Ordered a single bed mattress and told it would be a few days for pick up. 1 week later told it was stuck in a delivery guy’s truck who was too sick to come into work. Rang after 14 days and told us it was I store. They didn’t bother calling us to advise. They told us to pick it up I store and someone would help us to the car. No surprise, no one was available. Don’t shop here if you are looking for service.
Very upset with the lack of customer care and service provided!
I wouldn’t recommend using them go else where, they are just interested in taking your money and leaving you in the Learch for months without a bed and sleeping on the floor.
Went to Fortywinks Joondalup to get a new mattress had the most amazing service from Naida. She put me on bedmatch and was very professional the mattress. I bought is amazing including the pillow Thanks heaps for a wonderful experience

Bought the serenity plush in July arrived 6 weeks later in August. A month later we noticed it felt nothing like the mattress in the store. It was too soft and we were both sinking into each other if we laid next to each other!
Called forty winks, who referred us to the company that makes the mattress.
We were instructed for the next month every week:
1. Rotate the mattress 180 degree to ensure we were helping the material in the mattress unfold more.
2. Try to sleep in different spots of the bed to ensure the mattress was being used all ov...

Jaymi took the time to talk us through our options with our new king base and mattress combo. Even going back and forth between a few options across a range of prices. We never felt pressure to go with the more expensive mattress as Jaymi talked us through the perks of three others and encouraged us to try them out and go with the one which felt most comfortable (both for sleeping and for price). Ultimately the customer service receives is what made us most comfortable to spend our money with Forty Winks vs other stores.
We love that Forty Winks support west Australian companies, whose products are made right here in WA!

The manner in which the sales lady approached me was to help me assess my bed print was so helpful. I was anxious about changing my bed and just did not know what to expect. But she made it soooooo easy. The Sealy bed that suited my body has been for me a piece of heaven for my uninterrupted nights. I wake up rejuvenated. I feel blessed to have awoken from the nightmare of never finding a bed that is 100% dreaming to sleep in. There are no words to capture this experience. I loved laying on the machine that found me this particular bed .i ...l loved the staff. Helen, Arthur, and Alex thank you so much. May you all stay safe through this crisis time. Can't believe what the store franchise operator/manager said to me!
In the past week, my wife and I purchased a Tempur, King Size mattress from this store. Cost of this mattress: $5000.00, plus delivery
At time of sale and on the day the sales person called to advise the product had arrived in their warehouse I asked her for a specific delivery time.
The only option salesperson could offer was a "three-hour window" then offered to wait for a suitable day when the delivery firm could fit it into their schedule “first thing”
What do Forty Winks expect? The customer to sit at home for three hours whilst their delivery people decide when to turn up?
The salesperson didn't offer any better solution and appears to have to follow Forty Winks "very poor service" delivery options.
The product delivered was nothing like the product tried in the showroom. Mattress has sunken areas even with monthly turning after 1 year of use. After sales service has tried to fix the problem however a sub standard mattress topper is not going to make us go away. Very disappointed. We thought spending $4000 on a mattress would get us quality. Oh how wrong we were.
Excellent service, did a bed match test and found the perfect mattress, king koil. Highy receommend as I really feel like I choose the best mattress with the knowledge from staff.
Side by Side Firm lacks adequate topper pad for comfort
We have owned a side by side for 9 years , red and blue. The Topper pad on this queen mattress was comfortable but the springs had sagged. 10 warranty but could not find receipt. Went and brought a new side by side and went for a red / red. Thats firm, Bed arrived ok but gezzz was firm. Think single futon. Seems the topper thickness on this new bed was half the one brought 9 years ago. Anyway sore back, sore hips, terrible sleep. Called Store and spoke to [Name Removed] the Store manager. His advise was cant do anything , you need to buy...a $70 foam topper. Did that , a little difference, still needed more so went and brought a microcloud 1200 grams / sq meter for $300. Now bed has acceptable topper comfort so will stick this out. Wife moaning as i have become a back sleeper and snore given i was a side sleeper and mr silent.
Warranty not worth anything
This is the 2nd lot of trouble we have had with our mattress. After having it replaced due to a hole in it the first week, we are now 2 years into using it and it's caved in on both sides. It's not just wear and tear or 'dipping' as they state. We have been given the option of paying costs to have it removed, inspection costs, delivery costs to bring it back ... Whilst we will be out 2 months without a mattress at all.
We will never purchase a mattress from forty winks again and hopefully this is enough to deter anyone from buying there and thinking they'll pay thousands for a quality product only to have to replace it in 2 years.

