Gifts Australia not notice this? There has been no customer support whatsoever & after talking to a team member I was basically told it was my problem. I don't deal with companies like this & will be looking at independent sellers from now on.

Do not order – Unfortunately pre-ordered a Mother’s Day present, as recommended by the marketing email. Selected the 12/05 as they could not deliver cold items on the Sunday, but the company has decided to deliver it immediately. There is lack of support from customer service (the “chat” function is actually emails backwards and forwards) and now I will have to order from another company an actual present to arrive for Mother’s Day. Really frustrating.

Australia who told me to contact Australia Post... As far as I understand the contractual arrangement that I entered into with Gifts Australia was for the hamper to be delivered in a timely manner. It is therefore the responsibility and obligation of Gifts Australia to deliver the product, and if the hamper has gone astray to send a replacement.

is no way to contact them now, they are uncontactable via phone and do not reply to emails. There is zero reason to shop here, heaps of places to get the same but better products. Pretty website but probably just a junk overseas company with no customer service available at all - non existent.

Not worth it – I received my order after over two months of waiting and no follow up. The order was late and on arrival could see the product was not in good order and had areas of colouring missing. This is incredibly disappointing and the customer service was terrible. Will never order from this company again.

Uncontactable, unresponsive and now no Christmas gifts for my family – I ordered all my kids family Christmas gifts on 22 November, being told they were dispatched the same day. It’s now five weeks later and Australia post have not received the package for delivery, gifts Australia are not taking phone calls, and still have not responded to my online query. Do they wait until you can't cancel payment through PayPal before not delivering – Ordered 2 hampers totalling close to $300 early last week using my PayPal. 2:45pm arrived and the tracker said "Delayed" that was ok... checked at 3:30 same response than 4pm, than 4:30pm, than 5pm when I noticed on the tracker at message at 4:45pm "your delivery was unable to be delivered" I tried to contact them to no avail. I can assure you as I am sitting here in my office as I was then, there was NO attempt at delivery I even checked all our cameras, front door and warehouse etc. Came past the office saturday, nothing, have contacted Gifts Australia via email, generic response. Cant cancel PayPal as cancellation date has passed. I am also concerned as the 2 hampers contain selection of cheeses where they have been stored since last Friday? Today is Monday and yet again nothing. BTW I did check reviews for this company before ordering and they 'appeared' positive.

Hotline always unavailable. Never reply emails – Bought a Christmas Hamper gift for a client company and paid for express delivery the next day however, the item has been returned to sender. Have been trying to call Gifts Australia at least 10 times and every time it says unavailable. Sent at least 5 emails and so far haven't heard back the last 5 days.
