until a few days ago the bed collapsed. Decided to call back store and they were not interested at all. So we purchased 2 king size beds , 4 bedside tables & 1 chest of draws. SoI was a good customer but they basically said too bad it hasn’t happened to anyone else as an excuse. That didn’t help me and they said they could replace the bed head as it was not the same as my first bed but they wanted a further$200 after I had spent more than $10.000 dollars. Appalling policy . Needless to say I won’t be back and a warning to everyone else.

more than a year. So disappointed as the feed back we are getting is Forty Winks clearly do this to all clients that have warranty claims.
Warranty does not mean much here! – I bought a Granada Bed worth $4,782 which was one of their premium products. It took them almost 2 months to deny the warranty request. They will hand you over to the manufacturer who will take months to decide. These are small manufacturers who will delay at each turn. They will not respond to emails in the hope you give up. If the furniture is okay, then fine. But what if the furniture is defective? Are you prepared for months and months of headache? Are you ready to gamble with your hard earned money.
Someone should find out what percentage of their warranty requests actually result in a refund or replacement. My guess is that it would be quite low.
There are many other furniture stores out there in the Gold Coast who provide excellent after sales customer service. Then why deal here?

bring it back ... Whilst we will be out 2 months without a mattress at all. We will never purchase a mattress from forty winks again and hopefully this is enough to deter anyone from buying there and thinking they'll pay thousands for a quality product only to have to replace it in 2 years.

We rang the salesman again, we said we wernt happy, he then said we could get a replacement, I then asked what if this happens again, he said we would get a full refund. This was a lie!! We went back into the store. We were upsold by the store manager to a more advanced mattress - $500 more! which now does not fit the base they originally sold us, dosnt fit the $300 sheets we purchased from there as well, it makes us hot in the night as the store manager said it would keep us cool... Another lie... As well now the manager is treating us terribly, extremely rude!! Shouldn't be in management.
We have now dealt with the state manager who first said if we have any issues he would sort out. Once we asked for our money back he won't accept our calls or return our messages. Now have emailed us saying the only option we have is brand replacement policy which we have to pay even more for... This company needs to be named and shamed everywhere! Service is disgusting! Experience is terrible, we feel as though we have been ripped off! We will tell everyone we know and speak to about this, We won't stop until they give our money back! Please share this !!!!
