awful service, Products arrived quickly but were not as described. I tried to return them as them as a 30 day money back guarentee was offered and it was impossible toi contact them. I send about 5 email and also 2 notes via messenger on facebook. ZERO response.

Product arrived and the adhesive on it was basically non-existent so wouldn’t stick to the wall, so now it sits next to the toilet and falls over as Im not keen on damaging our new tiles with other glues. Asked them to please simply send a new adhesive strip but they never got back to me. Very disappointing as very pricey for a toilet brush.

Purchased two of these thinking they would be great but boy was I wrong. The brushes are of inferior quality, especially for the price, don't stick to surfaces as advertised and I am of the opinion that Flexiscrub is a scam. Cheap Chinese rubbish, don't bother with them, I would have given minus stars if I was able.

No tracking that works, deliver in 5 to 8 days. Now day 29. No response from company ever. Dodgie as a 3 dollar note. Finally arrived after getting PayPal involved. Then it arrived within the five day period. They say they are a Gold Coast company but product was shipped from NSW.

Avoid at all costs – Product is sub standard. Doesn’t work effectively and doesn’t stick to walls as advertised. Followed all instructions to return but ghosted by the company. Avoid at all costs.

I will never deal with them again – Do not buy this product the company is a sham I purchased this on the 19/01/2025 and still waiting. Have emailed them so many times with no response. They are a bunch of crooks. I should have known because there is no phone number to contact

Scam product does not supply – Company a scam !!! Never got product plus they give you a false tracking number & do not answer emails. Do NOT waste your money!!!

Will not answer emails nor pick up returns – Do not answer emails. Do not pick up returned items in a timely manner and the item gets returned to you. My return sat at the post office for 10 days until the post office returned it to me. PayPal no help as the case was closed before I could get a response from the company. Absolute waste of space company. Buyer beware

Dodgy company should be reported to ACCC – Stay away from this company. I have been emailing for 3 months to return my purchase as they offer a 30 day free trial but no response. I have even tried making contact with some of the Instagram influencers that promote this product and they have not responded!

Dont order from this company – Still havnt recieved my order which was placed in August. They don’t reply to emails. This is a bogus company that just takes your money . They are not Australian company as they claim.

Absolute crap company, give them a miss! – Yet to use the 1 brush I received, looks ok. I should have received the 2nd free brush, as advertised. ABSOLUTE TRASH – Absolute rubbish! They’re a lying scamming company. Came from China. So bad that as soon as I received them in scrunched/broken up packaging, I put them straight in the bin. They don’t work. Waste of money and bad for the environment.

Don’t waste your money – I hate when companies lie. This one definitely does. Australian owned and operated - I don’t think so. “Ships direct from us” - it ships direct from China and take almost a month. Both 5-8 days as stated on website. They don’t answer emails and the product is generic plastic crap with no product logo anywhere. They should be ashamed.

Scammers – Scammers! Product never showed up and they will not respond to emails. Reached out via PayPal complaint and finally they agreed to refund. Then they advise must close complaint before they can process. Unfortunately I complied and of course everything has gone silent. They clearly are out to rip you off and know once you close complaint with PayPal you are unable to reopen. Save your money!

Disappointed with quality - rather flimsy - I expected a better product for the money spent – I also wish I’d found these reviews before buying. I threatened Consumer affairs after quite a few emails back and forth. They said I can return them at my own expense (which will be the cost of buying them) . they’ve since shipped the second one. It took over a week and a second complaint to get them to actually ship it though. Now I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks instead of the 3 days advertised. Save yourself time and money, and buy the same product from Kmart or Temu. Blatant false advertising

Do not buy from this company!! – Don’t be sucked in! Mine like other reviews took. Long time to arrive!!! I purchased the buy one get one free, only one turned up. reply to my emails, fb messages and couldn’t even get through to the 1800 number which is engaged no matter what time of the day you ring or how long you try. Save your money and time and avoid at all cost!

Not an Aussie company!! – Very disappointed. Decided to support an Aussie and NOT buy from Temu/China. When brushes arrived I realised the company is NOT Australian and items are shipped from China. Should have saved my money and purchased thru Temu! They are a good product and do work well but I think the cheap ones from Temu would also work!

Extremely poor quality and customer service – Extremely poor quality, the handle is bent and the adhesive sticker worked for 24hrs before it fell off the wall. Looks cheap. Have tried to contact with no replies. Shipped from china in terrible packaging. Do not recommend.
