Very happy with the online selection and install process for the Fulcrum formula 4x4 lift kit on my 2014 Ford Ranger. They helped me pick the right suspension and the install at Donellans Preston was was quick and they look to have done a great job. I look forward to using it offroad soon.

Had 2 inch Bilstein lift installed on Dmax, was completed timely and neatly, comfortable ride and good handling.

Photos make it hard to tell, however some stick on weights are loose

Very very happy with my new suspension. Triton drives alot better now. Ive i absolutley was forced to pick out something i didnt like, i guess i would say its maybe a little firm. But honestly i actually like the firmer ride, no more body roll with the weight in the back. Would 100% buy again. Show details

Fulcrum were quick and easy to deal with, formula remote res shocks for my Gu patrol arrived fast and immaculately boxed and presented, every detail was perfect and bolted straight in, only disappointment was the remote res brackets did not come with clamps but impressed nonetheless.

Very happy with the kit for my D23. When she reversed out of the workshop, I was pleasantly surprised. Yeah it will settle but d#mn it's sitting pretty. My only issue is, the kit had hhd for the front end. It's a bit stiff unfortunately. It has softened some. I'm hoping once it settles it will soften more. then 100kg so I could have got away with just the HD front end. Communication between purchase and install from Fulcrum was great. Then Christmas hit so I completely understand I won't hear anything until the new year. The fitters they use in the Hobart area were pretty good to deal with as well. Shame we don't have a Fulcrum in Hobart.

I did experience a fault recently that resulted in the vehicle being off the road for a period of time while repairs were completed. Once the vehicle was taken to Nuford Wangara, I contacted Fulcrum to register the issue.

From that point on, the support I received was outstanding. Graham personally contacted me, expressed genuine concern, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He and his team organised everything without hesitation and even offered a hire vehicle given my work circumstances. That level of care and professionalism is rare.

I’d also like to give a shout-out to the team at Nuford Wangara for their support and collaboration throughout the process. Cameron, the service advisor, worked closely with Graham to ensure the best possible outcome and provided clear communication and genuine support the entire way.

Having previously worked in the automotive industry, I understand that mechanical components can fail, it’s how a company responds that really matters. Between Graham and the team at Fulcrum, and Cameron and the team at Nuford Wangara, the customer service I received was beyond exceptional.

I now have the vehicle back and, if anything, it drives even better than before. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fulcrum again and would confidently recommend Graham and his team, along with Nuford Wangara, to anyone considering suspension work.
