bed. When asked they mentioned they provide such gap to tuck in the sheets. Who tucks in the quilt everyday like in stores? And what about the gap near the pillows? They are not ready to give refund and not ready to rectify also. we have paid a premium price to get this horrible service. worst service. The website specs are wrong, that needs to be changed instead of arguing that it is according to website. First change the measurements correctly to fit in. The managers were really not helpful at all. be aware if you are customizing, they dont provide any correction. They are very expensive also Not worth at all. Terrible
