GardenShed are great. Right from making the order everything was easy. The staff kept me up to date as to where things were at. The price is reasonable for a garden shed. The installation was great. Follow-up · * I didn't do the assemble. I paid for it. The guy said he puts in about 150 screws and some rivets. Keep that in mind. It took most of the day. I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself * The shed feels very sturdy * The shed size is good for the average household. I'm going to put heavy duty shelving in it.

Waste of time – This was the worst piece of garbage and waste of time . Measurements are falsely advertised when in fact you are buying for roof size not inside usable space . Inside space is 9" short in length and 5" in width but because they have advertised those in the description you cannot return it . BUYER BEWARE ON THIS ONE.

Professional all the way – I used Garden Shed to install a shed that I had previously purchased from another company. Nyla was my customer service contact whom I found to be very helpful. John was the installer who was excellent. He worked in a very clean manner and even cleaned up the cement dust from anchoring the shed to the concrete slab that I had layed by another company ( done the same time as a driveway was replaced).

the rails was more difficult than a larger shed would have been, but working with two people I was able to line them up. The instruction manual is super-helpful and detailed - you know exactly what to do from the descriptions and pictures.
The support service was polite and responsive. I accidentally entered my email address incorrectly and I was able to call them up and Nyla sorted it out without any issues. When I was putting the shed together I used the online chat and had a response in minutes - again very polite and helpful.
I would definitely buy from GardenShed again.

Customer Service non Existent if you have a Problem – Go to Bunnings and if you have a problem you can always find someone to listen. However GardenShed.com.au are quick to take your money but that's where the service ends. We bought a shed and had issues with damage on delivery....now it's rusting issues with the assembly screws. We do not live near salt water Cannot get them to reply as they pass the buck onto the actual shed manufacturer...that isn't them. Go elsewhere!!!
Perfect edition to finish my yard – From ordering online, the process was great, with great communication through to delivery. The only problem that I had was, the way it was delivered. The delivery driver had no idea the weight of the product. Was not equipped to remove from delivery vehicle. So I had to unload myself with help of friends who were visiting at time of delivery.

frame I was given was to be missed and it wasn't clear when the adjusted date would be, but things from that point improved and thing progressed well. The communication remained quite good considering the support wasn't always local, the replies to my messages were quite quick and adjusted delivery times provided were met and it flowed pretty well. The shed was erected quickly and looks great and everything was there and it worked well. I'm glad I purchased the shed from GardenShed afterall. Despite having some concerns at times I think the delays were reasonable due to the reliance on others as required sometimes, but the communication was basically good and I'm very happy with the construction and quality of the shed.
