Very disappointing delivery – Shocked at the quality of the townhouse after delivery. I reported a few defects (and these and many more were shared by other residents). - The indoor tiles were un-even resulting in sharp edges which injured members of the household - I requested at least the ones in the high traffic areas to be fixed. it won't be rectified as they are within the building standard tolerances. However they fixed my next door neighbors with no checking - so if they wanted to they could have fixed it but they probably have some "favours" system. I lodged a case with fair trading and they told them the same thing about it being within building standard but no one could explain why one house was fixed over the other and refused to answer. I will pursue the fair trading case as much as possible. - The parking garage door was very sub-standard quality to say the least! it is remote controlled but the gates never shut completely and leave a gap through which anyone off the street can enter. Many many complaints by many owners and residents Frasers refuse to do anything about it. The bike rail is near the garage door and a few bikes were stoles including mine. All I was told was to lodge a police complaint and still no action to fix the gate. Strata has no power at all against Frasers and the builders so the hefty quarterly strata we pay is of no use! - The street lights in one of the streets all stopped working for weeks and no resolution as of yet.

These are basic expectations especially affecting the security of all of us living here.

I would not be buying another property or recommending Frasers.

Decent sales and service – Bought a home in Blacktown from Frasers Property, The quality is decent and after-sales service is fair. Minor issues in the building we addressed promptly. The highlight is the community developed by them with large parks, good maintenance and lots of walking space. I also enjoy its proximity to Blacktown railway station. Show details

manager brought new price list from inside sales room. I would not recommend anyone use Fairewater display centre to buy it but to instead find a real estate agent. If I could give a -5/5 to express my utmost disappointment I would.

This is bad – They tried to charge me to replace basin in the bathroom which has the very poor design of the basin in the bathroom. This is a layer separation due to poor quality material of the drawer so water and moisture will settle on itself causing warping. am not happy to pay something it makes us hard to do daily work life and it is not cause from us. You can find the same complaints in Community Wolli Creek on Facebook. The cleaner also told us this is a common issue because of poor quality since he did his job for many apartments in Wolli Creek. We was extremely careful with keeping the bathroom drawer and basin wiped, cleaned dried after use. However, as I said this is faulty of design of basin.

Pride in workmanship & customer Satisfaction not one of their objectives – From day 1 our experience has been a complete disaster. Apartment covered in thick concrete dust from ceiling to floor on settlement, kitchen cabinets needing multiple replacements to get right, car parking encroached by air conditioners & storage cages, intolerable noise from other apartments. door that would not stay open we gave up live with it. My wife will not have them in the home again, just no respect - filthy boots, knocking walls & doors & obviously zero skills.

Any complaints are met with the same old tied line "it complies".

Worst decision we ever made.

Excellent quality and very responsive to fixing any defects – Overall the workmanship and quality was excellent. It was exactly as per the contract and the plans. They even gave us more car parking space than we thought we were going to get. There were very minor defects such as a crack in the gyprock in the ceiling appear after a month. leaks and paint marks and re-grouting all were corrected within 48 hours.

Those were the only defects we've had.

Customer service from Frasers could be more responsive when you an enquiry, but their online hub for reporting hubs is attended to almost immediately within 24 hours.

Ask the actual people who live in one of their houses – Well space is great but the detail and other items are debatable. The estimated replacement cost is doubtful or fanciful in their eyes they are saying look as the increase value "this isn't the building "its Sydney prices not the building itself. and outside paintwork is looking sad already lel alone the plastic fake wood is bleached already 2 years now. Mirrors are also desilvering on edges probably due to week extracion fans.

Buyers beware as it's your money they get and once the 2 year warranty on non structural is up you are on your own. Its now over a year since the review and they don't even reply to the reviewer because they, in my opinion, they don't care as they are they are a foreign company and the dollar rules.

We shall now see how good the strongbuild houses are in this final release.

think developers would understand the importance of a what a HOME means to their clients but not Frasers. I would never go anywhere near this company ever again. I have lived in many new homes, and have never experienced such a large number of flaws and such poor workmanship. Just sad really.
