Poor service – Ordered rug 21st Feb and still nothing. Very unimpressed with service.

undelivered unresponsive – I ordered my outdoor rug 26th October and patiently waited, bearing in mind the disruptions to deliveries over the past couple of years......21/11/22 and still no rug. Tracking says it has been in Geelong since 4/11/22 No-one at Floorsome answers the phone, can't get a hold of the courier. cannot say how much I like the rug as I don't have it. Floorsome you need to speak with your clients as readily as you take our money respectively, thank you

Great product and great service – Really happy with my floorsome rug for baby's room. Delivery was delayed a couple days due to courier (think everyone in Australia is atm, so won't hold it against them), but staff member was really helpful following up so I could track order (could see orders were despatched same day as order). Careless and remote – Brett from Floorsome called on a no return number after 27 individual contacts via emails and messages - eventually after the courier co. offered a refund immediately as they were experiencing delays. Their Facebook Messenger customer service is excellent. I always got back quick responses whenever I had questions regarding the order or shipping.

Faulty Rug. Claim denined – Purchased a natural fiber rug 320x230cm. As stated on the website this rug is hard wearing & best quality. Initially happy with purchase, delivery of purchase requires vast improvement. Had rug for less than 9 months & noted bad freying in one area of the rug. Stating the cause of the freying is a direct result of dining chair, dispite the fact dining chair does not come into contact with freyed area of mat, & never has. Both parties are aware of this, but deny my claims. Even if I had a different issue with my purchase my claim would not hold pass 30 days due to the companies warranty, which is hardly fair to the consumer if they were to have an issue. Will never purchase from Floorsome again, as customer satisfaction & service is not at the forefront of running their business

Good rug, delivery a bit unorganised – Cheap rug, cool design, great size. Pretty much exactly what I wanted. Only annoying thing was lack of communication around delivery. Called the company who asked me to call the courier to reschedule, which I did. Couriers asked me to call the driver on the day for a delivery window. The delivery window was hours so I was sat on the floor of an empty flat with a book, a banana, and the dead bugs for company, just waiting for this damn rug for hours.

I have to buy another rug and I'm tossing up whether to go back to floorsome. I like the product but I wish they'd change courier companies.

Terrible! – Update: have been issued a refund, may have been a one off faulty rug. Team were really helpful and nice. Terrible! Metallic thick thin shag rug sheds like crazy! caught so many times. EVERY single day I am picking up the shag piles up due to them just shedding off so easily, I will walk from my lounge to the hallway and have shag things stuck in between my toes. Have contacted the team and they offered a refund.

Ordered Kitchen Mats on Saturday, despatched Sydney warehouse on Monday, delivered Tuesday – I ordered Kitchen Mat which are non-slip, no trip hazard, washable, cushion & impact reduction.
