Joel was an excellent tradesman with plenty of experience and knowledge. He cleared the drains and gave me great advice on drainage and my hot water system. The charge was as advertised and was very reasonable for the service provided. No hesitation in using this company in the future.
Punctual, tidy and thorough however was extremely expensive (about twice the price of other plumbers) for connecting the gas to the stove. For this reason I will not use Fluid Plumbing again.
Urgent broken pipe replaced – I had a broken pipe that was causing a sink hole and needed urgent replacement. I had great customer service and an awesome experience from my first enquiry. The team were always pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with. Excellent communication explaining my plumbing issues, explained the detailed quote options and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend and will be getting them back for other jobs as well as electrical work soon.
Exceptional Service and Care – I have an elderly father with early onset dementia, and he phoned Fluid Plumbing in a panic, and needed help quickly. Had issues with water heating and flow on my mixer taps, Fluid resolved quickly after sending their plumbers out the day after my call, friendly and professional service from all involved, and at reasonable cost, can thoroughly recommend.
Follow-up · I researched possible reasons for my mixer taps intermittently and variably not heating the water, but am not a mechanically friendly person and my hands are age related weakened, so plumbers were the best option. Called Fluid Plumbing & Electrial as our Hot Water tank had no hot water. Daniel came out, took a look at the thermostat on the HW tank and said that was all fine and mentioned that he thought it was the Off Peak meter so he switched the HW to… Read more
Mains power from Off-Peak, call AusGrid and charged us $375. Several hours later, still no hot water. AusGrid guy comes out at 8pm, takes a look at Off-Peak meter, says that's all fine and goes and takes a look at the thermostat on the HW tank jiggles it around a bit. Switches the Hot Water back to Off-Peak and presto we have Hot water in the morning so I can take a hot shower.

there was a different solution required to solve a magnitude of other problems we had and that we didn’t realise were connected.
He explained the many benefits of joining their Flow Club, which we did, and we immediately received membership discounts.
Luke provided quotes for potential other work we would like to do and immediately set about replacing our prv. He also explained their $0 deposit interest free loans for larger jobs.
My husband had a shower after Luke left and came out saying it was the strongest water flow we’ve had since moving into the house 5 years ago.
We will definitely use Fluid Plumbing again and have already referred them to some of our friends.

meter box and suggested it could to be upgraded to ensure my safety since not all circuits had safety switches. Also surge protection could be installed to cover all circuits. I liked the idea and was pleased with the affordable price. Another gentleman named Rhys completed all work the next day! He worked for most of the day and patiently explained the new features he had installed in our meter box. Rhys was courteous, friendly and professional. He respectfully listened to our queries and was a pleasure to have on our property. I love the ceiling fan which should save electricity as we won't need to use the airconditioner as frequently. What great service and really fantastic service and workmanship – I have left a review on facebook but I will be glad to give a review on this site too. I can't praise the guys enough. and unblocked the pipe for us to get us out of trouble which was not a simple job by any means. Really horrible. Once he unblocked it all, things settled down and he, Daniel and Ben and Tristan were able to do a few other jobs that needed to be seen to at the same time, including putting in two toilets, replace water heater and the horrible and really messy job of putting in a reflux valve to stop it from happening again. The cost was not cheap but then I didn't expect to be. It was well worth it to get it all done. Did the work with a minimum of fuss and cleaned up after themselves so that everything was very tidy when they left. I could wish the rest of the ensuring clean up went as well. Would definitely get these guys to come and do your work for you.

Your lovely Employee Baz was a perfect gentleman who took time to explain everything to me. Fixed our water pressure and checked our water for us. It makes a great difference showering or even doing the laundry at the correct water pressure. Washing machine doesn't take ages to fill up. Thank you for prompt and efficient service . Booked to have ensuite toilet flushing problem fixed, however another toilet that hangs off the wall would not flush. When Mark arrived asked him to look at new toilet problem as we had a house full of visitors. From my initial enquiry to the completion of the work, everyone at Fluid was professional, helpful and friendly. They give you a firm time frame for the job so that you're not waiting around all day and they're punctual. Information about products and pricing is clear and helpful. The work was done quickly and was very satisfactory. Highly recommended.
At my age you get nervous about using a company for this first time but Barry the technician put me at ease as he was a more than capable technician. I believe this company also do electricity work so I will be using them again I am sure.

Dont fall for this company the plumber told me I needed my gas hot water replaced without testing if it could be turned on he automatically recommended replacement for over $5400 and offered a payment plan to pay it of said it was an old tank. Got a quote from the 2nd plumber just in case his price was $2500 for the same products that Fluid and electrical recommended I buy. Don't fall for this company they only in it to make money and rip people off

The young fella quoted me 600 initially, then all of a sudden it became 1500. The job ended up with an excessive amount of pipes, which were exposed. understand why I had to tell the plumber how to do his job. Overcharged for the job, and the company does not provide a proper breakdown of work done and hourly rate of their plumbers on their invoice.
