Fruit Only

I get that fruit are more expensive, but stop selling rotten fruit. This was a gift for my grandmother's 90th birthday and I paid well over 200$ for the entire package. Imagine my embarrassment when my grandmother told me she couldn't eat the fruit because it was moldy and unfresh. She threw out the entire basket. Shame on you, Fruit only! What a waste of money. Buy elsewhere, the fruit appears old and there was absolutely nothing deluxe in the fruit only deluxe hamper, unless you classify a rock hard peach. Will not buy from again and would never recommend. Threw most away and shopped local fresh produce and made my own gift hamper. Such a shame I cant rate a negative 5. I was put through to Carmen, and although I thought I may have missed the boat given a few hours had passed since I'd put my order in, she immediately set about making the change I was requesting. She also took the time to send me a photo of my order in production (it looked beautiful and generous), so that I could see what was going to be delivered and kept me updated.

She was such a delight to speak to, and so patient and caring. After such a stressful and emotionally exhausting experience in hospital, the kindness and genuine care she showed meant so much. Thank you Carmen, it absolutely made my first ordering experience from Fruit Only a positive one.

Disappointed – The one star is for prompt delivery. When the fruit box arrived, we had to throw all the strawberries away as they had mold on them. able to guarantee the quality of the product as they’re not hand picked but trusted the company to deliver the best quality it could (I feel $99 for a fruit box should have been of a certain standard or at least reasonable quality).

Very Disappointing! – Recieved a Fruit Only Hamper for my birthday. Sadly, some of the fruit was mouldy and old, not of the 'highest' quality as the website states. I contacted Fruit Only to explain, they said they only deal with the sender... I felt uncomfortable telling the sender that their gift was of poor quality and disappointing. I would never send anyone fruit like this - what were Fruit Only thinking when they packaged this box??

Poor quality,over priced – I paid $139 for a box of poor quality cheap fruit’s worth less than $10. The box size is 31x26x10 cm half of it filled with paper.That price included a box of chocolate worth $25.I was disappointed, this is a rip off. Show details

Good, prompt service – I ordered the fruit from Qld online, in the last week before Christmas on Monday evening, and it arrived Thursday. My stepfather in hospital was able to enjoy cherries brought by his son before his son left to go back home overseas. Now my mother and sister can enjoy them, and also take more in to my stepfather. Fabulous gift for something alternate – This hamper was given to a friend who just had a baby, instead of being unindated with flowers we thought a fruit hamper was the perfect gift and it proved to be right.
