experience quickly became frustrating and stressful due to their lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

The low point came on settlement day. When I arrived to collect the keys, I was laughed at and told there were no keys available. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was handed a business card for a locksmith and sent on my way. No apology, no urgency, no ownership.

After being forced to organise and pay for a locksmith myself, I forwarded the invoice expecting at least a basic level of accountability. Since then, they have gone completely silent—ignoring communication and avoiding the issue altogether.

This is not just poor service—it’s a complete failure of professionalism and basic client care. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Fletchers to think twice.

lead agent was poor. When the campaign was clearly failing the agent was big on repeated excuses but very short on any strategy beyond reducing the price. If you have a standard mid-range home in Ringwood they might do okay but for a premium property outside that area try another agent.

bad service – our realestates is Fletchers in manningham, we had problem about our split in hot these days but their service was not good because at the first access to their maintanence service was complecated after that their followingup was slow and weak ,so after about one week when it was supposed to fix our split, their technician was very late and at the end he could not fix it.

absolute crap garbage human beings – couldn't insulate a house if you paid them to. made my parents pay to live in such poor conditions that i am considering illegal actions. these spineless robots have no right to take charge of the care of the housing of another living being.

Good service – We used Fletchers Cranbourne to sell our property recently. Ekansh from Fletchers Real Estate in Cranbourne sold the property within 10 days of being on the market. but because I didn't give him 5 stars he's refused to put up my review. This would be my only criticism, prospective sellers are entitled to see all reviews. He did call to berate me about this which was disappointing.

Professional & efficient – We had 2 separate issues in relation to our neighbour under Fletcher's management in Doncaster and each time it was handled efficiently and diligently. We will not hesitate in recommending this company and especially the Portfolio Manager, Alexandra as property agent.

Excellent service – Fletchers have managed our new rental property for the last twelve months. Excellent service on whatever has come up! Nothing has been too much trouble for the portfolio manager who looks after us. They have just promptly re-leased the property with a new tenant for a further twelve months and we look forward to receiving the same professional service on this lease.

refused to pay and blamed my kid for the broken door latch. Although, he just closed the door from the inside of the room. It’s quite disappointing how this situation was handled by the agency. I will never ever have any business with this dodgy agent.

opinion and how much i was prepared to pay. he was rude, arrogant, aggressive and argumentative. this guy needs some customer relationship training as a matter of urgency. i wouldn't go near this mob based on my experience with them.

Shoddy – Not happy with this agency. Will never use them again. I moved back into my property after they rented it out. The door hingers are rusty and a door is completely hanging off a cabinet. The oven and cook top are a shambles and don't even work except for one hotplate. The place is completely run down and needs a revamp.

Worst real estate ever – I had the misfortune of inquiry about a property with Fio Gao. I had come across the odd rude agent but he takes the cake. He asked me on three occasions if I could afford the property. Clearly, if I'm inquiring about it, it's in my price range. I ended up telling him it's too hard to deal with him and ended the call.

Absolutely Useless – Rent through Fletchers. They will not follow up on maintenance. Property wasn’t checked prior to advertising to rent. Light globes missing everywhere, pump to water tank not working, ducted heating doesn’t work, and the list goes on. Would never rent thru Fletchers again.

Realestate with bad service Narre Warren – I am a new tenant in Narre Warren Vic. I only moved in 2 weeks ago. The property has many breakdowns and no help from the Realestate. They pass the responsibility to the landlord and so far nothing has been repaired. Plus I had to pay 6 months rent in advance . They do not call up to see if anything has been fixed. Extremely poor service.

Worst ever Real Estate agent – Rented a property in Glen Waverley. Since we moved in we have had to deal with various issues but main ones are heating not working downstairs and light bulbs flickering almost everywhere. heating they got the owner to get a small portable heater which never really served the purpose. At end of our lease when we asked them about status of our bond, they told us that they will deduct $400 as kitchen blinds were broken and there was a chip in on the wall. However we did mention to them about the kitchen blinds months before that they were coming off easily and to get it changed but they never did. Also regarding the chip we never saw that and we believe it’s one of the Tradie who did it. Anyway they could have given us the chance to go back to fix the issue but they told us they need it done professionally. They never really cared about clients well being while we didn’t make a fuss about the heating as otherwise we could have asked for a reduced rent. We went through hell for full winter cycle with a 1 year old baby and elderly sick parents but they never cared. I’d never recommend renting through them and we learnt our lesson.

Do not use this agency to manage your investment property! – The property manager at Fletchers Maroondah is slow to organise repairs which has resulted in some water damage to my property. She has also mishandled issues with tenants, which cost me money. I have changed agents and find they are much more efficient and professional than Fletchers Maroondah.

until 40 people were lined up outside and the agent was knocking on my door. Unbelievably rude and stupid as they were the ones who looked bad. No apology whatever and no further contact from them. Ghastly bunch of people. I'd never have anything further to do with them and recommend people avoid like the plague.

to maintenance quickly but the third one,Tara, was very slow and we waited weeks for a shower head after the original rusted through and fell off. An email about significant water damage to the ceiling was not responded to. I cleaned the property thoroughly before I left but there was a scratch on the front door left by removalists and a small dint in one wall I was unaware of. I was shocked to find the property manager claiming that I had to pay for extra cleaning. I said I was happy to pay for the scratch and dint and waited for the quotes for the damage but, 11 business days later, they have not been sent. When I asked for them and said I was now able to apply to VCAT for my bond she came back with more claims of scratches to the floor and blown light bulbs! This is 15 days since the tenancy ended. At this stage it looks like we are going to VCAT. Fortunately I do not need my bond quickly and I am happy to wait and hold this agency to account. I pity vulnerable renters who have to put up with unscrupulous agencies like Fletchers. I will make sure friends with investment properties do not use this agency.

