Great customer service. There was some delays with one item of the kit ordered, when I raised the issue of time constraints they went above and beyond by getting me the part way sooner than expected. Suspension feels great and is exactly what the ute needed. Will be buying from these guys again in the future.

Suspension is very comfortable, ride feels smooth and it’s a great colour. Looks very nice on my ranger. Had an issue with the upper control arms was ordered steel but the correct arms for my ranger was aluminium but steel lower Control arms. Was fixed asap and great customer service Show details

Quick delivery time and easy to install comes with packets of grease for installation with was very convenient still had to get more since needing a grease gun for the rear but overall very good experience
Awesome product so far, had the remote res kit fitted with upgraded leaf springs about a month ago and has been a great upgrade. team was very helpful and the installers were fabulous. would reccomend this to anyone for ease and convenience. only thing I can say thats negative is i didn't get the remote res stickers but after contacting customer support they were going to send me some out. organised the installation date and time for me through an installer in my area which was close to home. With the ending results, I am very very happy and will be returning when I need to order bigger leaf springs for when I get tray and canopy setup going.
Bought a 40mm lift kit for my RC Colorado with the click and fit option. Process was very easy, had constant support if needed with the same person. Installation process was easy, done the same day. For anyone with torsion bars, I’d recommend soaking with penetrant for a few weeks before sending to the shop. Ended up getting higher than 40mm due to old suspension sagging. Highly recommend.

Follow-up · The ride is exceptional on all surfaces the suspension is supplied to meet your needs through a series of questions by the sales team. I had airbags added to my kit that are utilised when towing and have added weight in cargo area to maintain the same vehicle stance and clearances. I have not noticed a any difference to fuel consumption, electric sidesteps has made access easy and should be considered after the lift.

Follow-up · I ordered the 2inch 50mm adjustable formular lift kit for my Nissan patrol. The installation went well, took about a day for me to get the car back. The delivery time was a little longer than I was expecting but was definitely worth the wait. The lift looks and functions amazing

of them. Whenever I have reached out for assistance they have always been quick to respond and have always gone above and beyond for me. Yes they have obligations under their warranty and Australian Consumer Law but it has ALWAYS been a painless experience dealing with them whereas other companies will put you through hell when trying to get any support or something replaced under warranty. The standout has been Emily who has always responded to my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. The warranty team have also always been prompt to approve replacement parts and have them sent out to the workshop. I value a company on many aspects but the number one for me is when things go wrong how does that company treat the customer and make what can be a painful process as simple and painless as possible. In my experience with Fulcrum they have been faultless.
Follow-up · So follow up time… I’ve since swapped them out for a TJM lift which I have to admit I am happier with. They are so much more comfortable and frankly I trust the installer more than the Goodyear tyres workshop Fulcrum have do their installations in my area. That said I still stand by the outstanding support I received from Fulcrum themselves and TJM will have big shoes to fill in that regards if I ever need to seek support from them.

Purchased a Formula ReadyStrut 4x4 Lift Kit to suit a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport that was well overdue for an upgrade.It was fitted by local dealer,Joel at Donnallans Tyres in Deepdene, Melbourne. I did some research on the Pajero Forum and had a few conversations with Fulcrum before making a final decision about which King springs would suit my needs. It has all worked out well.The PS ride is now much improved.

Shockies deliveried as part of an front assembly were incorrect. The ones supplied are from an earlier model vehicle. It was discussed with the phone tech from fulcrum when i ordered about this detail and was agreed to supply the correct latest shocky for my model year as part of the assembly. I've bought parabolic leaf springs though Fulcrum. One of the rubber dampers was split right off the bat and they were more than happy to replace it, no issues there. side, one was soft (seemed weathered/old) and the other was very firm, felt new. Just be aware of inconsistencies.

adjustable upper control arms and had them fitted at the Carrum Downs newly opened store . Service was great and I waited for them to be fitted and have a wheel alignment done and I am extremely happy with the outcome. When the first lot of kit was out on without the upper control arms they couldn't get the alignment correct without the upper adjustable control arms . My advise is get these fitted first go along with the suspension that way the alignment can be done correctly first go . Overall I am extremely happy with Fulcrum Suspension from ordering online through to the service and fitment of all the suspension and parts . My Navara is now 50mm lift all round and the suspension is far better than stock and wheel alignment is as it should be and rides perfect now . 100 percent recommended them for your suspension needs
When I went on the website I entered my number plate and everything that died my vehicle was at my fingertips. I saw the 40mm lift kit for sale and, while I couldn't see any standard replacement suspension bundles listed, I decided to go with the lift kit. It was a really easy process to purchase online and the follow-up sales team and agent did a great job getting my vehicle booked in and fitted with the new suspension.
