Quality product with happy wife designs! – Wife loves her Frank Green coffee cup and although takes a minute to figure out how to assemble my 4 yr old can now do it. Even after losing one of the tiny pieces, reached out to the friendly staff at Frank's and they organised a replacement less than 1/2 hour after sending an email. Great work team Frank Green! Quickest ever receiving time! – I’ve ordered FG before & waited ages for them! Leaving me a bit disappointed in the past….But this time I ordered 4x monogrammed bottles & some extra straw/lids, they literally arrived to me within 3 days in Queensland!! Quickest time ever! Read This Balanced Review – Most of the previous views are from user error. The cup does not leak if its filled up to the max line, any past it and it does leak. I've had it for 2 years and still works great. Washing the lid is as easy as putting it in the dishwasher, lid pushed to open. this washes it perfectly Show details

matter how tight you close the lid. Absolute rubbish I don't know how you can make a coffee cup not realising that it leaks. The built quality was also not good as well. Don't buy this cup or this brand. It's rubbish trust me what a waste of $35 for a small coffee cup.

Works, hard to clean – It's usable but to clean it properly you have to disassemble the lid completely. Time consuming and inconvenient. Just sits in the cupboard now as I have bought other brands.

Leaks :( – It leaks…I’ve persisted for quite sometime but it always leaks and I end up with coffee on me and on anything I rest the cup on. I was only willing to spend this much on a keep cup to get one that was leak proof…unfortunately I’m significantly out of pocket with a leaky keep cup. Do not waste your money. Show details

nice look and useless – The cup looks lovely. Apart from that: it has a strange smell and taste that does not seem to leave after washing it a couple of times. I purchased two lids. both broke after about 1 -2 weeks of use, meaning leaking, trouble opening, trouble closing. Terrible construction and absolutely not worth the money.

Don’t like credit process – The cup itself is ok and the environmental objective is admirable . My biggest concern is with the payment system for keeping credit on your cup . First you have to download the app then to register you have to fill out what I think is an excessive amount of personal information. I got that “I am the product “ feeling , stoped and deleted the app . There are more secure ways of paying for your coffee.

Give it a miss!! – The fad of Frank Green water bottles, please pass!!! The lids with the straw in break so easily, we literally received one in the mail it had cracked within 20minutes. I sent photos & complained & there was no assistance whatsoever! My daughter has bought two water bottles with 5 different coloured lids, 4 have cracked. Don’t waste your money – I’ve got the insulated coffee cup and the drink bottle and both are useless and not easy to use. My coffee cup leaks unless you tighten it up so tight to the point it’s so hard to I tighten to wash. The water bottle mouth piece is dicky also and not easy to operate. You have to push hard before the spout pops up and then you have to put your fingers on the mouthpiece to lift it up. Not very hygienic.

Not worth the price. Poor design – These cups leak, they are hard to clean and they smell. Product scratch on arrival, delayed response from customer service who didn't want to send a new cup when mine was perfectly usable to reduce unnecessary waste. Absolute hyped up rubbish – I have had to replace the lid hull 3 times as they break even from a knock, seriously it’s a water bottle for kids make the lid out of something that won’t break after the first week. They’re overpriced, the steel bottom has dents in it and scratches easily. I hope kids soon decide that a Bunnings water bottle it the new cool must have bottle so we can get rid of the Frank Green and it’s ridiculously expensive lid replacements! Show details

impression of this... They couldn't careless.

I had to buy a bottle... my daughter requested it for her 14th birthday and as trendy as they are... (I would've tried to persuade her to another brand if I have known how pathetic the website operators are)... I bought one on a Tues and paid etra for express (which was an option not a special request)... Thus far...the only communique from the company has been a receipt of purchase... nothing about status of items... nothing about tracking numbers and definitely nothing about stock availabilty etc... her birthday was Friday... it's now Monday and I've not received the bottle... Why pay for express??

I may have to review the product itself but... just a quick browse through the other reviews... one gets the impression the products are pretty unsatisfactory as well... but overall, the impression and experience thus far dealing with the web based side of their business has been terrible... in fact if this was my business, I wouln't even part with my money to buy from me... these bottles are exhorbitantly priced... one would expect better service.

Never again.

Worst customer service – After purchasing frank green water bottle, i had only used it once and it had chipped in three places. I was immediately in touch with the frank green customer service, and after many emails, I received a $14 gift card from a $75 dollar bottle, WOW GOOD on you frank green for honouring your name, so for that will not be purchasing or recommending this product anymore. Show details

breaks constantly, painful to use, horrid design – the button breaks whenever i use it, esp. when i put hot liquids in it. the button is much too hard to get anything out with breaking your finger. the body is cool to hold, but the lid is piping hot. not even travel friendly; laying it horizontally just results in mess. do not buy. i did not have high expectations, it was a gift from my rich grandma, but just get a refund asap because a plastic water bottle is so much better than this. Show details

I raised this issue with Frank and they couldn’t have cared less and refused to offer me anything as they are “environmentally conscious”. So am I but now my keep cup chips paint every time I use it. Cup corroded on the inside – Stainless steel started to corrode on the inside of the cup. I didn’t have my receipt but knew when and where I purchased it. Reached out to their customer support and they wouldn’t assist. I’ve purchased quite a few over the years, previously had issues with the lids but this is the first one that has corroded on the inside. Mostly disappointed in the horrible customer service. Do not purchase- save time and money – Beautiful design but incredibly difficult to clean. The tight recesses in the lid are difficult to access and clean. Then there is the reassembly. Once you reassemble, there is no guarantee it will seal- and I am an engineer. that seals and keeps the drink hole area clean. Getting sick from the stuck milk fat or exposed drink aperture is a matter of time. There are much better products on the market that are easy to clean and keep hygienic.
