We have moved several times in the past and were surprised by the way our items were protected and loaded into the container.

We had no damage and everything arrived as it left. Movers were all friendly and great to work with, and went the extra mile to navigate an entry that was quite challenging with some of our larger items.

No hassle, no damage and a price we think was reasonable given the distance.

We would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone.

Our move was a a two story house and was about 15 minutes away from our new location. They were there early and finished early. Great communication in the lead up to the move. Great service, very accurate and affordable pricing. Super efficient and organised. Would definitely recommend!

Have used Fragile for multiple moves over the years, both interstate and local. Have always been the most reasonably priced and the removalists are always good blokes. Booking process is easy and communication prior is excellent. Couldn't recommend more!

metres than the original volume quoted. My original quote was 6cubic mts. At pickup the manager said they reckon it was 8 cubic mts. and we negotiated for 7 cubic mts. The interior of the van has equally divided interior framing so a quick visual judgement can be accurate. My estimate of volume is closer to 5 cubic mts. That’s my story.

About 30 minutes after unloading began, I received a call from Accounts advising there was an additional “access fee,” despite us clearly informing them beforehand that we were in an apartment with lift access. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve this with no success. During that time, the delivery driver sat in the truck and did not assist, while my husband continued unloading the truck by himself. In the end, I was told that if I didn’t pay immediately, they would stop delivery and leave. Having already paid over $9,000 for the move and with building management waiting to reopen the lifts, I had no choice but to pay the extra fee. To make matters worse, my husband ended up doing most of the heavy lifting, as items were being left on the ground rather than brought up to the apartment. We had multiple items damaged—punctured and crushed boxes, broken fragile goods despite careful packing, and chipped picture frames. I was assured all damage had been logged and that someone would contact me regarding a claim, but no one ever did. When I followed up, I was told they had no record of it and would “look into it.” We have security footage and photos clearly showing the situation, including my husband doing the work and the damaged items. We were also charged for a TV box with the understanding that half the cost would be refunded upon delivery when they collected it. The box was taken, but no refund was ever provided. Overall, this was a highly stressful and frustrating experience. The only items I’d trust this company with are ones that can’t be broken.

The 2 young men who did my move were fantastic, 2 young Argentine men *I wish I could remember their names, they worked hard and fast, non stop, just kept going and helped over and above, nothing was an issue, lovely guys, helpful, funny, just great people and fabulous workers. Was worth the money

I used fragile removals South Perth franchise to move my daughter and her partners furniture and large fish tank from our house to their new house. The service was excellent from the initial booking though preparation, the removal day, and follow up. The removal team was friendly, personable and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using them again when we move out.

Strongly recommend this company. The guys were friendly, extremely helpful and professional They were systematic, having every box labelled and contents itemised. . During yesterday's unload the lead worker was teaching his young off-sider and his manner towards him was encouraging and patient.

The guys were great. Michael and Cezar. They were very careful with my items, were friendly to my family and pets. They worked hard to ensure the move was as quick and smooth as possible. We moved from a 3 bdr double story house.

Fragile were very good doing our move. Moving is a stressful process and Matt was confident and calm and strong and fast. He made good decisions when required. The truck he had could have been more modern!

We used Fragile to move our belongings from a 4 bedroom home to our new home. From start to finish our experience was positive. Both guys were polite, accommodating and worked hard to get it all finished in an 8 hour window. I'm never moving again.. but if I had to I'd definitely book them again.
