refused to and gave them to the concierge. He did not attempt to call me or the business owner. I rang to complain today and the staff (Lulu) who picked up acknowledged my complaint but was defensive and seemed to be making excuses for the driver and said that address was confusing for the driver when she googled it. But I reiterated that I specially mentioned the name of the restaurant the flowers should be delivered to the specified location but she wasn't actively listening. I also mentioned that a birthday cake that was ordered with the same address provided was delivered promptly to the restaurant with no issues and the driver even called to make sure I received the cake. This service is terrible and unacceptable and has infuriated me greatly. The staff was not so much interested in the feedback and seem to be suggesting that the address was not clear to the driver. If that is so, how did the other delivery driver for the cake ensured that the delivered the cake to the right location at Crown. I also mentioned in the instructions to contact me should the flowers delivery person had issues finding the restaurant. Clearly the driver was not competent. Also back to the staff taking the call today, I felt she was being defensive and making excuses for the driver. This is extremely disappointing that despite my calling the business first to provide my feedback about the poor delivery service, I wasn't listened to and instead received a defensive reaction and someone making excuses for the delivery driver. It has been a stressful and negative experience for me. Something that shouldn't have happened. Do think twice before deciding to order flowers from them. I will NOT be using their service ever again!!!

it has been such a relief knowing I do not have to spend an hour trying to find a nice arrangement wrapped in the brown paper look with a large range of great priced sizes. There are so many flower companies out there with a minimum of $50-$70 and the flowers available look like they are the same as supermarket $15-$25 bunches. Up until last year, I had not yet found a florist that will deliver all over melb as well as offer little bunches for the $20-40 mark. This company has taken one less hassle away for me when trying to grieve. Its been a massive couple of years during this covid mess and the only thing I regret about using this service is the fact that I have not made the time to put a review up sooner. Thanks so much for being one of the only companies who will let me deliver anywhere in the metropolitan area. My favourite item over the $100 mark is the serene sparkle - a range of dried flowers along side some real flowers in whites/ pastel. What a dream! Thank you for the rustic looking wrapping! On the day of delivery, I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery through e-mails, and another message when the flowers were delivered to Mount Waverley to a very dear friend celebrating her birthday, unfortunately, at home alone due to isolation restrictions. My friend was delighted with the flowers, which brought great joy to her during what has been a very difficult time. I found all aspects of the transaction with FAM to be conducted very professionally and, above all, totally customer-focused. This really is exceptional service. I've already recommended FAM to friends and family, and would most certainly use them again.

When I ordered flowers recently from this company there was an error and I was charged for two lots of flowers. I quickly rang their number and the lovely Lady on the other end of the phone arranged my refund effortlessly. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and I was informed every step of the way. You can’t get better service than that. I will certainly be using them again.

another bunch of flowers to my work when I was not in. I then called them. They said they could not refund the cancellation fee. They said I had to make myself available the next day for collection of the flowers they sent by mistake. I said come and get them now I'm not at work on Saturday. No. I was abused by their staff member . She would not provide her name. She said she would tell her manager I had an extra bunch of flowers and we would be charged and hung up.

Disappointed – I placed an order expecting a morning delivery; however, I was advised my order was not even leaving the shop until mid-day. I am angry and upset. Never again.

Disgusting stench, completely unprofessional service – Worst flower delivery experience I've ever had!!! Should label the bouquets as "delivery driver smoke" absolutely disgusting, bouquet was delivered by an unprofessional, cheap driver with a cigarette in his mouth, couldn't even speak English!!!! The bouquet stank of cigarette smoke and ended up in the bin! And they didn't even have the decency to look into it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have used Flowers Across Melbourne a couple of times & found them to be excellent. Their website is easy to use & there is a great selection to choose from. The flowers were delivered within about 3 hours from the time of ordering. Fully recommend them.
