Flowers were amazing and arrived on time! :) – This site offers fantastic flowers at an affordable price. I ordered the pretty in pink set for my friend who lives in Griffith, NSW. Although some of the flowers were substituted, this is to be expected given seasonality. The boxed flowers were delivered today on her birthday and she was so happy and sent me a picture. Thank you flowersales!

Absolute SCAM!!!! – Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a big (expensive) bunch of flowers as a surprise for my mums birthday. Chose “same day delivery” on their website & received email confirmation of the same. Avoid – Specifically googled flowers delivered to this small town this was the first site that popped up with a page specifically mentioning the town and the post code (!) but the next day they advised they can’t deliver there. Feels like a bot or something that has a page for each postcode in Australia. What a pain Show details

Would not recommend – Would not recommend this site ! It is all false advertisement flowers look nothing like what is shown online once they arrive! Woolworths flowers would be a better option – I feel like a fool not reading the reviews before buying, I ordered a bunch of flowers for mothers day, paid for an upgrade and I was stunned that I paid $100 for almost nothing, 2 bunches of Woolies flowers thrown together would have looked better and been 1/3 of the price. to surprise her for her 70th and that has been completely ruined. If I had known on Thursday or Friday they wouldn’t arrive I could have organised another alternative. She lives in a small country town and it is impossible to organise something at such short notice.

It’s also appalling that I had to wait 50 minutes to speak to someone. When I finally spoke to someone she said the next delivery was tomorrow, but my order had already been cancelled, not postponed.

Not Good at all – Ordered flowers for mum for mothers day, and got an email sunday late afternoon from Paypal saying i received a refund...there has been no explanations given so really dissapointed and upset that mum didnt get any flowers on Mothers Day... wont use again.

Awful Awful service – After ordering any paying I was advised they couldn’t deliver in time for Mother’s Day. Then a. Little later told they couldn’t deliver at all. Then told PayPal refund would take 3 to 5 business days ! Useless !

Satisfied – I wanted a small, bright arrangement delivered to my Mum in a nursing home in Melbourne on Saturday before Easter. After all the negative reviews I didn't think it would happen. However I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived on time. Because of lockdown I didn't receive a photo of the flowers, but at least they arrived on time.

"No show" for my Valentine – I was interstate and ordered flowers for my wife two days before Valentines Day, paid over the phone. They rang at 4pm the next day to say they were unable to deliver anything. No satisfactory explanation given, just full refund offered. I waited until the refund was on my account before this post. Disappointed – So disappointed! I ordered flowers for my friends funeral and they didn’t arrive. I called and emailed twice all four times was told I’d be called back but wasn’t. Money was net was taken from my card and no one could give me any answers. Such a let down at such a sad time.

Unable to deliver after confirmed next day delivery – I would not recommend using this company . I placed an order for a special occasion that cannot be replaced . I confirmed postcode to ensure guaranteed next day delivery and received email confirming this . Money was deducted from account when order placed only to be told at next day unable to deliver in this area . Refund would now take 3-5 days !!! It was very disappointing that I couldn't surprise my mum with the flowers I had originally ordered, but the restaurant was nice enough to put together a make-shift bouquet using some flowers they had leftover from a function the night before.

I emailed this company the next day and they stated that the flowers got returned back via courier stating that they couldn't deliver it(?) and asked me for an alternate address, which I then gave my mum's address.

When the flowers did turn up, there were a number of issues:

1) The delivery person did not even bother to ring the doorbell. The flowers were found tossed on the ground outside the front door despite the fact that someone was available at home the entire day to accept the delivery.

2) I had written a birthday message to be included on the card with the flowers. The card itself was missing and no where to be found.

3) Probably the biggest issue for me though was the fact that the flowers looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered on the website. Yes they were pink lilies, but they looked utterly underwhelming and looked old and not fresh. The bouquet itself had no extra green ferns accompanying the flowers as displayed on the website; and it was not bundled in decorative mesh wrapping, but instead just wrapped in basic brown paper wrapping.

For the price of $70, I was definitely expecting the bouquet to look a lot more like it was advertised on their website. And for it to have been delivered on time and in a professional manner.

In the end i had to email the company again, and send pictures as proof. Customer care agreed that the flowers had fallen short due to their member florist and offered me a 25% refund for the flowers. In my opinion, this still seems overpriced for an underwhelming bouquet of flowers that never got delivered on time and in the right manner as a surprise for my mum's birthday.

I have used this company once before in the past a few years ago and they delivered an amazingly beautiful bouquet with great service. That's the only reason why I chose to use them again this time without doing proper research beforehand. But perhaps they've come under new management and are not the same anymore. I will definitely not be using them again, and thought I should leave a review on my experience for anyone else contemplating ordering flowers from them in the future.

Where is my refund – l ordered online in the morning, that afternoon l receive a phone call saying they couldn't deliver what l ordered or deliver on the day requested. That's fine, NOT , so l say cancel the order. Order cancelled but yet to receive a refund. l will read the reviews before my next flower purchase. Worst service and very distressing considering the circumstances, (a death in the family). Avoid this company.

Tried to rip me off due to their own mistake – The online delivery checker on their website clearly says they can deliver to my destination today (honestly... it doesn't get much clearer then "Yes! but they would be keeping $15 of MY money for "admin fees". How is it my fault that they can't provide a clearly advertised (and fully paid for in advance!!) service?

If I knew they weren't able to deliver as advertised, I would have waited and liaised directly with a local florist who is only open on a Wednesday.

Definitely won't be using them again.

Read their replies they are all the same 'sorry' 'we will look into it'. It appears in all reviews no one's order is received in time and they do not get what they pay for. We could call this fraud. They lady I spoke to was vaguely apologetic and when suggested maybe a larger bunch of flowers as good will her counter offer was to attach a note to the flowers apologizing for the late delivery! A friend of mine died aged 53 and these flowers for his children as I live on the other side of Australia and cant be there for them. Do NOT use: Don't provide the services offered – Ordered before 8am for a Saturday delivery, choosing an AM delivery time. Before ordering checked to make sure they delivered to my area on Saturday. that the courier was late to arrive and should be there shortly. As it was mine and my partners anniversary we had arranged plans later in the afternoon, and advised them as such.

Come 3PM flowers had not arrived, and had to leave. A note on my delivery order was not to leave flowers at door due to the area and to call my mobile for any issues.

I left numerous messages and emails prior to leaving, so decided that they were not going to arrive. Now have returned back at 5:30PM and still there is nothing, no phone call no notes and definitely no flowers!!

Do NOT use this company as they appear not to provide the services offered. I will be following them up on Monday and will be giving them an earful! I only wish I had of read these reviews prior to ordering.

Disgusting! – I tried to send sympathy flowers with this company only to find the recipient NEVER received them The did NOT even refund my money until I rang to complain and disputed the transaction on Paypal! Steer clear of them! I wanted to rate zero!

Very poor bunch of expensive flowers! – Sisters 50th birthday: ordered large expensive bunch called 'splash of colour'. She received a small bunch with little colour that looked like it had fallen out of the delivery van, terrible presentation with very little colour. False advertising as they were nothing like the picture advertised. We both complained to the company and got no reply Not only do they rip you off, they don't care.!
