was managed flawlessly and on time as originally agreed upon even with some weather conditions causing a couple of delays for the trades men (they managed to catch up).

The communication from Nesci with regards to the progress of the build etc was something we valued as we had not experienced this before from our previous 5 homes builds with project builders.

Frank Nesci Homes pride themselves on being a partner with you during the entire planning, building and handover process and was indeed a welcomed and refreshing experience.

Over all a great value for money builder with a 'CAN DO attitude.

Disappointed – We were going through problems with cracking in the entry which appear to come from water going into eaves. The gutters have been checked and there were flashings and tiles obstructing flow of water into downpipes causing overflow into wall cavity. unsuccessful and I have had to pay for removal of obstructions and repair of resultant damage to walls and eaves. Also had to repaint inside and the eaves outside as they were water damaged We have had no further issues of water flow restriction and there have been several instances of heavy rain since being repaired. I recommend to anyone building to get an independent inspection before final payment is made. Its also my opinion that the tiled roof appears to be undulating and this has happened over time.

go with the best – we built our home in Gawler East with Frank and is wonderful team. Jeremy and his team managed to get down into the area, and build, with only minimal damage to the landscaping - we lost only one standard rose, and three Diosma.

the build was done on time, with no fuss or bother and lots of fun for us, and is of such high quality that we have decided to go with them again, building a bigger house this time, with no pool l.o.l.

i can highly recommend this family company to all, as every single member of the team are willing to listen to your views of what you want, and advise of other ways to do it if that is possibly better.

we came in on budget, and on time, and have a beautiful home that all our family think is the bees knees.

I cannot thank Frank and his team enough for making it such an enjoyable time for us (it was our first build ever), and for helping us with working out the floorplan that i had worked out prior to visiting with him. we got exactly what we were after, and love it.

have to do a thing, literally. Frank Nesci Homes took on the pressure of dealing with the contractors, the unpleasable council and unexpected bumps in the road. The team are very hardworking and were regularly onsite monitoring the work of all the contractors, we were humbled with that fact we got to deal with the owners directly. They worked swiftly to provide a high grade product that we are more than happy with. Disappointed, disgusted, devastated – It all started when faulty roof trusses were installed by the builder. The Builder and Truss supplier engaged an Engineer to provide calculations and advice for Rectification Work. The Engineer signed off on the rectification work. I then challenged Frank Nesci Homes as part of the Rectification work was not as shown in the Rectification Report. … Read more

They changed 50+ metal brackets, saying that they had got it wrong before but is was okay now. Now the work was not only different to the Report, but different to what the Engineer had signed off on. They wanted me to pay my money and be happy. Well, I wasn't happy. After further challenges and rectification attempts I engaged an Independent Engineer. ("roof plane is aesthetically unpleasant" and "the remediation, as undertaken, is to a poor standard" are among terms used in his report.) I requested help from Consumer and Business Services and this progressed to a Compulsory Conciliation Conference to get more remedial work done to the roof plane.

In the Construction Report and Footing Recommendation the Engineers stated that a 'TRENCH INSPECTION IS MANDATORY FOR THIS SITE'. It is the Builder's responsibility to ensure this inspection is done before building work is allowed to proceed. Was this inspection done? No.

After some major issues with a large building group, I was prepared to pay a premium to build with a smaller, family company. Yes, the joke is on me. I paid good money for this experience, an experience I would not wish on anybody. Keep looking for your next home builder.
