great service – We went in to the store and met the friendly staff, Monique and Rosa. Rosa took us under her wing, "bedmatched" us to a king koil chiro plush medium which is like sleeping on a cloud. We got a great deal on the mattress and two pillows. The mattress arrived right on time the following week. Still yet to see – Bought the serenity plush in July arrived 6 weeks later in August. A month later we noticed it felt nothing like the mattress in the store. every week: 1. Rotate the mattress 180 degree to ensure we were helping the material in the mattress unfold more. 2. Try to sleep in different spots of the bed to ensure the mattress was being used all over so that it was not being used in one spot only. 3. If no change in a month call them and a assessor will come out and check the mattress over.

When we bought the bed from forty winks not once did they give us this info!!!!!

Can we make a complaint and ask for a refund instead due to misleading information about the mattress?

Apparently the floor model in forty winks had more time to break into and would feel completely firmer than the mattress we received.

I think had they been more forthcoming around instructions on how to care for our mattress we would have thought of making another purchase.

Bankstown store - Rosa – After 15 long years of a mattress, I talked my parents into visiting Forywinks Bankstown store. Rosa, was amazing. What Customer Service – I have purchased and paid for a bed frame from Forty Winks whilst buying a mattress at Snooze on the same day. I have been sleeping on the mattress from Snooze for 2 weeks as guaranteed and am still waiting for a frame 5 weeks after purchase, this after the salesperson at the time told us they should be in stock. weeks for delivery which we noticed after finalising payment.

Each week I have been given the same story, in transit, bad paperwork, delayed. But we guarantee the following week, we will book you in for the following Saturday. Gets to the day before delivery I call to confirm again, in transit, bad paperwork, delayed. It is as if there is a standard set of responses to shift responsibility away from themselves.

This has happened for 3 weeks now and I have no confidence that it will be delivered next week either as told over the phone this morning again. The worst part is that if I hadn't called them I would have been waiting all sat as nobody from Bankstown has had the courtesy to call me!!!!

Can't wait to see the bed too after reading some of these reviews..

Terrible Bankstown manager – Worse service ever especially by the so called store manager karmal. To think his the one that can solve everything yet his so unprofessional and rude. Should be treating customers with respect and not want to fight them and tell them to come over the counter. Worst customer service – We purchased a bed frame from the bankstown store. The guy was so stuck up he thinks he is above the rest. I would advise him to get down from your high cloud and check out how competitive your market is down. Worst service ever.