Do not use Fletchers! – Will drop you like a lead balloon once a sale has been agreed. Only interested in their commission. Over priced our house to start with then had to drop it by $300k. Do not respond to calls. Truly woeful.

will pick apart your tenancy in an exit condition report after a third year in a property. Items raised for corrective action in the final inspection included maintenance requests that we lodged but were left ignored or rejected during our period of tenancy.

Trade suppliers not matched to the maintenance item request (s) were also mismatched. I had a trade supplier whose expertise in blinds and curtains sent out to fix a door that had fallen off its hinge. He didn't know why he was out there either. I could go on.

The bond claim form was provided to us after hours on the 10th business day since lease end date, which is a breach of their duties. "Stuck in meetings" was the excuse provided for their breach.

We were also served with countless SMS notifications of inspections that were being conducted after we left the premises. Quiet enjoyment of our tenancy was breached both during and after the weeks of our tenancy.

I asked to come to final inspection, which is my legal right, and it was ignored.

Other agents in the area are far superior in their practices, so if you do have a choice, choose someone else. No doubt a response will speak to protecting the landlords' interests in the property. If only they knew how incompetent this agent this.

never received one. Bedroom window broke and could no longer open, was never fixed. Email responses were almost always very delayed. We lodged an application to end our lease early due to not only a clear case for VCAT but also due to the effect on our quality of living, our application was denied. Upon vacation at the end of our lease the bond was delayed due to the agent forgetting to send the bond claim form, again I have emails verifying this. Overall extremely unprofessional. I would strongly warn anyone before considering leasing through Fletchers.

Horrible!! – Today I went to view rental property in Mount Waverly and I came across Nick Chen, very rude, unprofessional approach by this agent has put me off dealing with Fletchers. Person who has degree in business, should know that bad news travels further then you can imagine. After reading rewiews I agree; don’t deal with Fletchers Real Estate.

Dont rent from fletcherd in point cook – Fletchers are two faced. While we were tenants with them we heard nothing from them. The moment we gave notice to vacate the problems began. Watch this company they a re underhanded and sneaky. I recommend that nobody rent through the point coom office. I you decide to make.sure.you take photos of every nook, hinge, cupboard, skirting board because for sure they will try and gain your bond by fabricated photos.

The staff also are very demeaning and treat you like your a second class citizen.

The worst Real Estate Agents – I signed contract with them to sell my property and after 6 weeks (thereabouts) on the market they bought me an offer to the table (the only offer) " if I can guarantee that my neighbor will sign contract to officially subdivide buyer will purchase" - illegal - How can I guarantee that a property I dont own and that the owner of that property will do what I sign up for???? Agent provided us it was the only way to sell our home. The Auction did not happen as there was no interested buyers. The Agent set our price to high and then we had to drop our price to try and engage buyers . No buyers interested. The Agent brought not one person to the table. Now we are to pay this astronomical Advertising fee. The advertising that they recommended would sell our home.

Never go with Fletchers. They will rip you off from start to finish.

The customer service after contacting Fletchers Head office was terrible. They don't want to listen to there customers they only want to listen to there staff. Their staff are always right, not customers.

They simply dont respond to enquiries – I saw a property on their website and decided to enquire further. Sent an email direct to the person on the email listed in their ad, and after 10 days, I gave up on the property (its still available btw) and of doing any business with Fletchers R/E. If the person in question was on leave or away on business eg courses etc, then why not have someone else manage their business emails while they are away? Very poor business standards, IMHO

being passed in I was advised to accept an offer that was way under what was promised, they convincingly told me that the property is declining and we should accept the offer that approx $250k under. Trusting agents is all we could do seeing this is their profession and forte only to discover that they were fine 880k for underquoting

photos and condition reports attached in the email! When I rang my property manager and complained that there was not enough information provided, her answer was "you didn't request it! " Seriously, do I need to teach you how to do you job properly?!!!

Finally, some pictures were sent to me, but were poorly taken! I questioned and requested her to go and take some other photos, her answer was "I will tell the tenants to take the photos again." She was not even bothered to go and take the picture herself!! How slack is that!!!

So, people, please do not use Fletchers!!!!

were notified that we had left a light bulb in the apartment and that we had to pick it up at a later date. We had moved two states away.

They thought that rust on a sink was toothpaste and demanded we clean 20 years worth of use.

All our concerns were met with complete apathy and after 10 years of renting, Fletchers stands out as the worst. I feel genuinely sorry for any other renters currently in contract with them.

Poor non- attentative service – Strongly do not recommend. Seemed to be friendly. As a genuine buyer - genuinely really wanted to purchase a listed property for private sale, decided not to place in an offer to purchase this property, had no idea were I stood. Extreme lack lustre attitude from the sales consultant . I can only say l really feel sorry for their vendors.

Don't buy through Fletchers – -poor after sale customer service. Had to contact several times (phone call, email, text message) in order to get a response from them -Agent sides with the vendor Strongly do not recommend. Was very friendly and helpful in the beginning, but the after sale customer service was terrible. I strongly do not recommend.
