Outstanding service with amazing customer care, listening to what a customer requires, even if you don’t think the product was even an option, certainly very welcoming staff in Andrew and Tina.

Fab customer service – hello. This is overdue but recently cam across my receipt and it reminded me to write something about the AMAZING service we had at this store. Husband and I decided that we wanted a new bed that day. We had heaps of cash and were ready to buy. We walked into MANY bed stores that day and received either below average service, or n o one approaching us at all. Then we came to forty winks and met Andrew. What a top bloke. Friendly, not salesy. Answered allllll of my questions. Got out alllll the fabric choices for me. Even when I said i wanted to visit one more store before i 100% decided, he was super cool about it. Last store guy says to me, "yeah look when you are serious about buying come back' gross... made me leave right then and go spend all our dollars with our new mate back at Fortys. Super happy with our king size regis. And also had fun doing the mattress test thing so we both get what we need for our best sleep. Thank you again for a great experience. Really do care – Thanks Matthew Tina and Chris. Had a problem with a particular brand of mattress over the last couple of years and they sorted it out as they promised.
