I live in the country it definitely keeps the ticks and fleas off my dog nothing works better.
Made in China!! Does NOT work!! Don't waste your money!! They do not stand behind there products or guarntee!!! They don't answer the phone .. they tie you up in emails and then refuse to refund your money!! Scammers!!!
I’m extremely happy with service and attention my dogs have received…Very lovely Dr Trish is knowledgeable and gentle with my spoilt dogs and understanding of my anxiety every time I have an unwell furbaby…Reception is polite and efficient and our vet is so very caring ,what more could anyone want ..Janet (Polly and Lucy)
I bought one of their repellent medallions on April 17th and receive the item at the start of May. It has been a month now and the caller should still be at full strength. However since then, I have found at least three ticks feeding on my dog and she now has fleas. I tried contacting customer support by email, and all I got was, "for best… Read more
results you need to pair it with our sprays/collar" (aka, buy more stuff). And, "give it time". How much time does it need!? Last I checked insect repellent was usually instantaneous!
I am very disappointed with this product and with their customer service. Would not suggest buying.
Fur Life does not work. This product does not work like they advertise. My dog is itching. Does not seem to work for him. I am trying to get a refund but they don't seem to want to offer me a full refund. That is what their 30 day policy says. Yet I am starting to feel like they are giving me the run around. Buyer beware.
Doesn't work. Have several ticks embedded on my dogs neck. When I emailed company for refund they tried to sell me more products. This shows you they are about sales, NOT the dog.
Scam, does not work. Both my dogs got ticks born diseases since I started using this ...and they're 6 and 9, never had a disease or as many ticks in their life.... It's more like a tick magnet not repellent I'm switching to my old way of protection, but you should stop deceiving people and putting their animals in danger.
My dog has only had this on for a few weeks and still getting ticks is there anything else I can do
These products do not work. I have purchased all different types of tic and flea collars, meds, sprays etc. these were by far the worst!!! Both my dogs kept getting tics. Not just on their fur. They would stuck in and literally were directly under the collar completely gorged… I tried for 3 weeks. They don’t work. I contacted the customer service.… Read more
They took so long to get back to me it was after 30 days at that point and they would not honor the money back guarantee.. This company is a joke!!!
Received the product. Requested a return. Company offered me 40%. I refused it. Asked AGAIN to return the product. Company has not responded.
I have bought these for three years now. 4 cats and 2 dogs. I live deep in the woods and have battled fleas every year. They work great for fleas at my house not sure why nobody else has had any good luck with them. I will buy every year till I have problems but so far so good
Not worth the money, cheaply made & the shipping took ever. Don't waste your money on this flea collar, it's made with cheap plastic and didn't work. Judy Wright
Buyer Beware – I ordered two of the Fur Life Flea and Tick repellent collars. When opening them, the odor was too strong and my asthma went into overdrive. I contacted the company who then said to wait 7 days for the odor to go down some, but due to my own allergies and asthma increasing with this product, I felt it best to return the items immediately. from customer service only wanted to refund 60% of my money. I am fighting getting my money back. Buyer beware! Had I known the smell was so strong, I would not have purchased this product to begin with.

Thank you – My puppy was vomiting and unwell. After attending the Peninsula emergency clinic Mornington and I was not pleased with the way they attended to my puppy. A nurse claimed that he had Parvo, NOT They wanted to hospitalise him and I decided to find another vet, FurLifeVet Hastings were wonderful. They show compassion and knew what to do unlike PenVet. Kazper is now back to himself I
poor design and money wasted – I am highly disappointed in these collars as far as durability they do not last. 2mo after purchasing the insert fell out on 1 and the other popped from dog play. Got replacement and a few days later could not find insert anywhere. this soft rubber is not meant to hold up and keep the insert in or handle dog play.
Terrible lies – Furlife Flea & Tick collars are a joke. They DO NOT kill or prevent fleas or ticks. They stinks bad and very strong. I even put it in another room for a week to tame down the smell before putting it on my dog and it was still very strong. After 30 days my dog was miserable with fleas as it DOES NOT WORK. I want a refund.
Bye my friend – My baby girl was diagnosed with kidney failure, devastating news. Dr Jock was so caring and compassionate to both my dogs and myself. I was never rushed during a consult. The day came to.send.my girl over rainbow bridge, Jock unfortunately was unable to be ther but arranged everything from home.Dr Jo and Rebeecca were so empathetic and… Read more
sympathetic. Again never rushed. I can not speak highly enough of thia practice and the amazing staff. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.
AWEFUL – Thus product was highly recommended on the website. We'll, I'm here to tell you that we have 2 dogs, and bought 2 collars. One of the 2 was broken when we got them, and they did send us a new one. We live in the city, without wooded areas, and just found a giant tick on one of our dogs. We'd used Frontline for years and NEVER ONCE had an issue. These collars are overpriced, and absolute garbage. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
FURLIFE is garbage!!! – FURLIFE. Does not work as advertised! The collars may work on fleas but not ticks!!! And the company does not stand behind their product!!! Refused to refund me! I pulled two ticks off my dog with one directly under the FurLife collar, just 3 weeks after I put it on my dog! It’s a scam! Buyer beware! The collar is all hype and no action! Don’t waste your money!
