bringing it to their attention immediately with a couple days before they said expected delivery was. Now my best friends Xmas is ruined and I have to live with it. I’m so distraught and devastated at a time of year that’s supposed to be happy. Aside from this, when the meals DID come, some weren’t cooked properly, the plastic seals weren’t sealed, food went off days prior to the date they said. They said they can’t refund and the cooks are putting in lots of effort, well I don’t want the food so I guess I’ll have no choice but to throw it in the bin and it won’t matter how much effort the cooks put in because no one will enjoy it anyway, you could’ve just got them to NOT MAKE THE FOOD.

Blown away by the quality! No funky packaging aftertaste like the other brands can have. Delicious, fresh, filling and nourishing. Gluten-free too, which is a huge relief. confirming and paying. I've noticed a few issues with the website/invoices. I placed a one time purchase and noticed a couple items missing but don't know how to prove it as I currently have 2 different invoices showing different items :/ Update after 3 orders: I do think the customer service needs a bit of work, I haven’t ordered since my last ordered arrived not sealed and mess went everywhere took atleast an hour to clean up my kitchen, take photos, list items, and go through all items to specifically tell them which items were spoilt and those that weren’t. GOG did reorder the damaged items out to me, so thank you. Given the situation was stressful I would have offered something small to smooth things over and to maintain the customer relationship, perhaps I’m just petty but these things go along way - hence haven’t ordered since then.

The reason for the bad score is the issue with support. My food was stolen and I spent quite a lot of money on it. I raised with support they just left me with photos saying it was delivered which I knew but I was asking if I could either have some food resent or even just get some slight refund. they’ve ignored both of my emails. I suggested they should allow the option to have drivers ring intercom if overnight delivery because on their website it said they won’t, so I had no choice to tell the driver where to leave it in the safest place but unfortunately stolen. Our security said drivers MUST ring the intercom to leave in secure spot and is their policy. I’ve never had this issue before or with other suppliers. What I am most upset about is that I would have been better off just putting that money down the drain because support doesn’t appear to want to at least show a small gesture for the issue. That is not how you retain customers. I’ve seen other reviews online that others have been disappointed with support in general. I wish I had listened. I guess I’ll go back to my muscle chef which has always been reliable even if issues with the order support have been very gracious to assist.

Please watch out for this company. It’s a shame I couldn’t even try the food I was really looking forward to.

I've been very happy with the customer service offered. I do wish the delivery and minimum spends weren't so high so I could have a fortnightly subscription instead of monthly and have more meals fresh instead of frozen but am grateful to have organic food supporting local farmers.

Big fan of Garden of Goodness. I've been ordering from them for years now and they have been particularly appreciated during busy work periods, and postpartum. They have a good variety of meals to choose from and constantly rotate their menu. Each meal is made from organic wholefood ingredients and you can tell as they taste very healthy and nourishing. Expensive but worth it.

Disgusted by the manner in which I was treated after spending so much money with this company. No one from management would respond to my emails and the customer don’t care staff did nothing to help. 2-3 days shelf life). I repeatedly received shipments with every single meal (in large orders) expiring on the following day or sooner. Even with food that was in date, the dishes often taste pickled when they shouldn't. On more than one occasion, my entire order showed signs of spoilage well before its best before date, regardless of how cold the meals were kept.

The company didn't bother to refund me for meals that were obviously expired on delivery, and going through their customer service is slow and inefficient, which seems to be by design.

Moreover, the majority of these meals are just not good. The flavours are awful, bland, repetitive, and the menu changes are extremely limited. The keto and low carb options are particularly repulsive. There's a "cauliflower rice" dish that is literally just a bowl of slime.

I would've preferred they spent money on improving their service rather than marketing and rebranding. Why even change the name from Garden of Vegan when it's still a vegan-only brand?? They could do much better, but they're choosing not to.

the food is healthy and arrives fresh, while the prices are certainly on the high end for plant based foods, I know I won't get food poisoning like from some other services in the past! navigating their site is also fairly straightforward.

I have now received 2 orders from Garden of Vegan and cannot wait to receive my third. I feel that I am not only nourishing my body with nutritious and clean food but am also helping our beautiful environment. I feel better physically and spiritually for eating their wholesome food. I love these meals. My only concern is the use of coconut milk and oils. I have become vegan for health reasons. (As well as for environmental and ethical reasons). Coconut milk and related products are full of saturated fats and should be avoided for cardiovascular disease and diabetes. While it does improve taste, health is paramount. Show details

Incredible service. The food was so fresh and delicious. Puts soulara to shame. I’m going to be ordering every month while my partner flies out to the mines, and I’m on my own with the baby!
