I would never recommend this mob of idiots to anyone – Quality of customer service is non-existent. Was told I would have to wait a week for delivery of a washing machine. Rang two days after the due delivery date and was told the salesperson someone had forgotten to schedule delivery and because it was a Thursday, would have to wait until Monday for delivery. machines in stock, the display machine would be delivered to my home instead. When it was delivered one of the hoses were missing and had to use one from the old machine. In spite of a sign on the machine promoting 2 boxes free laundry powder, none were delivered. When I rang to complain, I was just shrugged off. There is no way I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great people to deal with – Recently purchased a freezer and organised delivery. Unfortunately freezer was faulty, FWCJ took it straight back with no fuss and replaced it with new one. We have bought here before and we will again soon. Highly recommend fridge and washer city joondalup.

Excellent service and price – Found out at work in the morning that my freezer had died, needed a new one ASAP. Found that the Joondalup store had the freezer I wanted and could deliver it on the same day. Gave me a further discount over the listed price and delivery cost as well. Dont deal with fridge and washer city joondalup – We purchased a new fridge (floor stock) from the joondalup store in november 2013. It hasn't worked properly since we brought it home to corrigin 230km east of perth. After ringing [name removed] he tried to tell us that is was a 2nd hand fridge! informed us that it would not be able to be fixed in one day, as we are from the country & both run our own business in town we said that we needed it fixed that day as we weren't prepared to keep driving backwards and forwards to joondalup as that wood then make it an extremely expensive fridge. When we asked to get a refund we were told no as it's too old!!

On the morning of delivery food was packed into eskis (on a 40C day) and the old fridge freezer was defrosted ready for collection and moved to make it easy for the delivery guys to take it away. At 11:30am I called the store to see if they had a time for the delivery. I was told they didn't have it in stock and nor were they likely to for about another five days! When were they planning on telling me? If they had called first thing it would have saved a lot of wasted effort on my part and I would have avoided sitting waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen.

Next time I will order from an online store where I will from past experience get better service. They will say anything to get the sale but once you have parted with your money they just don't care!
