Horrible Flowers, Horrible Service
I ordered flowers for a 30th birthday and i was highly disappointed as they were nothing like what i got.
Nothing like the photo!
They said they had to change it but never notified me otherwise i would have chosen differently.
I also asked for a refund and i told them i changed accounts and then i contacted my old bank and they confirmed the amount will be sent back to them as there was no account to put it in.
This was from beginning of April. Its now going into June and they are saying they are still investigating...
Less than one star. Not happy at all
Wish I had seen some of these reviews before I went with this company, but stupidly trusted the Canstar award on their website. Paid for an orchid to be delivered but was told a day or so later that none were available and that it would be replaced by a beautiful bouquet. Not what a wanted but as there was no time to change I went with the cut flowers. Very sad looking bunch of tulips were delivered. I was initially offered a $30 refund but on seeing this image I'm feeling that it is inadequate, will see what Fresh Flowers come back with. This ...gift was for my sister and family who have just suffered a bereavement. Update, I've been waiting a week to hear from Fresh Flowers about some sort of reasonable compensation. Update: It took a couple of weeks but Fresh Flowers have given me the part refund a requested. I'm appreciative that they have taken my complaint seriously.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Won’t use ever again!!!
My family ordered flowers for my sisters birthday as we couldn’t be with her. Terrible service!!! She finally received them today...2 days after her birthday which is unacceptable!!
On Wednesday she was in the shower so missed the buzzer however there were no calls or messages on her phone. I called and after being on hold for so long I finally talked to someone. We organised to get it delivered the next day but I told them that she wouldn’t be home until after 1 pm due to an appointment. She waited all afternoon and didn’t receive any calls ...or messages. I called again, I was very upset at this stage. Apparently it was delivered at 12:12 when she was out...even after I told them she was out until 1pm!! They said the courier called twice however my sister had no missed calls or messages so that was a total lie even though they had her number. So angry and upset as my family couldn’t be with her on her bday and this just caused so much sadness to the whole family that we didn’t need right now. She finally received the flowers today but it’s a little too late to mean anything. I will never ever use Fresh Flowers ever again after this horrible experience!!!
Very poor service
I ordered Mother’s Day flowers three weeks prior to delivery. I received a message after 6pm the night before advising the delivery couldn’t be made. Was offered an upgrade and delivery later the next week or a refund. Was too late to organise an alternative. My previous order for a birthday gift was also was not able to be supplied as what I ordered. Wouldn’t use them again.
I paid $55 for a small arrangement of roses for mothers day - was notified that roses were in short supply but then didn't actually get ANY roses in my arrangement. No response from the company to my feedback either. I will never use this florist again.
Worst experience and ugliest bouquet
My parents ordered for me a bouquet of 30 tulips. Paid 120$ including delivery. I received 7 green small tulips with broken branches inside, wrapped in 2m scotch tape and with wet tissue paper!? Horrible bouquet.
Tried to reach them out via email. No reply!
Stayed on the line for 35 mins when finally someone replied to tell me OH THERE IS NOTHING I CAN EO AT THE MOMENT, WE WILL HET BACK YO YOU.
I followed up after few days, stayed in the line for 37 mins with no reply!
Honestly, that was the worst company!
Very disappointing bouquet
Ordered the ‘New York Chic’ bouquet for my sisters 30th birthday and what she received was nothing like what was advertised online. I understand sometimes not everything is available and we would have been happy with substitutes, but no substitutes were given. The bouquet looked very empty and it was very disappointing. I sent an email saying I was disappointed and sent in a photo of what she received compared to what was online. I received a text message advising my photos didn’t go through and asked if I could text them through again, which I did. No reply. I sent another email following it up. No reply. Terrible customer service and very disappointing bouquet of flowers. Will not be using this company again.
Incorrect Flowers & Horrible Service
I ordered flowers this week and I was disgusted by what was delivered. I received a call on the day advising you didn’t have the “Lilly” in stock which I had ordered online. The lady I spoke to mentioned there wasn’t any stock due to “covid-19” which was fine. I think you should have out of stock on your website as it is misleading.
When the lady I spoke to said you didn’t have it in stock and it needed to be another Lilly she didn’t mention that it was going to be a completely different orchid in a TINY little glass holder. I was refunded $1...0 although it would be nice if I was told it wasn’t going to look anything like what I had ordered. I was very embarrassed when I was sent a photo of what they looked like compared to what I had ordered. I then called this company at 6pm as the flowers still hadn't arrived. 24 min later after being on hold a lady picked up and said "sorry, the driver dropped them off 1 min ago". I have sent 2 emails to the company and they still haven't responded.
