I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Lee Yue, my property manager at Frasers Property, who has looked after my Brisbane investment property with exceptional professionalism and dedication over the past eight years. As an overseas landlord, I relied heavily on her judgment, communication, and proactive approach, and she consistently provided complete peace of mind. She handled every matter—big or small—with efficiency, clarity, and genuine care, always keeping me informed and offering practical, well‑considered solutions.

What truly stood out was her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring the property remained well‑maintained and the tenants were properly supported. Even in unexpected or time‑sensitive situations, she responded promptly and coordinated everything smoothly, often going above and beyond her responsibilities.

Most recently, in the days leading up to settlement, she managed urgent arrangements such as the carpet moth treatment and repair work with remarkable efficiency, ensuring the entire process remained stress‑free for me.

I am deeply grateful for her professionalism, patience, and unwavering support throughout these eight years. Having such a trustworthy and capable property manager at Frasers Property has been one of the greatest comforts in owning a Brisbane property from overseas.

Commandable Management and Service – I'm much appreciated to service of Frasers Property. A small chip on surface of bath tub was found and reported by our tenant. As the Warranty was expired, Frasers replaced with new bath tub and paid at their own cost. Even though I haven't raised this special request. That spirit of management and responsible service is commendable and appreciated.

Fraser’s have misled their customers – Fraser’s represented in brochures, videos and the model for Hamilton Reach in Brisbane, that it would be a ‘low-medium density residential community’ They have done so for over 10 years. Over 600 families bought here on that belief. Now their last site, where the Sales Office is located, has had a zoning change and Frasers are planning to totally disregard the representations they have made and build two towers of 19 & 16 storeys with almost twice the floor area the new zoning permits. Frasers aren’t being forced to exceed the height of the 10 storey building they have promised…they just want to! What a despicable example of a developer being motivated by ‘returns and profits’ at the expense of over 600 families who believed them. Just disgraceful and they must not build this huge building as the gateway to Hamilton Reach. Surely, they can still make a profit out of 10 storey building...they seem to have done so for the last 10 years!
