and took on more than they could chew & after rebate deadline that they had to meet to install within a timeframe tried to get more money out of me and I had to cancel my contract with them and luckily | got my deposit back. Thank goodness Fritts Solar rose to the occasion & picked up the pieces and I have not looked back. Alvin from Fritts Solar, who was extremely responsive. By the Saturday following my initial Wednesday call, Abhinu (Fritts Solar) was at my house for a proper site audit. After 40 minutes of discussing the layout and technical options with him, I felt confident enough to sign up. While other companies are already booking into late 2026 due to the current rebates, Alvin and Jenny (Fritts Solar) managed the Plenti approval and scheduling much faster. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call about a cancellation, and my system was installed on 12 Dec 2025—just five weeks after my first contact. The System & Installation: The installation team arrived at 06:30 and had the 11.4 kW Longi panels, 10 kW Sungrow inverter, and 16 kWh Sungrow battery fully installed by noon. They were meticulous with the final Western Power compliance checks and walked me through the battery monitoring app. It was a seamless experience across the board, from Alvin and Jenny in the office to Abhinu’s site visit and the sub-contract install teams. If you’re looking for a professional outfit that actually shows up to inspect your roof before you buy, I’d highly recommend the team at Fritts.

Should have mentioned that the Battery installer found that the main circuit breaker installed by another solar company was 64 amps and not the regulatory required 32 amp for 3 phase boards. frustrating. Calling Fritts Solar was a breath of fresh air. From that very first phone call, there was absolutely no pressure, and they were a welcome change after that initial experience. They listened to what I actually wanted and tailored a setup for my specific needs.
Their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. They were incredibly flexible with installation dates, working around my schedule without any hassle. When I needed some troubleshooting assistance, their team handled it immediately. Even their after-sales service has been top-notch. If you want an honest, reliable solar company that treats you like a person rather than just a sales target, go with Fritts Solar!
Follow-up · System is performing extremely well. Outputs of almost 5Kw a day when it's clear. Installation day was exceptional. Took the gentleman a few hours to be finished. Troubleshooting issue was changing WiFi connection service, all sorted now and able to change if necessary in the future too.

After doing some calculations, I concluded that due to our moderate usage, the payback time would be too long to recover our investment, so we decided not to proceed. I decided to leave a positive review because I felt they were quite meticulous in their approach and cared about their customers. Krish, Joy and Abhinu were always courteous and not pushy in the least. If our situation changes or battery prices come down, we will keep Fritts Solar in mind. If we had any questions they were always available and only to happy to assist. The installation was seamless and all packaging and leftover materials were removed. Which is unusual these days. Yet again, Fritts Solar were the only company offering sound advice in line with Fronius. Not one of the others did the same? The company owner, Abhi, came to my home and explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. No glossy brochures or confusing tech specs sheets, just an easy to understand, handwritten summary of the options that he personally recommended. His advice was straight to the point, aimed at a level I could understand, and focussed on what his company could do rather than what other companies couldn’t. Over the following days, Abhi and Jacob responded promptly to all my questions and provided a quote that was very competitive. On installation day the contractors arrived punctually, removed the old system and expertly put in place 14 shiny black 475W Jinko Tiger Neo N-type panels, one Tigo Optimiser, and the handsome Austrian: a Fronius Symo Gen 24 5kW inverter complete with Fronius SmartMeter. I’d already downloaded the Fronius mobile app, so once the guys had everything wired up it was only a matter of minutes before the inverter connected to our network and we could see the new system pumping power to the house and the grid. We have been blessed with a month of almost continuous bright and sunny Autumn days in Perth since installation and the new system has not missed a beat. I am now discussing battery and EV charging options with Abhi and Jacob and am 100% confident that these additions will be managed with the same level of professionalism already demonstrated. I would not hesitate to recommend Fritts to anyone seeking a solar power solution for their home or business.
