Rocky start but they did resolve the – Had a Fujitsu Split System installed December 2020, after 3 months it stopped cooling, called Fujitsu and they suggested the problem was the installation and contact the installer, however they called back and said the error I had could be their problem so they sent someone out. They come out within a couple of days and the tech said it had no gas but he could not find any leak so he just refilled it, pleased with result. Three months later it stopped heating/cooling again with exactly the same error, this time I call the installer, he comes out and he finds nothing wrong with the installand found no leaks and said he would contact Fugitsu about the problem. Fugitsu came out again and this time they found a leak in the connection to the unit, so they fixed the leak and re-gassed and now working. Main problem was finding out who's responsiblity it was as I as a consumer cannot work out who's problem it is, all I know is it's under warranty. It was strange that both the 1st Fugitsu Tech and the installer could not find any leak, however the 2nd Fujitsu tech found it fairly fast, I have no reason to doubt the 2nd tech as I saw him test with gas detector and it alarmed when near the leak. Hopefully it's fixed now, just wish there was a clear line as to who to contact or that Fugitsu and the installesr would work together to resolve these issues rather than place the consumer in the middle. I already have 2 other Fujitsu units in the home and they have always been very reliable and never caused any issue which is why I picked Fujitsu again, overall have always been happy with them until this issue arose but in the end they did go out of their way to resolve the issue and did not charge anything for their work. I would not hesitate to purchase another Fujitsu in the future.

Fan Noise – Like another reviewer, this unit was installed and within 10 minutes, made a very loud noise from the fan. Sounded to me like something hitting the fan flutes with every revolution. The noise did not come on every time the unit was switched on. Today (28/2/2020) two days after instal, the Fuji boys turned up, of course the unit wasn't noisy, but luckily, I had it recorded on my phone. They pulled it all to bits, couldn't find anything, but may have dislodged the problem. Will see how it goes from here. Otherwise, it seems a great unit.
