Absolute waste of time. I ordered through the online store, followed up multiple times for an update on my order and after 10 business days, they cancelled my order. They kept replying with, due to delays in warehouse, your item will be dispatched at our earliest convenience. And then all of a sudden, cancelled. No reason at all.

Product quality has disappeared, together with their customer service!! – Don’t bother, find another alternative, product quality has severely diminished, obviously they have made changes to their supply chain as quality is nowhere near what it used to be. Jeans fell apart after only 3 months…. Even worse, their customer service ceases to exist. Not at the least concerned that they have supplied an inferior product. Buyer beware!! Show details

customer service I've ever experienced do not purchase this brand it isn't what it used to be they are cutting corners and more than likely selling Australia seconds the quality has been compromised they won't even honour their warranty for their defective clothing and to rub it in they offered me a poxy 10% discount I won't be buying this ever again and will be reporting them to the authorities.......

Ordered 7 times from them, excellent service and quality products – Placed 7 orders on G-Star online store from 2021 till current date. The products are spectacular and the shipping is extremely fast as they always use DHL express. Have spent nearly 10k online with them. Previously bought the same hoodie on line and was perfect, I have had my new premium core hoodie, not the same quality however it was the same price! The fabric has started to bobble. Review about "SPORTS DIRECT" website I strongly advise against using this website for any purchases. return label, shipped the parcel, and even got a delivery confirmation from the carrier. Despite this, their support team claimed they never received the return.

I contacted them multiple times, only to receive generic, copy-paste responses. It felt like they were deliberately brushing me off, with no real intention of resolving the issue.

Unlike reputable companies that value their customers and take responsibility, this website shows a complete lack of accountability. I will never use their services again, and I strongly suggest others avoid them as well.

I bought a 25/28, nice fit but absolutely not worth the price, you can tell the material isn't so great, also I measured they were only 26.5 on the inseam, the label said 28, that's far too big a discrepancy for g stars price point which I will note is all made in Pakistan so their mark up must be obscene, you can get tailor made jeans in Australia by an Australian tailor for about the same price or sometime far less FYI. Ah I should have trusted all the other reviews.

I'd still say buy but scour eBay and the salvos until you see something in your size for like $40, the eBay sellers also do tape measure photos, don't buy from the online gstar store.

No customer support for refund – Buyer beware! Do not buy there products on line. I returned an item and it took 5 weeks after retuned to get my refund. I complained through their website - no response. Found infor@gstar email and started coping then received acknowledgement 3 weeks after. Auspost tracked return confirmed item was returned, however took 3 weeks to process! Awful experience zero customer service ….. never again!

waist/34inch hips at widest point,/au size 6) the 26 inch waist fit me quite well, I would not have wanted to go smaller or have tried to buy "true to size".

I would absolutely not pay retail, but what I received was far better than expected.

If physical stores were still available I would rate higher.

So when I put them on, the denim was rough and scratchy both inside and out. My thought was if I had not purchased the jeans directly from the G-Star store, I would have been 100% certain that they were cheap Chinese knock-offs.

So I wrote to customer support and their response was as follows: "Unfortunately we checked this situation and this is not a quality issue.The fact that you do not like the jeans cause are stiff does not qualify as a factory defect.We do not see any issue with it.You could have returned them before washing them and using them."

Now, the issue for me is all previous G-Star Jeans I have owned are produced with incredible quality denim that are soft to the touch, incredibly smooth and have a bit of stretch in them. The reason I purchase their jeans is for this fact. That this pair is stiff and scratchy makes them jeans I would never want to wear. If that is the quality of denim they are producing, it is not of interest to me anymore. The quality in their jeans that they previously produced was soft to the touch, soft on the skin and a feeling of give and stretch.. Stiff and scratchy... I'll pass going forwards.

from my house, I could track it the whole way and I have my refund back in my account within 9 days. Postage was $7 for the return via courier from Melbourne to Amsterdam. I will definitely order shoes with these guys in the future.

Sizing all wrong – I used the size chart to buy a pair of jeans. When they arrived I didn't have to try them on to see they were huge. When I did try them they were 15cm bigger in the waist than the stated size and 5 - 6 cm longer than stated. I returned them and would not buy again - a total waste of time and money. Non existent customer service!!! poor!!! – Ordered a pair of jeans, nearly 4 weeks ago realised two minutes after I had purchased that I misspelt my email address so then immediately inform them online. Have now reached out five times more with no reply at all and still don’t have my jeans. Wow, What a way to win customers!! Do not buy anything from this organisation. Criminal return policy and poor customer service – Received a defective pair of shoes. Expected to post back to Europe before refund is processed. Sent back and got silence in return. Then the parcel was directed back to me with a new label from them but without having opened it or acknowledged the returns paperwork. Appalling. Zero response after trying to return for 2 months – Purchased two pairs of jeans and have been trying to return them for two months. Multiple emails, tweets, DMs, and NO reply from them at all. Appalling. Worst customers service. Rip off : they took my returned items but didn't refund me – I returned an order I have received on the the 7/12/21. The items were picked by DHL on the 9/12/21 and arrived G-Star on the 13/12. email yet they never responded. I tracked the returned order with DHL. It showed in the tracking schedule that the order was out for delivery on the 13/12 yet it was not accepted. The DHL supervisor investigating the shipment contacted DHL- Holland to inquire about the shipment and why it was not accepted since it was sent exactly in the same condition as it was received, still with tags attached. He was told that my shipment among many others was held by the Dutch customs because G-Star owes a lot of money in customs and taxes. Till today the 26/12/21 they never responded to my many emails neither they did refund me the money. The worst customers service ever. You can see from the last 2 images that the order number I received matches the order number they confirmed that they have received.I reported them to the Australian Consumer Commission Authority since they stole my money. shipment back to G-Star Raw but after repeated attempts to contact either party I have not still not received any responses apart from the standard ticket number to track the issue. Meanwhile they still have my money and I seemingly have no way to get in touch with them as they don't respond, at all. I've been a loyal customer for a number of years and will never again buy any clothing from them.
