We purchased our vanity and storage cabinet and have extremely satisfied with our purchase. We did our purchase online and over the phone. Each time we have the customer service has been excellent. Purchased a cooktop and dish washer from the Mitcham store. The manager Rishii was very knowledgeable about the products and offered various options before I made my decision. The products looked very sleek and elegant and fitted in well with my other white goods in the kitchen. Both items work well and I’m very happy with my purchases. Very Poor Experience – I ordered a new drip tray for my 600 mm oven and received the wrong one, wider than I ordered, but when I contacted the company I received about 2 emails asking for the details. Once I supplied all the information they requested I was simply ignored, no response to several follow up emails... nothing. Once this company has your money the service and respect goes out the window. I would never recommend anyone use them.

Rosa Pull out Tap - – I have purchased a lot of bathroom and kitchen products from Fontaine which have all been great and never had an issue. from a manager who provided me their mobile number. Firstly my tap was replaced with a new one sent to my house. Upon receiving the second tap it still had the same wobble which we worked out to be a manufacturing issue with a particular batch. I remained in close contact with Fontaine whilst the manufacturer fixed the issue and a new batch came out. now I have a tap that is solid with no wobbles. I’m very satisfied with the product and the level of customer service was amazing. I felt Fontaine were taking my complaint seriously and wanted to do everything to fix the problem and make me happy. I will definitely continue to shop at Fontaine.

Laundry Tap's – Googling Laundry Taps on a Saturday Morning i found Fontaine Industries website and found the Taps i needed . To my amazement with in ten minutes i received a Ph call to ask which store id like to pick up from i informed them Hallam was my prefered pick up .

Collected my goods with in a hour on a Saturday .

Great selection of product product & great service. Still recommending 4 years on – My renovation was completed 4 years ago and my bathrooms still look great, even with a timber vanity in both the ensuite and the kids bathroom they still look incredible not even worn at all. You get what you pay for – I'm suprised by all the 5 star reviews. 3 years down the track I'm having to pay for a new vanity, as the one purchased through Fontaine has swelled up in several places with severe water damage. I purchased the Belagio 1500 vanity with timber top. It looked great to being with, but not made to last unfortunately.

100% worth a look – Excellent service from the team in Hallam. Lots of good quality bathroom vanities and tapware with heaps of variety and fantastic prices that we haven't seen anywhere else! Very happy with our purchases! Show reply
