This is the 2nd time, I've purchased, from Flowers Across Sydney. Jess was amazing. I just list my Dad. I was sending a plant, to my Brother. I ended up ordering 4 plants, by mistake. Jess took the time to ring, and SMS me. And, quickly returned my money, to my Account. The plant was amazing. Best, and cheapest Florist, that I found in Sydney. Amazing service – I don’t give reviews lightly, but the service and after service was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, I won the free flowers for my SIL and they advised me and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

Advised to select florists choice on website, never again! Bright- Very, Very Bright open bloomed Peonies were delivered- on time. Definitely not what was envisaged or implied. See images from website and what was delivered.

They sent a pile of closed lilies for my daughters birthday. She thought it was a joke that I'd just robbed a grave or something. They opened up half a week later but [Content Removed]? $70 for buds.

Company could care less what and how anything arrived – Paid over $100 to brighten someone’s day opening door to flowers , they were dumped on doorstep as door camera is in place. Company offered refund of delivery fee! Missing the customer experience and service Never again

Beautiful flowers and great customer service – I wasn’t sure that I got the address right and customer service replied quickly with possible addresses and offered to change the delivery address if I needed to, flowers were delivered on time and I was updated when they were delivered. I wouldn't shop anywhere else! – This has been the easiest and most straightforward experience of ordering flowers for delivery. Plenty of options to choose from, and a lot of other items to include if that's what you're after. Flowers were delivered promptly with great communication of when they were delivered. The flowers we the same as they were shown in the photos. I wouldn't order from anyone else now.

Not what I ordered – Have used this company previously with good results but unfortunately not happy this time. Ordered flowers for my very sick sister and flowers were supposed to be in a vase but she received them in a box. What is the point of showing a picture of the flowers if it isn't what is received
