Why is it so difficult to access my Flybuys account and the terrible experience with password reset and account number or email recognition? Its a time wasting service and poor customer interface.

You may have to ask someone FB to do a hard reset of your password. They were able to help me. Call them on 131116 on Monday morning at 9am

you have to register the temp card unless you already have a FB account and send your husband a link via email and register his account under a different email address to the one you've created.
I no longer have the phone number I had when I signed up to Flybuys, I can't get access to my account to update my new phone number, I tried but each time I end up back at my old number & being asked for validation code which I cannot access because I no longer have that bloody phone number. Please help.

Suggest your telephone them on 1311 16 and ask for the complaints department. If you are lucky you may even be able to speak to a "LIVE" person. Having contacted them recently, suggest that the calls are diverted to Asia as the contact person definitely had English as a second language. .
We have just discovered a former employee set up a Flybys account attached to one of our business emails she used and her personal phone. The email is still active but we can't work out how to reset the password and access the account as the 'forgot password' email is not being received.

I have just received a Coles Mastercard and linked a flybys card to it. This card has no points on it. I believed this flyby card was the main household card but I have now found out it isn't. I have my flybuys card linked to my wife's flybuy card so all points go to her. In the last few days I have noticed 2 transactions on the linked flybys card account. Both transactions are apparently from a Coles Mastercard. One for $300 and one for $170. These were not from me. I contacted Mastercard and these transactions are not on my pending so I know my credit card has not been stolen. I contacted flybys they said they could not help and to contact Mastercard who told me that these charges are not pending on my card. So basically I am earning points from unknown transactions but am suspicious that once I receive my 50000 bonus points my account will be drained. Has this occurred to anyone else or does anyone know what may have occured.
You might have redeemed or have had 2000 points deducted each time. when you went to coles and had $10/2000 points deducted each time.
My Flybuys account got hacked! My phone number was changed by the hacker 2 days ago and now I can't log into my account because I need a verification code to log in that should be send to my phone number but now it's an unknown number! Can someone help please!!
Perhaps you need to cancel the account and open a new one depending on how many points you had there

Hi, I have 2 Flybuys and a Velocity. The old card number linked to the Velocity account is lost with no hope of recovery as it was temporary. Can your technical team identify an account by searching for a linked Velocity account number? Then remove that inactive card? Velocity cannot do it on their end
Kel, l don’t think the Flybuys member help desk will care about your problem. My experience with them was not helpful and the 3 different support person were abrupt, rude and belligerent