China Made!!! – Comes from China. Not an American Product. Very false advertising. And the price is stupid high for a Chinese product.
Terrible – Smells terrible! The humans got horrible headaches and the dogs couldn’t stop sneezing. Do not buy. Shipping took forever also.
Wouldn't recommend this product – Bought three collars. Smell set off my asthma and one dog got itchy from it. Took forever for them to respond..Then they only offered 40% back not including tax or shipping. Or I could send them back, pay shipping again and possibly I'd get my money back. Don't know at this point if I'll get the 40% . The whole encounter made me not trust them. Wouldn't recommend.

Rogues – As a breeder used a local vet service but since Fur Life took over the business prices are just so excessive I can’t afford to go there and on principal refuse to in any case. Big franchise out to take over and run a muck with their exorbitant prices. Eg: Cytopoint was $120 now $195 in a little country town with no where to go they think this is ok!
McIvor Road, emergency, Easter holiday: thank you for being there! – I have never experienced such an amazing vet. I don't know what her name was but this is the Easter long weekend and we had to do this as an emergency with a cat who had to be euthenaised. She was the best vet ever. Gave us lots of time with the (blind) animal, gave him a good sedative first and then it was time. She was kind, gentle, loving,… Read more
and really really empathetic to us. I found reception first call which was thru to Eaglehawk a little bit nonchalant and more "efficient" than "sensitive" as she told me no one was on today and they were on "Easter break" (who gives a .... when you have to put an animal down) and the next receptionist was brusque too but I could understand why with everyone ringing them as the emergency vet today. Kudos to the vet though and thank you for taking us at such short notice. Bless you.
Money hungry franchise – I had been using the same practice for years, staff and vets were outstanding with my dogs. True country clinic with very realistic prices. Cared about my dogs and had my full trust. I’m am so dissatisfied since they sold out to the “Fur Life” group, prices have gone through the roof. Very unhappy and even though I love the vets there, I am… Read more
looking at other clinics. As a breeder and showie I have a team of dogs and can spend a lot on care and pups ect so i need reliable affordable vet care.
The Perfect Vet for my Dog – After many, many years of our pets being treated by another Highton Vet. The last time we rang that Vet for our dog the service and timeframe offered was very disappointing. Needing our dog to be checked fairly quickly we rang Fur Life Vet and meet George.. Who was brilliant with our dog.. Harvey felt very comfortable with George's approach, touch… Read more
and treatment which made us very happy. George explained extremely well what he was doing with Harvey and the treatment he needed as well as the outcomes which was great.. When we came to pay for this visit and treatment we felt the fee was very reasonable compared to what we we use to be charged by our previous Vet. Harvey has required further treatment and we have been back to George at Fur Life a couple more times. As with our first visit Gorge has been brilliant each time with Harvey. Would not take Harvey anywhere else..
Good Vet Service – The staff have been taking good care of my dog at Devoted. The vets and staff are professional, caring and experienced - I enjoy the experience and my dog enjoys the visits as well!
Licence to print money – Our local vet was recently rebranded under this franchise. I was wary when I needed to have two of my dogs looked at recently. I needed a prescription for one dog & the other had ongoing/recurrent yeasty ear issues. No complaints about the care of the dogs but the overcharging is rampant. I get my dogs heart medication through an online vet… Read more
medical supplies so I need a prescription from the vet. I can get for $100 what the vet charges $250 for. Furlife charge $50 to write you a prescription which doesn’t have any repeats! So each time I need a prescription (every 3 months) it’s an $85 consult fee plus $50 prescription fee. Plus the dog with the ear issues, even though it’s the same problem every time, they insist on charging $33 extra to look at it under a microscope. The ear drops they charged $50 for are $15 online. So their prescriptions are at least double the price you can source them for (legally) online. Then they have the nerve to have one of their staff approach you about their “membership” package at $500 to $600 per animal! Though the staff are caring, this is nothing but a money making scheme. Find a less money focussed vet.
Disappointed. Old Trusted practice replaced by franchise – A horrible example of the corporate monetisation of people’s love for their animals. Increased consultation fees and unbelievable drug prices with a production line attitude to vetinary care. Not happy
Very unprofessional business - lack of communication – Staff are rude and Very unprofessional, communication absolutely awful- if I could give a rating below 1 I would. The business needs to look at the staff they are employing and re-evaluate whether or not they want customers to bring their animals to them. I was made feel awful and that my Dag was not a priority like all the others that were there that day. I would not recommend taking your animals here.
Good work just bad business – I have been dealing with passionate vet care for many years, good vets and they do a quality job, but... and this is the but.. they don’t care about the animals.. it’s just about the bucks.. these people are ruthless and they cry about how much work they do then open a new store and close the other one down on weekends... but sell dimwits $150… Read more
bags of dog food.. I won’t be doing any more business with them ever again.. it a scam.. and even though they do good veterinary work.. I can drive to Melbourne and get three times the better service at half the price .. they’ll go under in a couple of years .. badly run business.. just like a lot of bendigo and central vic vets
