Very easy to order, great customer service and beautiful flowers. I took two points off however because they forgot to include the chocolates I added in my order. They did however refund them to me when I called to advise. We definitely use this company again.. Show reply

The flowers were fine. The delivery was substandard. I even paid extra for "guaranteed" delivery including my mothers phone number. Mum was home at the time; there was no knock at the door, they did not bother to ring the door bell, nor did they bother to text or call the number provided. Poor delivery service.. Show reply

The flowers themselves were excellent, however I paid $40+ to have them delivered ASAP and they arrived 7 hours after ordering them. Consequently, I had to call your support team and have them redirected which wasn't ideal as we wanted them delivered to our daughter's workplace. I may as well have not paid the additional cost for quick delivery that wasn't actually quick! A bit disappointing.... Show 3 replies

I ordered flowers for a special birthday for delivery that day. It was an apartment, so the courier needed to access the building. He was let into the ground floor but couldn’t get any further without contacting my daughter-in-law….which he was unable to do. Blake then messaged me back to say he'd talked to my son, and everything was sorted. I was very impressed with the level of service..someone else may have just left it inside the foyer without ensuring it got to where it needed to be. Also communication is always good, with order and delivery status regularly updated. But then this is about my 10th order from Fresh Flowers, and I know the flowers are going to be beautiful and the service is going to be excellent.

The flowers are beautiful and I am very happy with them. They were bigger than I was expecting and of good quality. The delivery time leaves a lot to be desired though. was hoping the delivery would happen earlier as I stated I was going out at 16:45. I would suggest people order the flowers to arrive the day before they are required, so you have them and enjoy them on your special day, not waiting all day wondering when they will arrive. For this reason, I would think twice before ordering from Fresh Flowers again..

We order Birthday flowers for our mother on Mon to be delivered on Friday. They were not delivered on the day and they didn't arrive until the following afternoon. We are not happy with the service at all! What is the point of ordering in advance to ensure flowers will be delivered on the celebratory day if they arrive the day after... don't advertise delivery to Umina if you can't deliver!

1 star because there isnt an option for zero - Failed to deliver and followed up for 3 days. Basically zero effort from Fresh Flowers and no attempt to resolve the issue.

Flowers always look great and last for a long time. I do notice lately the roses have very little aroma. Not sure if they are treated with something to make them last longer . Show reply

I needed to make an alteration on the day of delivery to the address, the recipient had been taken to hospital and was not at their home. The person I spoke with, (Karen), made the changes without any fuss and saved the day for me. A huge thank you to Karen for facilitating these changes. I was disappointed with the order of the flower arrangement which was sent. I called back and the staff member was very kind, understanding and a new arrangement was sent to my friend at not an extra cost. I was very grateful that I wasn’t made feel like I was wrong . I have been using fresh flowers for a couple years now, as usual my partner was very happy and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. The downside is that I had paid $34.95 ,which is expensive for delivery. The delivery person hadn't left the flowers safely at the front door like I had asked, Instead they left them on the bottom apartment staircase for anyone to take. However, even though my friend loved the Gerberas, gorgeous bright and vibrant colours in a pale pink ceramic vase, more yellow could have been interspersed to break it up a bit.
