project. Scott at G Store was a very efficient, pro-active and customer focused sales/project manager. His communication was always informative and clear. Explanations around next steps, schedules of trades people, potential issues or product delays were timely and questions on our part were answered thoroughly. Scott organized Royce for the heat pump installation. Royce was very accommodating and flexible; due to space constraints, finding the optimal positioning was a bit challenging but everything worked out perfectly. In addition to decommissioning the old gas boiler and installing the heat pump, buffer tank etc. Royce completed a hydronic panel power flush, addressed a couple of minor leaks and installed a magnetic filter. In addition to the hydronic heat pump we also had a split system installed upstairs. The installation completed by Marco and his team, again a bit complicated, was excellent too. The whole project required substantial work and a significant financial outlay. Due to Scott’s advice, seamless coordination and easy interaction, well-executed installations and the performance of the heat pump and split system to date, we’re very pleased with the outcome of the project.

of professionalism. If I might borrow a business aphorism, they "walk the talk". It was very clear from my experiences in dealing with them (on several occasions) they they view customer satisfaction as an important goal. They deliver what they promise, they are honest in their discussions, and they don't treat their customers as money making pawns. I have no qualms about the work they have done, and I am impressed with their follow up of problems. So why the score of 4/5? As a teacher, I rarely gave full marks for assignments. There was (nearly) always something that could be done better. G-Store can (and will!) do better, even given the vagaries of supply chains, scheduling of work, weather, staff sicknesses and shortages, and so on. There were one or two slip-up (not always G-Store's fault, mind you), but they were resolved as expeditiously as possible. So it was really a 4++, but that wasn't an option. But I am being too pedantic, so forgive me. Well done!

Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water service – We live in Strathmore and recently purchased a Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water Service from G-Store. day (we had an old gas hot water service). Two electricians and a plumber came and worked to ensure the system was up and running. The only downside was how the outlet pipe was installed by the plumber. We found that excess water from the unit outlet pipe was dripping directly into the base of the unit, and if we had left it like that it would have surely rusted. We found a short piece of pipe and extended the outlet pipe away from the base, so it could drain away from the unit. I've read that other people have stated the pipe should be directed away from the unit, into a drain, if available. We were disappointed we had to do this ourselves. The unit has been working very well and using solar power during the day. We've been told the Reclaim unit is one of the best in Australia and Australian made!

Unit arrived and was installed and operational in a timely manner, waiting to get next electricity bill to see savings. the unit would benefit from a blue tooth operated remote controller to change operational modes, a little complex to do this outside on wall mounted controller.

offering that I had not seen. Dion was happy to process payment over the phone so we could overcome an error on the web shopping cart. It is not often you get this level of customer service.

Excellent product knowledge - Dion really knows heaps about hot water systems (and I'm sure many other products), in particular continuous flow units. He explained to me the pros and cons of different heating systems and piping configurations. I finally settled on the Rinnai 26 Infinity Continuous Flow gas hot water system.

Amazing delivery time - I spoke to Dion around 5pm two days ago and by mid afternoon the next day the unit had arrived at my house in Brunswick West.

Ultimately, I had a great experience and will not hesitate to go through G Store for my next purchase.

Keep the great work up guys, this is how a business should be run and how customers should be treated.

March 25th 2018 Update: G Store - LG Solar Panel system installation

Well, the team at G Store have done it again, absolute stand-out performance from initial product investigation through to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

Just over a month ago I contacted G Store to get a quote for a premium solar panel installation at my home. I was put though to Adam R, who immediately impressed me with his incredible knowledge of all things solar and willingness and ability to answer in plain language a barrage of questions I had. Adam R was honest and genuine throughout the process, and provided me with the comfort knowing that if anything went wrong during installation or if the system does not perform at its optimal level, that G Store will respond immediately to rectify the situation and that I will not have to deal with off-shore manufacturers to pursue any warranty issues - G Store would, in the event of a product failure, handle it all on my behalf.

Anyway, after accepting the quote for a 14 x panel 330w LG NeON and Enphase micro-inverter solar installation on the Friday morning, Adam R organised for installers to come out the following Monday morning to commence the installation. The installers were very professional, and did a fantastic installation - no broken tiles, no rubbish left around the place, and a commendation from my neighbours that the installers were very professional and polite.

It is now a month of power generation, and I could not be happier with my choice to go through G Store for such a significant investment. The LG panels and Enphase micro-inverters are performing extremely well. If I could give the G Store in excess of five stars on this review, I would not hesitate to do so.

I will definitely go through G Store in the near future to add on a battery storage system.

To the G Store team, please keep up the great work, maintain the honesty and integrity, and continue to look after your customers as you have done with me.
