Impressive screens – John from Freedom Screens in Richmond came out to quote a screen for our bifold door. He took the time to explain the system and colour match the wall housing to our door, he also brought a sample so we could see how it works. expensive than other quotes but the stronger mesh option got us over the line and I'm glad we went with Freedom as we have an active dog who has already run into the screen and bounced straight off, no damage.

Retractable screen for my double doors – I had my single zipline screen installed across my timber doors by the team here in Melbourne. I cant speak highly enough of the service, the Kiwi carpenter that installed my screen was also nice enough to adjust my door that hadn't been closing properly for years. The guy that quoted the screen insisted I get the pet mesh after seeing my dog, and thankfully he did because the dog has bounced of it already.  Show reply

Melbourne office fantastic service and product – Wonderful service from the Richmond freedom screens store. Very professional. We have just had our third French door done and couldn't be happier. Responded quickly and professionally to our requests and they worked quickly and neatly during installation. Never worried about having hem in my home during install. Very very happy.

Great customer service and product – We ordered a freedom retractable fly screen from [Name Removed] (Melbourne). He was fantastic - great with communication and punctuality and installed our screen on a Sunday due to the pre-Christmas rush. Can't recommend him highly enough. Very professional service. The screen looks great -much less obtrusive than I had thought it would be.

Very Happy – Used the Melbourne office. From meeting in the showroom, to the fitting of the final product, they were very helpful and professional. So happy with the result and glad I decided to pay the extra to have the track put into the floor. The tradesmen were tidy and pleasant.