Almost impossible to understand instructions and don’t believe it’s together right as it’s in their website that they will assemble if it falls to pieces I’ll be wanting it fixed foc

Lazy Drivers and Poor Instructions to Fix a Head Board
Purchased a bed on the understanding it would be assembled and delivered.
Bed was delivered but the two Jobs Worth's that delivered it refused to take the bed upstairs.
Instructions on how to attach a standard headboard bracket to the base of the bed are not clear at all! Trying to find a You Tube Video...if any of the Jobs Worth's have put one together.
This Company clearly has no after sales service and its staff are no doubt preying for their redundancy pay.
I have attempted to be positive about this Company, but I am struggling.
Shopping Online & COVID-19
I never thought I'd buy new beds and mattresses online and over the phone during this tough times but guess what, I had to! End to end service from Forty Winks Nunawading (sales, delivery and installation) was excellent. Price was within my budget, delivery took place as I was told (4-5 weeks) and installation was also on time and professionally done. Thank you FW!

Very caring and helpful
Late last year, friends and relatives told us to visit Forty Winks, Crows Nest. Craig was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us trying out different mattress as all three of us have different requirements. We finally settled on our choice and asked Craig if he can speed up delivery since we were sleeping on borrowed mattresses. He called the factory in Queensland immediately to check if stock was available even though it was past closing time and we received the delivery within a week. He and Darcy worked to ensure the delivery time was within our Strata Manager’s restrictions. The delivery guys were on time, really nice and tidied up all the rubbish before leaving.
Don’t bother with Forty Winks
The service was ok but they gave me 2 beds to pick from in my $1500 price range. I went with A.H Beard King Koil bed that they recommend and to only find out a month later it started to sag. As they sold this product I asked to return it and change it for another brand. They basically weren’t interested and sent my details to the manufacture who wasn’t interested either. Once they have you’re money they don’t care afterwards. I would recommend anyone to buy a bed that has a 90 day trial like sleeping duck for example. I have brought beds in the...past from this company and never again. If you buy a product that fails and want to get to the run around then this is your store. Hopeless! With A.H Beard beds all they say is sorry to hear, pathetic!
Lack of customer service and advise
We bought the Linksea arc bed, bed side and study desk as well as sleep refresh m2k plush mattress, when we assembled the bed and put the mattress on top was 800cm high from the floor, the sales rep Beatriz didn’t give any sort of advice about the mattress doesn’t match the bed because they both high, especially she showed us the mattress!
When we went back and spoke about the issue and asked for the mattress to be replaced and have a lower mattress so our child can be safe, they insisted this is impossible due to COVId ?? But it’s not impossi...
Very poor customer service. Taken money but can't supply mattress. Not refunding as well. We lost money
We paid for a mattress and promised a delivery within 2 weeks. It has been one month now and they are saying they can't provide mattress. They are not ready to refund as well. We lost money and ended up sleeping on floor. I wish I would have checked the ratings before shopping there. Worst experience ever.
Ordered 2 mattresses online which were advertised next day delivery. Waited until 4pm for delivery driver to advise he only had 1 mattress onboard, this is after I called earlier to confirm order was on it's way. Spent an hour dismantling bunks for no beds to only put back together. Absolutely pathetic!!!

what would the delivery fee be for 2 single mattresses and 2 bases to Ringwood?
Purchased a mattress that I tried down in Adelaide to be sent to my holiday apartment in Queensland. Have just been down to the apartment for the first time since having the mattress delivered. It is extremely firm, a lot firmer then the one I chose. It even says medium on my invoice when I chose a soft feel. It’s been 3 months. I don’t feel as if the mattress is correct, can I exchange it or get a refund?
I have been trying to contact. I bought a mattress with 15 years warranty but it is dipping & sagging.
It needs to return Invoice # NW 7837.
