Supplied faulty bed+mattrass, rubbish and want to refund under 30% of order (while collect it back). Never usable – Both bed and mattress are un-usable quality when delivered - contacted the shop immediately, and 1.5 months later we still keep these bulky un-usable rubbish in our home. this shop and now have their faulty bulky rubbish in our house, which they still argue that they dont' want to take back. Filing application to VCAT, have to remove the rubbish at own expense, pay for legal advise and still have no bed to sleep. They have good reviews somehow, but they supplied to us products which are very different from what we saw in the shop, never were able to use from day 1 and 1.5 months later still struggling - they only agreed to take t back and give us under 30% of what we paid. AVOID, please, noone should come through such nightmare!
