Brand new and sunken mattress-update
Update: the people helping on this site have amazed me with how quickly and efficiently they've corrected this problem. Thank you for taking the time to listen and help the customers that need help from higher up. We received ongoing updates via messaging and phone calls within an hour of my posting the problem, to the manufacturers staying in touch with us every step of the way, to the transport company keeping us always in the loop or where the new mattress was.

** They lied to us !!! ***
My wife and I recently purchased a king ensemble from the FW Bundall store. They were nice as pie to start. We purchased a $5k bed. Bed was delivered. After a short time sleeping on it, it started dipping quite bad in the middle. We rang the store and advised the salesman. They said it was strange and that that never happens... They arranged the brand rep to come out, he said it was faulty and it would have to go back.
We rang the salesman again, we said we wernt happy, he then said we could get a replacement, I then asked what if this happ...ens again, he said we would get a full refund. This was a lie!! We went back into the store. We were upsold by the store manager to a more advanced mattress - $500 more! which now does not fit the base they originally sold us, dosnt fit the $300 sheets we purchased from there as well, it makes us hot in the night as the store manager said it would keep us cool... Another lie... As well now the manager is treating us terribly, extremely rude!! Shouldn't be in management. We have now dealt with the state manager who first said if we have any issues he would sort out. Once we asked for our money back he won't accept our calls or return our messages. Now have emailed us saying the only option we have is brand replacement policy which we have to pay even more for... This company needs to be named and shamed everywhere! Service is disgusting! Experience is terrible, we feel as though we have been ripped off! We will tell everyone we know and speak to about this, We won't stop until they give our money back! Please share this !!!!