Flowers finally delivered after such a mess around
FINALLY DELIVERED. After two hours on hold over three different phone calls and two emails sent, I thought I’d try one more time to get through. I was on hold for another 30 odd minutes and was about to hang up when someone finally answered the phone. I advised them that my friend in fact worked at the address supplied and they advised that reception told the driver that they no longer lived there. I said of course she doesn’t live there it’s a place of business. They apologised for the flowers not being delivered and said they’d deliver them back to the same address today. I received word from my friend that she had received the delivery. Will not be using this company again, however thankful I finally got through to them.
Substituted without advising me
I ordered a white orchid arrangement in glass vase. The only similiarity to what arrived was the glass vase...
It was an ugly purple arrangement of cheap chrystanthemums, a few gerberas and other greens.
I rang to query and was told due to covid that orchids were not available. I asked why no one had called to let me know and discuss options, they couldn’t tell me.
I understand and would have been happy to discuss options had they called, especially as it wasn’t like I ordered a random bunch or colour.
I am particularly annoyed as Chrystanthemums have a very negative cultural meaning (death & adversity) to the recipient (whose significant birthday) it was and I was really embarrassed.
Delivered on Valentine's day and just...Beautiful!! Very impressed by the size and health of the roses. This was sent to me from overseas and the order was done online.
The courier driver did call and ask for my address and said he had been given the wrong address, but my correct address was clearly labelled on the box which I found strange. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and service.
I made an order yesterday, the website guaranteed me that it will be delivered Friday before 12pm. I understand that it is Valentine day and they are busy. However I choosed their service base on the promise of fast delivery as I know valentine is today. They promise that they can deliver before 12pm ( guaranteed ) as shown on the website hence why I went with them. I had lunch booked at 1pm today and was hoping to get my flowers delivered by 12pm as promise. I called up and explain the urgency and was frustratdd about the situation as I am now...late for lunch. The staff was extremely rude and keep transfering me and when I do get to the suppossably department they said they can't help me and hang up on me AFTER I been waiting on the phone for a while just to get a hold of someone. Ridiclous service.
I sent a bunch of 15 sunflowers to my mother’s workplace and I paid extra for same day delivery before 3pm it was delivered before 3 pm and that is why it got 1 star. I also purchased a large vase for the flowers to go in and the flowers were put in there in a simple fashion, which would have been fine if the flowers itself were actually presentable. On the website it did say that the some of the flowers would be buds “so the recipient can see them bloom”. However was not told that the flowers that had already bloomed would be the worst pick of...the bunch and would look like they were 2 weeks old (not picked fresh today like the website says). I was really disappointed when I came home and saw them, to think that I surprised my mum with the most ugly flowers ever. My mum loves sunflowers and I thought that it would brighten her day, but after getting these bunch of flowers, her day probably worsened. On the website and it says 100% satisfaction guarantee saying if the flowers wilt with in 48 hours they will send new flowers, says nothing about if they already come wilted ( the photos were taken less then 5 hours after delivery$. So disappointed and sad for my mum not getting a nice surprise that she really deserved.
Poor quality flowers. No communication. Not same day delivery
I ordered a native bouquet for someone in hospital who was very unwell and needed cheering up. It was not delivered same day and I was made to feel guilty for enquiring about when it would be there. I had to make several pone calls to find out what happened. Upon finally arriving the bouquet was of VERY poor quality and not at all what was on the picture. It looked like it was picked from someones backyard and not at all arranged by a florist. An "upgrade" was a very small scented candle. Not at all worth the money paid. I wish i'd looked at reviews first! It was very upsetting due to the nature of the situation.
Do not buy flowers from here !!!
I ordered my sister some Natives for her birthday and what she received was nothing like the picture . They informed me two hours after delivery that they didnt have half the flowers in stock so created their own . What the actual heck!? its a money making scheme by not informing people At time of the order that they dont have those flowers . People pay ALOT of money for flowers so I find this appalling!!! I will never use them again, and I recommend no one else use them either as you will be disappointed!!

I ordered a bunch of flowers for an engagement gift when they arrived the stated size was to be around 60cm high for the bunch costing roughly $100, the ones received were just on 30cm with no tissue paper decoration and looked nothing like the picture as advertised
