Sounded good, good cause. But – They told me I would get double the gift cards I purchased. I purchased $50 so I was hoping to get $100. Every time I request a gift card I don't get anything and I have to email them. This is the second time im trying to spend my $80.00. Not really worth it. They have candy, online games, red box movies and fast food places. I would not do this again, they really are not honest on how this works.

Used to be good – Done some surveys, got some vouchers for Coles Express... dunno why couldn't be Coles Supermarkets but FREE is FREE (sold my info really) Now i see they only do E-Vouchers for things that are not relevant to all areas really limiting themselves :( heads up Big Fish Games are the worst, such a bad move. good whilst it lasted Goodbye Giftpax  Show reply

Coffee vouchers short expiry date – Originally received vouchers with short expiry date, but then Customer Service (Ly Nguyen) resend new vouchers with long expiry and some extra vouchers for free.  Show reply

Hard to get rewards – We use to get Coles vouchers to help with shopping last time it took me half dozen tries to redeem them it used to be quite easy but now seems quite hard.

I think they have gone out of business? – Unfortunately their website is no longer and their emails bounce back. So much for the credit I have with them! :(

Company doesnt exist - one big scam – Company doesnt exist - one big scam. I had gift cards which I paid for and the Australian website suddenly closed down. I contacted the USA website but they have just ignored my multiple emails. Stole my money. How do i find them to get it back now?

Legit company awesome rewards – Decent rewards if you buy fuel station items while you get fuel, i was sceptical but when i seen the rewards offered it looked better than nothing

Finally got my reward. Contact their US support for service – I used their services when they were Australian company, but had codes that I never redeemed. After reaching out to their US customer service, they took care of me with Cole's gift cards that were sent via email. I suggest that if you have any unused codes, you reach out to them in the US. I sent an email to support@giftpax.com and got a response in a couple days. Very nice service, and sad to see they aren't here anymore.

RIPPED OFF – Yes I also have $97 of useless giftpax vouchers.Never able to redeem them as website does not exist. Customer service is a joke as you cannot send an email,they keep bouncing back Great waste of money,way to go RIPOFF PAX

Can't redeem vouchers – I have 2 voucher myself totally $90 to use but have tried to redeem without any luck. Have tried endless times, actually now lost count of the amount of times. Meanwhile, one has actually expired! Not happy. I have given over a dozen vouchers as gifts to friends and family and now feeling terrible as a few have mentioned that they also couldn't redeem. Very embarrassing. Have tried to contact Giftpax without any luck as well.

Scammers – Ordered a pack more than 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Have emailed them 3 times over 2 weeks with no replies even though their website says "replies in 1 business day." This is ridiculous customer service, even if the pack is not in stock or not available they need to update customers. I had a giftcode but also had to pay a bit extra out of pocket. Gonna have to report them for scamming soon.

girl told me she will get Lee/ Leigh to call me straight away but no call from 4 days. No wonder why they have got so many bad reviews.

Getting ripped off – I tried to redeem a Giftpax voucher that was declined as expired although it is not. I emailed Giftpax and re-emailed a particular person there and got no reply. I phoned them and left messages for that same particular person and I got no response from her. This is pretty dodgy. It is really bad business practice. If I don't get a response, I will escalate this to the highest level.

Scam that should be reported to the ACCC – Worthless digital items, hyper inflated and misrepresented values. $40 for a pack that contains a digital item that has no value and a $10 myer giftcard? $40 to get half a chicken at a restaurant that doesn't exist in my city?, yet after looking it up walking into said store in a city they are in this would cost $8....? This is a scam pure and simple, the ACCC should investigate and shut these con artists down.

Rubbish gifts. Was given $100 - haven't used half of it! – Shocking, pathetic customer service. Won't return messages. The international branch replies instantly but not Australia. Hopeless. Absolute a waste of time and money – I do a lot of market research and do surveys on line, so many survey companies offer giftpax and also egift voucher. E gift vouchers might not have the same value, as what Giftpax, but Giftpax always fails to offer what it promises. allow people to use such vouchers consecutively. I demanded a total refund, and told them if they do not do it, then I will be contacting the ACCC on them, Another time i did a survey that the only payment was for a ghiftpax voucher, few months ago, so I thought that I would order a magazine subscription so i look read them on my Samsung tablet, after ordering them, it is when they tell you to down load this app from the apple store, not before, which meant what i had ordered was a waste of time, and they had scammed me out of hard earnt money. Steer clear of this mob, waste of time, and to be a big scam.

