Bought a 40mm lift kit for my RC Colorado with the click and fit option. Process was very easy, had constant support if needed with the same person. Installation process was easy, done the same day. For anyone with torsion bars, I’d recommend soaking with penetrant for a few weeks before sending to the shop. Ended up getting higher than 40mm due to old suspension sagging. Highly recommend.

professional. Massive improvement in ride compared to standard set up, the harshness has gone when hitting sharp bumps, far more comfortable ride. Very happy with the set up and the care the team showed with my vehicle.
Follow-up · Had the lift for almost 2 months, ride height has settled evenly, handling and ride excellent. No noticeable change in fuel economy, its PHEV so hard to tell. My install took a day, however it was used to design the system with engineers and mechanics testing and checking parts as well as developing an install manual. Very happy with the results.

adjustable upper control arms and had them fitted at the Carrum Downs newly opened store . Service was great and I waited for them to be fitted and have a wheel alignment done and I am extremely happy with the outcome. When the first lot of kit was out on without the upper control arms they couldn't get the alignment correct without the upper adjustable control arms . My advise is get these fitted first go along with the suspension that way the alignment can be done correctly first go . Overall I am extremely happy with Fulcrum Suspension from ordering online through to the service and fitment of all the suspension and parts . My Navara is now 50mm lift all round and the suspension is far better than stock and wheel alignment is as it should be and rides perfect now . 100 percent recommended them for your suspension needs

I did experience a fault recently that resulted in the vehicle being off the road for a period of time while repairs were completed. Once the vehicle was taken to Nuford Wangara, I contacted Fulcrum to register the issue.
From that point on, the support I received was outstanding. Graham personally contacted me, expressed genuine concern, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He and his team organised everything without hesitation and even offered a hire vehicle given my work circumstances. That level of care and professionalism is rare.
I’d also like to give a shout-out to the team at Nuford Wangara for their support and collaboration throughout the process. Cameron, the service advisor, worked closely with Graham to ensure the best possible outcome and provided clear communication and genuine support the entire way.
Having previously worked in the automotive industry, I understand that mechanical components can fail, it’s how a company responds that really matters. Between Graham and the team at Fulcrum, and Cameron and the team at Nuford Wangara, the customer service I received was beyond exceptional.
I now have the vehicle back and, if anything, it drives even better than before. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fulcrum again and would confidently recommend Graham and his team, along with Nuford Wangara, to anyone considering suspension work.
Good product, terrible service. One problem after another. 1 - Promised 2 week leadtime, purchased on line and they booked the ute in 4 week later. the pallet and carry around for a week in back of my ute 3 - Arranged a day to drop ute off, used Uber etc for the day, got back the installer and the installer hadn't done the job! Very inconvenient, had to reschedule another day for the next week. Another day without the ute. 4 - Next day after installation sway bar link came loose, making terrible noise, had to find another Fulcrum installer, the 3rd I have now met, he fixed the loose bolt. 5 - Ute still has a significant driveline vibration, Fulcrum wont respond with any support, not sure what is going to happen to my driveshaft/diff. Originally they said it would settle down after 500-1000kms, now done 6000km and is still as bad as when suspension was installed.
Overall reception was excellent in trying to resolve issues, product is good however their service and support is terrible. Just not worth the effort!

Service Centre was great, major issues with the online ordering though, the process clearly states that you would be contacted via a phone call after your order was placed, this did not occur and was contacted only via text, even when I requested someone to ring me, they did not.
