this incorrect information, we had labourers waiting on-site in Noosa to install cabinetry, but our freight was sitting in Sydney for far too long. I have been asking for a refund since Aug, and it is the end of October now. They don't even respond to emails. Not recommended for businesses, FreightExchange can be very unprofessional to deal with.
Follow-up · The booking was made and picked up on 25/08 with eta 27/08 - even on 27/08, it read 27/08 for delivery, but the items were still sitting in Sydney. We send freight at scale. Freight Exchange has quickly become my favourite office tool. With all my freight contracts in one place, entering package/pallet details just once... and having them saved for future use... makes life so much easier. complete with transit times and service details, and has saved me numerous hours. Plus, the ability to track all my packages from various freighters on one screen is a game-changer. received the slip. a few weeks later freight exchange charged us another fee for incorrect weight and size and an extra fee to manually handle the 21 kg package. after providing proof of all this they still refuse to refund the second charge. this company is a joke and appears to be run by toddlers, this is my first and last experience with them. I highly recommend against using this company.
Seems like a scam – What a headache to do business with.. Booked a pickup. No shipping label provided, no one comes for the job, no way to reach them out, not telling you why they can't provide the service. When I send, I use FreightExchage, when I receive, I tell my clients to use FreightExchange – Freight Exchange takes the leg work out of saving money with Freight. I tell people that they are a Freight Broker and will find you the best price for the logistics that I want every time. If you are not using them, you are wasting both time and money. Show details
Fast and soooo easy to use that I'm trilled with this new finding – I started using freightechange.com to send my pallets and found it is a smart system that takes the "spare space" of the big carriers saving me money and time. Show details
used to be 5 stars but their carriers are slow and undependable – FreightExchange used to be a 5 star courier but their carriers are slow and undependable. I assume they are using very off-peak services because even with TNT as carrier, they take days to pickup and deliveries take much longer than estimated. Do not use this company! – I booked to have an engine sent from Queensland to NSW. The day before the due pick up they said they do not transport engines. This was after I had paid in full. contacted them(via email only) as they don't have a phone line. On each occasion I have dealt with a different person( A different name at least) First I was told they had no record of me depositing money. I sent my bank statement showing the amount sent to the "freight exchange" bank account. They then said I would receive a refund on the next pay day. I am still waiting. There is no way in the world I would ever use this company again. I would warn anyone considering doing so to seriously reconsider using them. The whole operation wreaks of a scam. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off and probably never see your goods or money again. BE WARNED!!!!!!!

Won’t deliver to residential address?!? – The sender used freight exchange for an interstate delivery. They took more than a week to collect the item. Worst service ever – We purchased items from NSW, the supplier used freight exchange... On first contact we were told that the parcel is at the Depo scheduled for delivery. On the 2nd call it was they could not get hold of us ... no calls received b.t.w and now... no one answers the phone calls, there is no way to check where the parcel actually is. Show details

Disgusting service. Will never use them again! Avoid at all costs – The most useless company I have ever dealt with. They have no phone number and only deal through email. this Transaction from the ANZ Website and emailed it to Freight Exchange The only reply we got was an email requesting payment for the Freight again and directios on how to pay online 3 Times we replied to this email and 3 times got the directions to pay again despite asking and begging Freight Exchange to call me At this stage we tried to call them on the phone but they have no phone contact and despite several searches the only number we found was disconnected Today the second day and $158 taken and no response my customer wants to know the tracking number for his goods and we have not been sent any We have tried Facebook search but no record We have done an ABN Search as looks like they are a bussiness but just how you operate without any communication at all is quite baffling We have there Bank account and BSB Numbers and have found out they Bank with Bank West in Sydney We contacted Bank West who tell me they believe they are still trading but would not give me any further information At this stage we may have to pay ASIC $14 to do a Search of their Personal details on the ABN details which is crazy spending more money but they seem to be faceless unaccountable villians that are unresponsive to my call for help and assistance to sort this out Has any one else had trouble with Freight Exchange and does anyone have any idea on how to contact them and if so please email me Brian or David at david@peugeotparts.com.au

Impossible to contact if need a fast response – Given a quote . Paid the invoice. Sent the remittance. Went into job to print labels . found job had been cancelled at their end. Told to do new job. Package lost, then delivered a month late - no help at all – Sending a package from Melbourne to Sydney. It was meant to be 2-3 days. They picked up the chair, and then scanned it in Melbourne, and then that was it.... The package was lost, to the point where they had me fill out an insurance claim. full price for a service that was not carried out in line with the commitment. Spent an extra month working with the "customer service" team. I had to keep following up even though they committed to providing feedback. I had to ask 3 times to escalate before it was eventually escalated. At the end, no refund or partial compensation was provided. Although they try and provide large scale services to smaller businesses, and individuals, they still treat you like a big company. A refund was conditioned on whether or not the logistic company they used issued a refund, I tried to explain that was their business, and not mine, my dealings were with them. If I buy something from JB Hi Fi and it doesn't work, I go in and get a refund, I don't need to wait and see if JB Hi Fi get a refund from their suppliers. Their portal was super clunky and confusing, which was annoying when i was trying to find information and communicate with the team. Check out zoom2u much better tech and service.

Terrible Freight Company, Don't Use – We arranged to have a parcel picked up only to be told late on the day that it would not be picked up. Best courier service I've used – From seeing what estimated delivery times are for different delivery options and pricing, plus cheaper prices, FreightExchange's service in collating different delivery options is outstanding. I.e. from quote, to order to picking up, my record is under 10 minutes. I know they don't deliver themselves, but to have it all in one place, and being able to pick and choose which couriers, it's simply brilliant and I wouldn't use our "national" postage service any more (hundreds of deliveries and not a single lost package yet, versus two from a dozen the other way this year alone).