July 18th 2018 Update: I would not trust you giftpax at all

Twice you had failed me, some survey companies pay using giftpax, these days if that is the only way that they pay, I refuse to do that particular surveys. Never again, there is no way that you will get me to spend anything in your company.

Don't bother! Sent expired tickets – Terrible customer service. Ordered Hoyts cinema tickets only to be sent ones that expired a month earlier. Rang & emailed. No reply. Called again to complain. one has returned my call. Poor customer service. Vouchers are also quite boring & a waste of money/points. Company needs to re-evaluate & pay attention to its feedback. This is second issue I've had with GiftPax. Will never use again.

I miss the food vouchers – Claimed Coles vouchers few years a go. Brilliant. Then I see I have earned enough to get another giftpax voucher through my survey company and I think great, so I redeem. Only to find No more Coles express, which was disappointing because that's why I claimed the giftpax code. Nothing else interests me on there so will have to waste voucher on mag subscriptions which I don't read. Unless they add food under $20. Not good.

FALSE ADVERSTING – received 2 giftpax gift cards after completing surveys the reason i chose to redeem in giftpax was because it stated i could get coles vouchers. now i look online and giftpax only has stupid digital subscription magazines. what a rip off now i have 2 useless vouchers.

Wrong advertising – I had used GiftPax in the past and it was use to be good value for money, but now it is nothing but a magazine subscription website. Really disappointed and regret my redemption of GiftPax gift card. Miss my Coles coffee vouchers

False Advertisement – I got these from ValuedOpinions thinking it would be great with all the brands they advertised for giftpax... what a joke! You cannot get Hoyts, coles, or any other large retailer that is advertised on the cards! I feel completely ripped off and want my money back for other vouchers.

Still waiting since February for my $100 card! – I earned the $100 gift card through online questionaries. My card never came. It was apparently resent in May. The card never came. I emailed inquiring about my card with an automated response saying I will hear back from them within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and they still have not returned my email. Phone number on their website is not correct. Very disappointed.

Still waiting for package – I have still not received the package after 3 weeks have written emails and have gotten no reply the gifts are a rip off 3 packs of Tim tams for 18 dollars they are a dollar each at the supermarket am not bothered though because I did a survey terrible service.

Waste of time and money – I have a $20 voucher and all I can use it on is emagazines or dodgy looking prize draws. I suggest they stop using company logos if they don’t offer ANYTHING from pictured companies.

Rip Off – This is the worst gift card site ever. They are not legit. I swear every time I place an order they say that they have sent it and I never get it. It takes me to call them, have them accuse me of lying and they begrudgingly send me what I paid for. It's an embarrassment to Shell to be associated with this company.

Still Nothing – Well, i feel scammed. I purchased a 25 dollar product (which was hardly worth it in the first place) a while ago and am yet to receive any thing. Don't waste your time like i did.

Still waiting for a reply – My order has been pending since 15th April. I have sent two requests for updates, so far no one has replied. So much for the 24 hour reply a return message advised me of. May 6th 2018 Update: Follow Up Further to my emails regarding the delay in my order, I received a reply and apology for the delay. I also received some complimentary vouchers as an apology.

this gift is garbage – They show Myer as a product available but I was unable to use giftpax gift card at Myer. False advertising. If Myer is shown as part of their product list I should be able to use it there. manager and was told she/he only works 2 days a week. I am obviously not getting my voucher honored. Do not select giftpax if you are selecting your award from Toluna surveys.

Have a voucher but can't find ANYTHING that I want – Did a survey and got a $10 voucher. But there is absolutely nothing I would want to redeem off the giftpax site. What a waste. There only seems to be online magazines. Why would I want that? Don't waste your time.
