I went in store to look at bedside tables, and ended up purchasing a new mattress and base! Rupin was lovely and very knowledgeable ! The bed ended up being a bit too high when we got it delivered, and Rupin was very helpful in sourcing smaller legs for it! Very happy with outcome.

Bought a bed with a gas lift (item worth well over $1000) and was told that it comes flat packed and we would have to put it together! The bed came in several boxes with confusing and difficult instructions. The shop charged another $250 for construction of the bed, the guys even admitted the instructions are rubbish.

genuinely rate Forty Winks Kotara 10/10. Our money was definitely well spent on a great quality product and enjoyable shopping experience. We had a couple of hiccups but were handled very well by the team and resolved almost instantly by the store manager Jack, the delivery men, Jacqui and Diane. When we are in need of new bedroom furniture we are without a doubt coming back to Forty Winks Kotara.
Quick ship has been a completely different experience to buying in store. I did choose a cheap queen plush mattress for my son but the mattress quality and service received today reflect it. stairs, order quick ship and they throw the mattress at you and throw health and safety reasons at you why they draw the line. Given my home is being renovated i’m surprised these delicate flowers even went over the uneven grass and near a lake. Actually I wouldn’t even complain if they needed better access to the house… but stairs? So any property that has stairs to the front door is then an issue! A flight of stairs is where you draw the line…. Really!! Even if I had to pay more than $90 for the burden of a flight of stairs it’s not offered online and how do the less able bodied people cope? The world has gone mad if we can’t expect two grown men to walk up a flight of stairs without fear of injury. No it’s lazyness and entitlement and a head office scared because these delicate flowers expect the world give them a hug or extra money for anything other than a basic effort. I’d also unfortunately need to make a complaint about the faulty electric bed mattress raising system that arrived and I paid to have set up a over a month ago. . It’s fine the it arrived faulty but we have been going backward and forwards to rectify and now just silence. I don’t want it repaired or replaced now. I just want to deal with a business who genuinely offered a good customer experience. Forty Winks must have put this issue onto the manufacturer and the manufacturer is letting weeks slip by and constantly asking me to try new way to fix. I paid for the install so am in now their technician? Forty winks already contacted the manufacturer and did all they could to work out the issue, so now it for me to fix? Just silence now and seemingly my issue. Not even a follow up call to see if now resolved. Il done with waiting and want a refund on my purchases. Short advise is to skip Forty Winks. You can only really assess a business on how they deal with a customer after service.
Purchased a mattress in 2022 After it turned out to be faulty I replaced it and this one broke also. No refund no apologies just plain rudeness and denial
Purchased a king koil Chiro resolve mattress from the Rockingham store in March . Within 3 months it was sagging quite significantly whilst in sleeping position . Forty winks arranged for warranty company to inspect mattress . They only measure the sinkage whilst no weight on , so deemed the mattress to be fine . It is now 7 months later with… Read more

until a few days ago the bed collapsed. Decided to call back store and they were not interested at all. So we purchased 2 king size beds , 4 bedside tables & 1 chest of draws. SoI was a good customer but they basically said too bad it hasn’t happened to anyone else as an excuse. That didn’t help me and they said they could replace the bed head as it was not the same as my first bed but they wanted a further$200 after I had spent more than $10.000 dollars. Appalling policy . Needless to say I won’t be back and a warning to everyone else.

ten years older and still more comfortable than this. I have bad lower back and hip pain for four years now and I guessed it was the mattress but hoped it wasn’t but managed to join the dots when we noticed when we we went away (we travel internationally four times a year), and slept in firmer beds, we would be pain free and on the first night of coming home, we would be in pain. Do not buy this mattress. We have had it four years and have finally determined that all the back and hip pain we have been experiencing is from this mattress. The topper has sagged and it soo soft, there is no support in the mattress whatsoever. It is absolutely rubbish. The topper is no good. We went back to the store and they cannot find our receipt on their system and their recommendations for beds were still all showing toppers which I was very upfront about not wanting because these give no support. Really disappointed we have all this pain and having to replace a mattress again.

lady was fantastic,so knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. She gave me a fantastic bargain on the mattress a Physio medium,it was so comfortable to lay on. The Boston KSB base is exactly what I wanted. Delivery cost which will be in a week and a half…and also to remove the old single bed came to $120 cash which I thought was good. The mattress comes in its proper form,I am not a fan of a mattress in a box how can a mattress hold its integrity if it is sucked down into a box?..Ridiculous Idea.
So if you want a great deal from a great shop that has a fantastic range,I 100% recommend Forty Winks at Capalaba.
Update. My bed arrived yesterday,the delivery guys were great… inside and set my bed up and out within 15 minutes.Last night I had a solid nights sleep and this morning I woke up feeling refreshed with no back pain.

weeks. Same story again, no proactive updates, I had to email to find out anything, and was told (again) that someone was "about to follow up." The bed frame and one bedside table have now arrived, but it's mid-July and I've just been told the second bedside table won't arrive until mid-August. Over 3 months after I placed the order. At every single stage, I've had to chase them for basic updates. No accountability, no proactive communication, just excuses. For a company this size, I expected far better. If you're ordering something with a genuine deadline, be prepared for major delays and radio silence unless you chase them yourself.

Thanks for ignoring my emails . Don’t ever buy a mattress at this store , after 3 years of trying to fix a problem they have wiped their hands clean . If you have an issue with your bed they will try to repair it and buying a bed with rusty springs inside you have to wonder there practices .No refund offered next step legal action thanks!!idiots
