Foot Bio-Tec Sandals

Wife has high arched feet with and suffers from plantar Fasciitis and a heel spur, had moderate pain. The two of pairs of orthotic sandals she has brought, are so comfortable, She can wear them all day without pain. A great find.

These slip ons are my new 'best friend' to take me into summer months – After 18 months of foot and ankle pain, splints, inserts, physio, specialist input etc, & much sandal research, these slip on sandals allowed me to wear other than splint and lace up runners. They were recommended on a foot condition facebook page by others. Such a relief to comfortably walk into summer months. Quite a relief. Impressed. Had to go a size up for me.

slipping forward. Since the shoe can’t do the bare minimum (which is to stay on someone’s foot) I went to take them back. I was told to come back another time as this sales person isn’t the one who served me. She couldn’t confirm when that person would be back but in the end, it doesn’t matter who served me, I’m here now and need a solution. They made it clear that no refunds can be given (regardless if shoes have been used or not). So I was offered an exchange but unfortunately all of their shoes kept slipping off. The ones with a strap around the back (their most expensive shoe) were too short around the front and too long at the back. The sales person witnessed all of my attempts to find shoes that could accommodate my feet but there was sadly no solution and they refused to refund me so just be aware: THEY DO NOT REFUND unless the shoe is faulty. Sales tactics are amazing but for a company that believe in their product have a funny way of showing it.

these thongs are dangerous – My wife and I have bought a pair of thongs each and now she won't wear them because they slip easily on our tiles and now I have slipped with mine! The inner soles are good but do not wear their thongs as they are dangerous. Show details

Tried all kinds of shoes these really work ! – I have had broken arches most of my life then flat feet at age 40 now at almost ,60 I had faciitis and sciatic hip pain and when I changed to thses shoes the pain was Gone ! Best orthotics I have ever bought! – My mother had spinal surgery and after the surgery she kept falling over. I purchased a pair of the rachel sandals for her in one of their pop up stores. and they don't rub or pinch her feet. I tore tendons in my foot and I purchased the same sandals and I have also found a difference from other orthotics I have previously purchased. I can wear these shoes all day and I don't get sore or aching feet at all. The price of them is also half of what I normally pay and they are a soft leather with full arch support and very well made. I will definitely be buying these again!

Waste of money and rude customer service – I purchased a pair they was great at the start but within 4 months had worn to near a flat arch. I went to the place I got them from I asked if I could exchange them as we could both see that the support they claim to help with had worn completely. And that the grey soles are harder. I now have gone back to normal flip flops at a price of $10 not $90 for the exact same affect. Just be aware they don't last long there great at start when walking out of shops.

love my thongs – I bought a few pairs of thongs. It has been the best thing I did. No more sore knees I can go walking around my neighbour now. Really putting your foot in it! – I recently bought a pair of 'Shore' thongs upon hearing some rave family (of mine) comments/reviews! You know, once you get used to the extra arch support which feels a bit lumpy at first from not normally having it, you do kinda get used to it, and having the extra support for your arches, you know that's got to be a good thing! I'll definately be sticking with them as I know there's been a lot of good science that's gone into them!

great shoes – Had a small problem with my first pair of shoes, rang the company and my shoes were replaced straight away no trouble at all. I love my shoes they do hurt at first, but after wearing for a short while they are excellent, I will definitely be buying more.

Most comfortable shoes I have – I bought my own bio tec thongs, although I’d call them a slide, from a pop up shop at the Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore Queensland. black and white. At the moment they seem to be only available in navy and a crimson colour. I have tried to find out when they will be back on the Sunshine Coast as there is another pair I’d like to try it I really need to try them first. I’d wish they made a pair I could wear to work where I need a more professional look.

wish they were in every state besides NSW – i usually wear 7.5 or 8.i bought and 8 just fit -i have fat feet so adjustable straps are fine for me right now. The colour said grass and they looked yellow in picture but they are lime.I bought on ebay

Can improve – Received these Australian designed sandals ex e-bay @ $71 so are priced OK. You need to order next size up as not true to size. Found them to be of reasonable quality and hardly as comfortable as made out in advertising for my plantar fasciitis but it is early days. loose. Would be good if you have fat or high arched feet but with flat feet they are a little loose even with summer wearing socks.
