. You can choose to pay… Read more
during the process or pay upon settlement of your property's sale. We undertook a whole of house renovation so chose to pay on settlement due to the size of the renovation. This was our first mistake. Our second mistake was to take up their 'free' real estate advocacy. It is sold as a way to reduce your stress selecting an appropriate agent for your property without cost to you, when the house is ready to go on the market as the advocate can work for you to find the right agent to sell your home for 'no cost'. The advocate is a real estate agent who works for Fix Sell Pay. However he failed to disclose to us when selling the concept, that he was paid part of the commission that the successful agent was entitled to for the work that they put into marketing the property, open houses etc. The advocate took commission for almost no work - that is, he has nothing to do with selling the house but gains thousands for getting three agents to go through your property and provide a quote. Fix Sell Pay also didn't declare to us that the advocate would go to an agency he worked for previously (he worked in the area where we lived), whose track record in the area appeared not be be as favourable as other agents (this was our experience). We chose our own agent in the end, not one of the three the advocate took through the house but still had to pay him through the commission, which is ultimately our money anyway, once the house is sold.
The owner of the business is a poor communicator and left us constantly wondering what the hell was going on in our house. The owner told us that we were to raise any concerns with the real estate advocate about the progress of the renovation, only to be told by him that he didn't deal with the trades or work being done as he was just the real estate advocate who got us to sign the contract and then when the property was ready for market, organised the agents to undertake inspections. So, getting queries or concerns answered took several days. We had to move interstate before the renovation had finished and were told work was finished, only to have photos taken by family and face time video calls with our chosen agent, that indicated the work was not complete or of a poor standard, delaying our house going on the market. At this time, the market was dropping quickly in sale price and we believe that the delays contributed to our significantly lower sale price than we had been aiming for as advised by the advocate at the commencement of the process. Examples include being told the external painting had been completed and the courtyard area was also repaired, ready for open house inspections. However the agent we chose was concerned with the state of the back deck which was poorly repaired and painted and we had to pay privately to have it fixed and again delay going to market as a result. We did negotiate a reduction in costs with Fix Sell Pay in relation to the decking in the final invoice. All items ordered including tiles, bathroom fittings, cupboards etc, were so much more expensive than buying them from the dealer. There was a 30% markup on everything included in the renovation. Tradies did a good job eventually, however hold ups happened delaying the work because the choice of supplies from FSP was very limited or out of stock completely, from multiple providers. The owner also had too many jobs on the go at the same time and the tradies were spread too thin to finish the work at our house as expected as they were required elsewhere.
Our house didn't sell at the first auction and we ended up paying significant interest for the cost of the renovation, having planned to have sold it before the five month interest free period expired. So, a big word of warning: if you choose to pay on settlement of the sale of your property, you will NOT be able to get your deposit until settlement which we were not told about as an outcome to having a caveat on the sale of our property. Having a caveat is a red flag to potential buyers and, when you finally sell and secure the deposit, the law prevents you from gaining access to your the deposit until your settlement date because of the caveat. If your property takes longer than the five months from contract signing to sell - the first four weeks following signing of the contract saw no physical work on our property - but this time was still included in the five month period. If you don't sell within this time frame, you end up paying huge interest rates on the funding (up to 25%) until settlement occurs. It took weeks to get a final and correct invoice following sale of our property which impacted on our ability to organise conveyancing of the property as well. There is nothing about using Fix Sell Pay that was enjoyable. The whole experience was so very stressful that we strongly urge potential customers to fully understand what they are going into should they sign with Fix Sell Pay. While the product sounds good, it is a nightmare to navigate and months of pain until settlement is finally achieved.
