genuinely rate Forty Winks Kotara 10/10. Our money was definitely well spent on a great quality product and enjoyable shopping experience. We had a couple of hiccups but were handled very well by the team and resolved almost instantly by the store manager Jack, the delivery men, Jacqui and Diane. When we are in need of new bedroom furniture we are without a doubt coming back to Forty Winks Kotara.
Purchased a king koil Chiro resolve mattress from the Rockingham store in March . Within 3 months it was sagging quite significantly whilst in sleeping position . Forty winks arranged for warranty company to inspect mattress . They only measure the sinkage whilst no weight on , so deemed the mattress to be fine . It is now 7 months later with… Read more
still no outcome . Consumer affairs have been notified .The mattress is causing bad back and hip problems . I have an unacceptable mattress that cost $2000 , that i can no longer sleep on . This whole process had been quite stressful . Where is the 10 year warranty and customer care

bed and enjoy just waking up in it. I definitely recommend the service, as well as the quality and price of the Luminous gaslift bedframe and Crown Royale Medium mattress. Even the delivery guys were were happy and obliging. I definitely recommend Jan and this Forty Winks store.

until a few days ago the bed collapsed. Decided to call back store and they were not interested at all. So we purchased 2 king size beds , 4 bedside tables & 1 chest of draws. SoI was a good customer but they basically said too bad it hasn’t happened to anyone else as an excuse. That didn’t help me and they said they could replace the bed head as it was not the same as my first bed but they wanted a further$200 after I had spent more than $10.000 dollars. Appalling policy . Needless to say I won’t be back and a warning to everyone else.

ten years older and still more comfortable than this. I have bad lower back and hip pain for four years now and I guessed it was the mattress but hoped it wasn’t but managed to join the dots when we noticed when we we went away (we travel internationally four times a year), and slept in firmer beds, we would be pain free and on the first night of coming home, we would be in pain. Do not buy this mattress. We have had it four years and have finally determined that all the back and hip pain we have been experiencing is from this mattress. The topper has sagged and it soo soft, there is no support in the mattress whatsoever. It is absolutely rubbish. The topper is no good. We went back to the store and they cannot find our receipt on their system and their recommendations for beds were still all showing toppers which I was very upfront about not wanting because these give no support. Really disappointed we have all this pain and having to replace a mattress again.

We went back the following week and purchased the bed for Mum which also came with free delivery and a mattress topper. Over a week later, she has not slept so well for years. On checking out her wonderful new bed, I was convinced that I definitely needed one of these beds myself. Purchased one this afternoon for myself, think we all need to have a great bed and good night's rest. lady was fantastic,so knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. She gave me a fantastic bargain on the mattress a Physio medium,it was so comfortable to lay on. The Boston KSB base is exactly what I wanted. Delivery cost which will be in a week and a half…and also to remove the old single bed came to $120 cash which I thought was good. The mattress comes in its proper form,I am not a fan of a mattress in a box how can a mattress hold its integrity if it is sucked down into a box?..Ridiculous Idea.
So if you want a great deal from a great shop that has a fantastic range,I 100% recommend Forty Winks at Capalaba.
Update. My bed arrived yesterday,the delivery guys were great… inside and set my bed up and out within 15 minutes.Last night I had a solid nights sleep and this morning I woke up feeling refreshed with no back pain.
Follow-up · I have had my bed for just on a month and my opinion has not changed,buying my bed from Forty Winks was one of the best decisions I have made.The quality is second to none. I continue to wake up refreshed without any back pain.

Thanks for ignoring my emails . Don’t ever buy a mattress at this store , after 3 years of trying to fix a problem they have wiped their hands clean . If you have an issue with your bed they will try to repair it and buying a bed with rusty springs inside you have to wonder there practices .No refund offered next step legal action thanks! SEQ in general and Bribie Island in particular. Didn't really expect delivery given the state of the roads but nobody mentioned this to the delivery guy who fronted up regardless. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we are very happy with the mattress. Not cured my chronic back pains but there is much improvement - moral being do not keep a mattress for the best part of 20 years. Thank you Annette for giving us a very happy retail experience.
