Quality, service and reasonably pricing! – Alan was friendly and professional and flexible when I had to reschedule our clean. The quote provided was reasonable and while I wasnt able to see the results of the clean for myself, our landlord contacted me to say how impressed she was and that she would recommend Alan to all future tenants...quite an amazing result considering we lived there with an 18m old and a dog. Terrible – We booked in with this company to do a end of bond clean. The night before the clean they quoted us $120 more then what they had or finally said. And ended up being the most expensive cleaner out of all the cleaners I called. Then decided to cancel last minute, night before the clean. Very unprofessional.

Amazing service! – We booked an end of lease clean with Get Clean. Sangcho and Kinley were amazing. The whole place was cleaned diligently and we passed out inspection on the first go. Would highly recommend their services to anyone ! They were polite, easy to contact and did a thorough job.

I have called them several times for carpet cleaning, tiles and grouts and window cleaning. Even last month i called them for curtains cleaning couches cleaning. this cleaning is done 7 years, and looks like new one again. Highly recommend them to any one.

Professional grade cleaning service at a fair price – Alan and Maria are reliable and come when scheduled. Their results are excellent. We have dogs and cats and they managed to leave our carpets in a first rate state. we’ve used them twice this year. The first time was a trial pilot of our hallways to get a feel of their quality and pricing. That pleased us and we asked them to do our lounge and bedrooms a fortnight later. They don't do what their website says they do – Their website states that they provide a range of different cleaning services including regular cleaning on contracts. It also says that they respond to all queries rapidly. They don't - I sent an enquiry via their website and two weeks later I had received no response. off carpet cleaning, window cleaning and end of lease cleaning. No specialist services outside of that, and they most certainly don't do regular contract cleaning. I then clarified that I had called the right place, and stated that their website says differently and was asked what was different on the website. I read out a statement from the website which says "Whether you require someone to help with the weekly tasks or some other kind of cleaning in your home, just have a talk with our incredible staff." I was then told again that they don't do regular cleaning and the person put the phone down.

I haven't used their service as I need regular assistance, but I wouldn't want to use them for a once off given the poor customer service and false advertising.

Disappointing – Not what we had hoped for. While they did a great job with the oven and the carpets the rest was mediocre. The outsides of the windows were only half cleaned as the wouldn't remove flyscreens (but this wasn't informed prior), quite a few of the window tracks had been forgotten and the floor boards had only been briefly swept and wiped and still… Read more

had marks all over them. When called back to do the job properly as inline with the guarantee, one person turned up with a chux cloth to wipe out the window tracks but didn't redo the floorboards and simply advised me that they couldn't do the outside windows fully due to the flyscreens. I could have spray and wiped the house myself and saved myself the cash. As we were not pre-advised they wouldn't actually do all the windows properly I would not recommend this company.
