I had FLEXSPEC tiles installed in October 2025 and have had no issues at all. It is very easy to clean and maintain. The tiles are able to withstand weight of the car. I was going to use a Epoxy coating but it is very difficult to apply yourself and expensive if done professionally ($2000+) Very happy with quality and service from FLEXSPEC Show details

After much research on the different types of garage flooring, epoxy, polished concrete, and interlocking rubber gym mats, I'm so glad I went with Flexspec. Delivery and installation was free. I just needed to call to book in installation. The team was friendly and efficient, my single garage was done in under an hour. I went with Slate Grey, the garage floor looks great and it's functional. I'm really happy with the pricing and experience.

Excellent product, was looking for alternative garage flooring and stumbled upon Flexspec. They appeared to have a good selection and had the ramps which I wanted as it tends to finish off the install. would have finished in an hour. Cutting the tiles I tried a circular saw and a jigsaw, and the jigsaw was by far the easiest method once I got used to it, I would suggest using a fine blade. Would recommend these tiles and Flexspec as they look great and are very solid without any movement. The one thing which did stand out was the customer service, as I ordered 1 to many boxes and they were very helpful in returning and refunding. Very easy to deal with adn responded quickly.
