Dishonest Thief Dodgy As They Come – Same as others have said. Bought 2 glass cabinets. damaged item, bad customer service – I bought my kid bunk bed on ebay, he asked me to pay by money transfer in stead of Paypal. which he know that I cannot ask any help from PayPal. I asked for receipt which he also did not provide it to me. He super fast and rushed me to buy his product but he send me damaged item and wrong spare part. these people who should NOT be in business do it from their Ebay store and paying with paypal so when you like a lot of us received broken furniture - you can open a case as item not described and get your money back.

I have contacted ACCC, Consumer Affairs as well as the Ombusman with photo's of not only the very badly damaged pieces but the fact that the bed its NOT Aus Standards and is infact seriously dangerous for kids to use and they are selling the, (for now) without a care in the world to risk of serious injuries.

Don't be fooled by their photo's - these kids beds are Not safe and believe me like most others your going to get broken pieces, damaged pieces and a lot of them as well like other people.

If your going to take the risk and purchase from these scammers do it on ebay with paypal to protect yourself financially. And also contact consumer affairs and Accc so we can get these people shut down from trading and putting kids at serious risk of injury.

We purchased a set of mirrored furniture dressing tsbke with tall biy and bedsides and they are truely amazing, the finishing and packing as well as service and attention to detail. would check. Since then he will not answer my calls, emails or texts. If I call from another number he answers, but then again refuses to correspond to resolve and exchange item. I sent email offering to pay delivery fees for correct unit and to return incorrect unit, still no replies. He gave me bank account details to deposit monies $500 paid, so now unable to complain to EBay or PayPal and now I feel scammed. I have complained to Dept. of fair trading and EBay and currently waiting a outcome. Do not purchase from this seller unless taking precautions, first time I have been scammed ever by a seller on eBay.

Finally after many attempts he accepted my offering to pay for the return of unwanted item and delivery of new item. He charged me $150.00. When courier came to collect item I found I was paying for the item to be returned to supplier in Melbourne and not to the returned address in Sydney. After the unwanted item was returned he refused my calls again. I asked if he had dispatched the corner display unit, he refused as he saw a post on this forum and demanded it be removed or that I had lost my monies as he will NOT dispatch the unit. Reluctantly I removed the review and received the display unit. When I opened it it had a cracked piece of glass, so I called and left messages, again no reply. I have since given up. This supplier is probably good when everything is ok but when things are not ok he doesn't want to know, fix, return calls or negotiate. Only deal with this dealer through Ebay and pay through PayPal, otherwise you have no recourse of action. I will NEVER deal with this supplier ever and I encourage you all to be cautious. Whatever he has I'm sure you can find elsewhere. To call me disgruntled is a understatement.

Damaged delivery – This is scam he delivered to Melbourne on a pallet and the bottom boxes were damaged.how can i see at the bottom they dont give it part by part. The sides broken on half What do i do Send him 10 messages no answer. Scam bag

Absolutely disapointing – They don't deliver items and they take the money. They lie. Everyone should be careful , Especially on ebay becasue they tell fake things to ebay when there is a complaint. They were meant to deliver 1 black dresser and 1 white dresser but they delivered the wrong colour. They missed out 1 dresser and don't return our money. They said we were lying but we have proof.

The most atrocious seller I have ever seen – Cyclone Furniture owes me $220 for a king single mattress they never delivered. They dont pick up my calls now. And are making no attempts to rectify the problem. The bed they delivered is very poor quality and was missing lots of screws and nuts.

I rang them and sent them a photo of the damage of a new bed and haven't heard back from them over 3 – Scum bag, disrespectful in hiding and does not take responsibility for his lack of customer service and quality control.

Terrible experience – Disgusting customer service . Is a "gentleman" while making the sale and then turns sour as soon as he has your money. Hangs up on you and disregards emails..Save yourself the headache.
