The main issue is how deeply I sink into the mattress. It’s so soft that getting out of bed feels like a chore; I find myself struggling to lift myself out of the massive dip created by my body. Rolling over requires waking up and pushing myself out of that dip each time, which disrupts my sleep more than I anticipated.

To make matters worse, the store has offered zero compensation or support for my situation. I had high hopes for this mattress, especially considering the price point, but it has turned out to be a significant waste of money. Unfortunately, the store offered no guidance on potential issues like this, and I was never informed that I might experience such discomfort after purchase.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Milly Plush mattress or Forty Winks to anyone. My experience has been frustrating, and I regret my decision to buy from them. Save your money and look elsewhere for a quality mattress that won’t leave you feeling trapped in your own bed.

Bad experience with forty winks – I brought a queen bed a month ago from the munno para store the website said was available the same day i had a manager call to say we are out of stock next month still no bed they say could take up to two months I call once a week to find out every time some other excuse paid 1k still no bed I say to them not my issue will never shop there again what a joke of a company

Will steal your money – Do not order from them, you will not receive your items after 8 weeks and they will will not refund you, not matter how many times you contact them and they say they have processed it

hard, too firm & doesnt give me that luxury feel of the plush that I saw in the store at Erina, that I laid on, which was plush! How bizzare when theyre both the same beds yet completely different! I smell a rat, I feel duped after paying $3000! yes $3000 for a plush Queen size sealy mattress & got nothing of the sort. Ive called them & they said theyd get back to me. They called me back & told me theyve contacted Sealy for customoer care that I wont receive til after Easter! Not happy Jan! This is the second bed Ive purchased from forty winks erina where about 4 years ago I purchased a Q size bed only to have it sent back after 2 months as it was sagging in the middle! I paid $2500 for this sagging bed, took photos, they came for it to fix it, I waited another 3 weeks til it came back which after 3 mths, started sagging again! I suffer with chronic pain & this bed made it worse, Id wake in tears from sinking in the middle unable to lay straight! I put up with it for the next 3 years until my partner bought a King size plush colorado by sealy & I laid on it & thought wow this bed is wonderful, so I decided to give forty winks erina another try, & I chose the same bed as my partners but in a Queen size. It is NOT the same bed, yet the tag says they are. To say Im disappointed that your company Forty Winks & Sealy have stuffed up again is an understatement! Ive spent a small fortune on finding a good bed for my crook back, (Ive had 2 lumbar surgeries to boot!) but to no avail, they sell sell sell but dont deliver on their promises at the time of sale. Then having to wait 5 weeks for delivery, only to lay on a hard mattress with zero plush top like the one I laid on in their store. I feel ripped off & angry! Not good enough Forty Winks!

Unhelpful delivery and huge difference in queen bed to king single beds the same design – The delivery arrangements were terrible. Our beds and bases were left outside in the rain. They refused to take them inside as it was not their policy. My husband has a muscle disorder and has no strength. He was not able to get it inside. gruffness and attitude of the delivery man was deplorable. The mattresses were so hard compared to that in the store. I was told I had to break them in!!! I will never recommend or purchase from FortyWinks again. Excuses from the general manger were not only inexcusable but disgusting. Not helpful at all. Lord help all disabled customers.

Not the same as the bed in store – We got bed and pillow matched in store and the mattress in store was super comfortable. This is such a rubbish company – This is such a rubbish company, every time we shopped here they made mistakes no one should buy anything from them they don't know what they are doing at all. I hope this company go broke immediately! first time they forgot to give us nails; second time they delivered a wrong size mattress and promised they would give us a right one next day but they did not arrange for a delivery at all!

Horrible customer services, no communication whatsoever – I bought a mattress almost 2 weeks ago, no one call to advise delivery date or status of the order, call head office in Victoria 4 time still getting nowhere Is it a scam ????

deliver it like any online shop does? I have called and spoken to some of the shop asisistants, and we agreed to have it delivered on Saturday. But last Saturday they did not even come with the package delivery and did not even call me or email me! Terrible customer service and horrible shop business.

Terrible – Ordered 2 mattresses online which were advertised next day delivery. Waited until 4pm for delivery driver to advise he only had 1 mattress onboard, this is after I called earlier to confirm order was on it's way. Spent an hour dismantling bunks for no beds to only put back together. Absolutely pathetic!!!

reality you are buying the mirror only. If you kindly look at the item called “Maison Dresser 6 DRW & 2 DR” which has the same picture and description. This is clearly misleading ads but marketing specialist [name removed] from Forty Winks head office disagree when I tried to notified them. Lucky, I have cancelled my order straight away. Please be careful about those marketing hooks.
