Great store to deal with very knowledgeable Kristy was great to deal with very helpful to the guys who came out and put the beds together the process was great they did everything for us nothing was too hard would definitely recommend them to anyone and these were heavy adjustable beds

Amazing customer service and went out of their way to make sure we were happy – We purchased a My Side series 10 from them and after a few months we werent happy with the mattress and it wasn't anything like what we thought it would be or like the one we laid on in the store but instead of leaving us with the mattress Lisa went out of her way to arrange a swap for another mattress and even picked the my side one up and delivered the new one free of charge we are now happy with the new mattress and very thankful Lisa helped up thru this process with ease.

Worst mattress ever! – Worst mattress ever, along with service, very misleading as far as customer service goes. I needed a new mattress told the woman I had a bad back, and didn’t want something to soft or to firm, all she wanted was a quick sale, I’ve had nothing but sleep since I bought it. WAY TO HARD! She had sold me the worst mattress ever, I’ll never go there again and wouldn’t recommend anybody who is in the market for a new bed to go there absolutely terrible. No knowledge whatsoever as to helping the customer

fantastic service and advice – I rang the store in the morning asking questions about what current sales were on and what my payment options were. Spoke to Sonia she answered all my questions. A few hours later my husband and I entered the store, we asked to speak to Sonia, she remembered my name from the phone call an hour or so earlier. She then proceeded to ask us a series of questions to best determine which mattress would suit our needs she showed us products and explained the mattresses and how they were made. She was able to offer us a extended order which suited us as we are building a new home. We proceeded to order our new mattress very happily in the knowledge that we have until the end of January to pay for it and have it delivered direct to our new home. I would recommend anyone shopping at the Munno Para store to seek out Sonia she was absolutely fantastic.

Great Service from beginning to end - Sweet Dreams – Compliments to Forty Wink Munno Para in South Australia - our most recent mattress purchase was an excellent experience. We were guided by David and Lisa as to the best and most suitable mattress and they were spot on! We are very happy with our new mattress but also with the entire purchasing process; the Service in your Munno Para store was just excellent. This was our 3rd experience with Forty Winks and each time we have been more than pleased with the results. We had originally bought a King Size mattress several years ago and since new beds for our second residence. Two beds with their bedside cabinets, along with a chest of drawers and that these were delivered quite some time ago however we held back on the mattress delivery much due to our home renovations the beds etc. remained unused. When the mattress delivery was made last Wednesday the two very obliging delivery staff not just delivered the mattress upstairs but also unpacked the various previously purchased bedroom furniture that was still in storage downstairs. In a flash they carried them upstairs and very neatly created for us a fully furnished bedrooms. They even remembered to bring the mattress protector which was a last minute purchase, and took away all the empty boxes, Brilliant! We were so grateful, that they did this for us, as there was no way that we could have achieved this ourselves. Not only were they extremely efficient in their task but neat, polite and ever so friendly and now we we've been sleeping extremely well. Pity we have run out of bedrooms or we would see a whole lot more of Lisa & David! Oh! if only all the stores in South Australia could offer the same service like Forty Winks then South Australia would the most amazing place to live. Again, Lisa and David many thanks.
