Very dodgy!The accounts,.are all over the place! Lost orders of mine, some money returned ,but not the right amount!The food is OK,bland in cases and small servings!No accountability!Another rip- off!

Placed an order mid December, for specific delivery 14 January. I paid over $150 in mid December. Come 14 Jan - zero correspondence, no food delivery. I've emailed the company and this far crickets.

The order platform confirmed the delivery suburb then the food was delivered to the billing address (which was a construction site)! and temp was 39deg in Sydney. No offer to rectify the $200 order (apart from a $30 credit to next order). Lorraine just hides behind IT platform. After back and forward emails I was told the courier pressed the wrong button and the order was just delayed. Hours go by. No food, so I reached out again. Was still told it was delayed? Tuesday arrives and i am meant to start shift work that night. Was told on board for delivery that day. Nothing. Reached out again and they just said the couriers aren't responding so they refunded me. No explanation no offer to organise get some more food delivered. By this stage I had no meal prep for the week ( long hours with zero time to cook ) and had nothing sorted thinking the food would arrive and who knows where it even went???. Its simply not good enough. They gave me no resolution. I even said I actually enjoy the food, you would think they would offer to redeliver or give me a voucher. But nothing. The 2 stars is for the other times I've ordered with them and the food is actually really nice. Doesn't taste processed. But this experience was just terrible

Removed] (the person who replies to emails) insisted I revise my negative review, and she even denied that we sent her emails regarding our issue with the rice, she was unbelievably rude and difficult, then she started to deny that I was even a customer, and continued to make attempts for me to change and change my review! Her behaviour was awful. I would've kept ordering excluding rice meals, if it wasn't for [Name Removed] compulsive lies. Not a good experience!! Did have dispute with FoodSt which has been resolved – **update** The company resolved the issue by refunding me the credits that I had accumulated. I have ordered quite a few meals and I will edit this review if the quality, quantity and price stack up for each of the meals I've ordered. Wish I could give zero stars. I joined their subscriber programme last year as I wanted to support a local company and have an alternative to take away with home cooked meals* (spoiler alert - they are expensive and absolutely tiny - not good VFM). It was $15 a month, so I thought I'd save up my subscriptions until I got close to the amount required for home delivery. I recently logged on to place an order and my credit was only $45 which I thought was a mistake as I hadn't ordered for months. Then I checked my account and the words "credit expired" appeared against all my recent contributions. I messaged the company and highlighted what I thought was a mistake, but they confirmed that in late 2023 they sent round an email which they sent me a copy of. It mentioned a few things that I expected - prices increasing, regretfully passing them on, free delivery amount increased, etc etc, but buried WAAAAY down in the email was the fact that after 60 days or whatever, your credits would expire. I cannot understand for the life of me why this would be the case. That was not the situation when I signed up as a subscriber and just because they send an email telling me they are arbitrarily changing the terms and conditions does not mean that I consented to having my money effectively "stolen". Why have an expiration date on credits? If you are going to introduce one, why not make it more like the way that gift cards are going, which is to have 2-3 years expiry date? Why have an expiry at all? It doesn't cost them anything to "store" my money, or administer it? I've questioned this, but have not received a satisfactory answer. Naturally I've cancelled my subscription, I would like a refund of my $45 (*as all their meals are soooo expensive and if you add delivery costs it's an absolute joke). $13.50 for a portion of rice for 2 people! PLUS delivery! It's a great idea but it's just too expensive and with this sneaky change to terms and conditions, I don't trust them. Be careful if you build up credits - I wouldn't be surprised if this company folds in the near future - their reviews are getting worse.

Could not eat the food – Literally, could not eat the food. My food was delivered to the wrong address and left in front of a garage door in full sun. It was then run over by a car! When I informed the company their response was massive indifference and an almost aggressive stock reply about their delivery partners trying their best.

My go-to! – FoodSt's been a life-saver for whenever I need to sort out a quick dinner, and I love the fact the meals are made by home cooks.
